Abstract

The Savings and Loans Cooperative and Sharia Financing (KSPPS) is a microfinance institution that collects funds from the public and distributes them to people who need these funds. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial management system for sharia financing with a murabaha contract at KSPPS Nasari Syariah. This research is qualitative research using interview and documentation methods and obtained the results of primary and secondary data. The results of research on working capital management by increasing business show that capital management for KSP Nasari Syariah is 96.27%. This coefficient level indicates that capital management has a strong influence on business improvement at KSP Nasari Syariah.

Abstract

Activity Ratio Analysis to Assess Financial Performance in the herbal medicine and pharmaceutical industry sidomuncul Tbk which is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). Financial report analysis is needed by companies to assess company performance and compare the company's condition from the previous year. One of the ratios used in conducting analysis is the activity ratio. The activity ratio is useful for analyzing the use of existing resources and to support company activities. There are several types of activity ratios that are used as measuring tools to determine a company's ability to use its assets, namely total asset turnover, working capital turnover, fixed asset turnover, inventory turnover, and accounts receivable turnover. Based on the results of calculating the activity ratio at PT. Tbk's herbal medicine and pharmaceutical industry in 2021 to 2022 shows that this company experience significant change _ in performance his activities related investment in operational . However, the results achieved are still below industry standards, which shows that the company's performance is still not good compared to other similar industries. This needs to be a company's vigilance to always improve performance and have high competitiveness .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of product design, price, and promotion on impulsive buying of The Originote products in TikTok Shop. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University. The sample in this study were students who had purchased The Originote products in TikTok Shop. Respondents used in this study amounted to 112 people. Primary data in this study were collected by means of questionnaires or distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from journals and internet media. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis methods, classical assumption tests, validity and reliability tests, research hypothesis tests, and coefficients of determination using the SPSS 26 program. This type of research is quantitative research. The results showed that partially product design (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3) had a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. Product design is the most dominant variable influencing impulsive buying of The Originote products in TikTok Shop among students of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University. The adjusted R square value is 21.5% while the remaining 78.5% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe about international human resource management and labour relations in developing human resources Indonesia-Japan TITP (Technical Intern Training Program). In his research, the type of research methods used in thi research in decriptive. Data collection thecnicues used is a review of the literatur or literature studies using data from books, documents, journals, and data analysis technique used is qualitativ data analysis technique. The results of studiey is in IHRM, the organizations competitive strategy. This srategy is developed in two ways: 1. Proactively, as a proactive strategy to address expected market forces. 2. Reactively, in reaction to the market conditions, the organization is facing. In the majority of businesses, a combination of these forces leads to the development of strategies. Indicate that the form of cooperation between Indonesia and Japan is funcional cooperation.even though Japan is the initiator country in this case study in the formation of this TITP program, there are interests between the two countries that need one another. Through the tranfer of skills helped by proffessionals, the goal of this collaboration is to accept young employees from developing nation nation as job training participans in the Japanese industry whitin a set time frame. With the objective of creating human resources that can contributions to the industrial economyof the nation.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of functional value, emotional value and social value on loyalty to Garnier Brand cosmetic products in the people of Lhokseumawe City. This research obtained data by distributing questionnaires as a data collection instrument. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) tool. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with a sampling technique using purposive sampling as the determinant of the sample. The population is 120 respondents who use Garnier brand cosmetics in Lhokseumawe City. Partial test results show that Functional Value has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, Emotional Value has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, and Social Value has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, customer perception, and customer involvement on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Indomaret, Lhokseumawe City. This research is categorized as quantitative. The population for this study consists of customer who have made more than one purchased at Indomaret, Lhokseumawe City. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, specially convience sampling with a sample size of 125 respondents. The study involves three types of variables: the dependent variable (Y), the independent variable (X), and the intervening variable (Z). The dependent variable in this study is customer loyalty. The independent variables are service quality, customer perception, and customer involvement, while the intervening variable is customer satisfaction. The analysis methods employed include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis, and sobel tests, with data performed using SPSS 29.0. The results show that service quality, customer perception, and customer involvement each have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Additionally, customer satisfaction mediates the relationships between service quality and customer loyalty, customer perception and customer loyalty, and customer involvement and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial effect of the variables Product Quality, Price, and Location on Purchase Decision. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The questionnaire was tested using validity and reliability tests, with reliability measured using Cronbach’s Alpha method. Classical assumption tests include the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test (partial) and the coefficient of determination (R²). The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Content Marketing, Influencer. Marketing, dan Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) terhadap keputusan pembelian followers produk Tazzi Glow di TikTok Shop. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah perkembangan platform digital yang mengubah perilaku konsumen, khususnya di TikTok. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, dan uji t. Hasilnya menunjukkan Content Marketing dan E-WOM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara Influencer. Marketing tidak. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas konten dan ulasan pengguna lebih berperan dibandingkan Influencer. dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kelengkapan produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan harga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pelanggan pada Toko Hijrah di Lhokseumawe. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tingginya persaingan di sektor ritel kecantikan dan meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan produk perawatan kulit dan perawatan tubuh. Hijrah Store menjadi salah satu pilihan utama konsumen karena dinilai memiliki produk yang lengkap, pelayanan yang baik, dan harga yang terjangkau.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan asosiatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 orang pelanggan Toko Hijrah yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS, Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kelengkapan produk (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2), dan harga (X3), sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah keputusan pembelian (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara individual, ketiga variable kelengkapan produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Bersama- sama, ketiga variabel tersebut juga secara signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian, dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 556. Ini berarti 55. 6 % keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel ini, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar cakupan penelitian ini.​ Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, maka disarankan agar manajemen Toko Hijrah terus meningkatkan ketersediaan produk, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dan mempertahankan harga yang kompetitif guna mempertahankan dan meningkatkan loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

This research will discuss the design of cryptocurrency transaction models as an effort to increase state income. The main factor that must be met in order to be legal in Indonesia is special regulations related to cryptocurrency. Developing special regulations related to cryptocurrency is actually an important step for the Indonesian state. For example, in developed countries such as the United States, Japan and Singapore, tax regulations related to cryptocurrency have been prepared. Especially at this time, technological developments, especially digital or virtual systems, are very rapid. So it can be predicted that various new virtual currencies that are similar or even more sophisticated and more complex than the ones that exist today will continue to emerge in the future. Determining the basis for tax levies for Cryptocurrency digital assets needs to be done based on the virtual currency units or also based on their value when converted to foreign currency such as rupiah or USD. Apart from that, it is also necessary to classify the type of tax that will be imposed on Cryptocurrency, whether it will be the object of income tax (PPh 21), profit income tax on exchange rate differences or income tax on capital gains (PPh article 4 paragraph 2) or VAT. This research actually started with attention to the many demands from Bitcoin users in Indonesia who wanted to have legal protection rights in the cryptocurrency transaction process, because in several other countries such as Singapore Bitcoin has become a legal financial investment option and is regulated and supervised by the government and the State Financial Authority. the. So the researcher intends to study in more depth how the Cryptocurrency transaction system can be supervised and controlled by the government, so that later a "Legal Cryptocurrency" Regulation can emerge with a "Digital Asset Transaction Tax" quotation system to be able to accommodate several interests of the Indonesian public and government.
