Abstract

Customer Loyalty merupakan pola perilaku konsumen yang menunjukkan komitmen terhadap produk atau brand. Hal ini tentu menjdi perilaku positif yang menguntungkan perusahaan. Keragaman produk yang ditawarkan di berbagai media online menyebabkan keingingan mencoba berbagai produk muncul dan mempengaruhi menurunnya tingkat loyalitas pelanggan. Konsumen yang gemar belanja online hampir 60% dari Generasi Milenial dan Gen Z dengan rentan usia 12-43 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  bagaimana tingkat Brand Loyalty Generasi Milenial dan Gen Z terhadap suatu produk atau brand. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan google form yang disebarkan melalui FB dan IG adsense dan mendapatkan 400 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Customer Loyalty Generasi milenial 46% sedangkan Gen Z sebesar 37%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Milenial dan Gen Z memiliki tingkat brand loyalty cukup rendah. Sehingga perusahaan harus memiliki upaya dalam menghadapi perilaku tersebut. Kata Kunci: Customer Loyalty; Brand, Milenial; Gen Z.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has influenced various aspects of human resource (HR) management, from recruitment, training, to performance evaluation. This article aims to theoretically examine the convergence between AI, human capital, and economic efficiency in the context of contemporary HR management. The method used is a literature study of recent scientific publications related to these topics. The results show that the integration of AI in HR management can improve operational efficiency and decision-making effectiveness, but still requires strengthening human capital capacity to be adaptive to technological changes. This article emphasizes that the success of HR management in the digital era depends on the synergy between smart technology and sustainable human capital development. Therefore, AI-based HR strategies need to be designed with human-centered principles to ensure increased productivity as well as organizational sustainability.   Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah memengaruhi berbagai aspek manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM), mulai dari rekrutmen, pelatihan, hingga evaluasi kinerja. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara teoretis konvergensi antara AI, human capital, dan efisiensi ekonomi dalam konteks manajemen SDM kontemporer. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur terhadap publikasi ilmiah terbaru terkait topik-topik tersebut. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi AI dalam pengelolaan SDM dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan, namun tetap memerlukan penguatan kapasitas human capital agar adaptif terhadap perubahan teknologi. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan manajemen SDM di era digital sangat bergantung pada sinergi antara teknologi cerdas dan pengembangan human capital yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, strategi SDM berbasis AI perlu dirancang dengan prinsip human-centered untuk memastikan peningkatan produktivitas sekaligus keberlanjutan organisasi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and mitigate risks to improve operational effectiveness at Rakha Laundry in Pattallassang, Gowa Regency. This business has been operating for a year but has encountered operational challenges that lead to waste, machine breakdowns, service delays, and even customer losses. These issues must be addressed to maintain business stability and sustainability. The research method used was a qualitative approach, utilizing primary and secondary data through observation and interviews. The risk mitigation tool used was ISO 31000. The results of the study show that risks and their mitigation are grouped into three levels, namely High, Medium, and Low. High Level Risk (1) Limited Human Resources; Education and Training, (2) Machine Damage; routine maintenance and supervision. (3) Lost/Exchanged clothes; SOP, CCTV, and employee training. Medium Level Risk (1) Power outages; procurement of generators or communicating to customers. (2) Floods; Prepare security, control receipts, and predict flooding based on the volume and duration of rain. (3) Poor quality, ironing is not neat, not clean, faded or damaged clothes; SOP, supervisor, reward and punishment. Low Level Risk (1) Employees are late; absenteeism, salary deductions and bonuses for disciplined employees. (2) Fluctuating material prices; Purchase materials from suppliers and determine prices by considering fluctuations. (3) Competitors; Improve skills through learning, training, and mentoring. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi peran employee well-being program dalam menurunkan burnout dan turnover intention pada karyawan industri startup di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis, penelitian ini melibatkan enam karyawan dari tiga startup teknologi di Makassar yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kesejahteraan karyawan, yang meliputi konseling psikologis, fleksibilitas kerja, dan aktivitas rekreasional, mampu mengurangi tingkat stres, memperbaiki keseimbangan kerja–hidup, serta meningkatkan rasa memiliki terhadap organisasi. Temuan ini memperkuat relevansi Job Demands-Resources Model, Conservation of Resources Theory, dan Social Exchange Theory dalam menjelaskan keterkaitan antara well-being, burnout, dan turnover intention. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian menekankan pentingnya integrasi program kesejahteraan sebagai strategi retensi karyawan di startup, meskipun dihadapkan pada keterbatasan anggaran dan konsistensi implementasi.

Abstract

The Role of HR Development Against Competence Improvement of State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the UPTD-BSMBP of the Plantation Office of South Sulawesi Province, Thesis of the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. Nasrullah's Second Counselor This study aims to determine the Role of HR Development Against Competence Improvement of State Civil Apparatus at the UPTD-BSMBP Office of the Plantation Office of South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used is quantitative. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 ASN respondents from the UPTD-BSMBP Plantation Office of South Sulawesi Province. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that, based on the t test statistic, the value of t arithmetic is 6.530 t table 1.699 and a significant value 0.05. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of MSME employees’ capacity through community-based marketing and its influence on competitive advantage in the digital era. As the backbone of Indonesia’s economy, MSMEs face challenges in human resource quality, particularly in digital literacy and marketing skills. Adopting a descriptive qualitative approach, this research was conducted among MSMEs in Makassar City that actively use social media to engage with customer communities. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation, then analyzed thematically using NVivo software. The findings demonstrate that enhancing employees’ skills in digital literacy, communication, and community data analysis significantly contributes to customer loyalty, product innovation, as well as brand differentiation and identity. Community-based marketing not only fosters stronger emotional relationships with customers but also improves marketing efficiency through word-of-mouth and accelerates innovation cycles through co-creation practices. These results suggest that MSMEs’ competitive advantage is multidimensional, shaped by the synergy between human resource capacity development, digital community management, and dynamic capabilities in adapting to market changes. Furthermore, this study highlights the role of digital platforms as enablers of sustainable marketing practices, reinforcing MSMEs’ adaptability and resilience in the globalized marketplace. Consequently, the study contributes to digital marketing literature and offers practical recommendations for MSMEs, including continuous employee training, collaborative innovation, and strategic use of social media, to sustain competitiveness in increasingly dynamic and globalized business environments.

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to strengthen work motivation as a strategic effort to improve employee performance within financial services organizations. The primary challenge faced by management involved declining morale, reduced commitment, and decreasing service quality, which collectively impacted overall productivity. To address these issues, the program implemented a series of motivation-enhancing activities, including training sessions, group discussions, role-play simulations, and coaching, utilizing a participatory approach. Employees were actively involved in identifying core problems, reflecting on work behaviors, and developing action plans and collective commitments. The results indicate a significant improvement in motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction. Based on pre-test and post-test evaluations, work motivation increased by 22.4%, accompanied by measurable improvements in both individual and team performance. The program effectively contributed to strengthening a productive and service-oriented work culture, demonstrating that participatory interventions can serve as an effective strategy to enhance employee performance in the financial services sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness, product quality, and service quality on the decision to make a repeat order for Mie Gacoan among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Makassar State University. The background of this research is based on the intense competition in the culinary industry, which requires companies to understand the factors that drive customers to make repeated purchases. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design and involves 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a rating-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that brand awareness has a significant yet negative effect on repeat orders, suggesting a mismatch between the brand image perceived by customers and their actual consumption experience. Product quality shows a positive and significant effect, emphasizing that consistency in taste and quality is a key consideration in repeat purchase decisions. Service quality also demonstrates a significant influence through speed, friendliness, and comfort of service. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect repeat orders, indicating that actual consumption experience plays a stronger role than brand image in shaping customer loyalty
