Abstract

The adaptability of employees in the hospitality industry is crucial for maintaining service quality and operational efficiency in an evolving market. This study examines the impact of Reskilling, Upskilling, and Continuous Learning Culture on Adaptability among hospitality employees in West Java using a quantitative approach, with data collected from 150 hospitality employees through a Likert scale (1-5) questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that Continuous Learning Culture has the strongest influence on Adaptability, followed by Upskilling and Reskilling, suggesting that fostering a continuous learning culture within organizations significantly enhances employees’ ability to adapt to changes, while Reskilling, though still impactful, plays a comparatively smaller role. This study contributes to the literature by demonstrating that sustained learning engagement is a stronger predictor of adaptability than isolated training initiatives and provides managerial recommendations for developing structured learning environments to improve workforce agility in the hospitality sector.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of scholarly literature on credit dependency and debt management, aiming to map the intellectual, thematic, and collaborative structures that define the field. Using data extracted from the Scopus database and analyzed through VOSviewer, the study identifies major research clusters including financial management, debt provision, and risk management. The findings highlight a clear evolution in research focus—shifting from individual financial behaviors and literacy toward institutional credit risk management and systemic financial governance. Co-citation and author network analyses reveal key contributors such as Lusardi, Altman, and Duffie, representing distinct but interconnected scholarly traditions. Moreover, country collaboration mapping positions the United States as the most central hub, with growing contributions from emerging economies. This study not only synthesizes the knowledge base but also reveals thematic gaps and opportunities for future interdisciplinary research. It contributes valuable insights for academics, policymakers, and practitioners seeking to understand and address the global challenges associated with credit reliance and sustainable debt management.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of environmental assurance statements and digital reporting platforms on the relevance of financial information in agricultural sector issuers in Indonesia. The increasing demand for transparent, credible, and timely financial reporting that incorporates sustainability issues motivated this research. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 160 respondents through a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, employing validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results reveal that environmental assurance statements significantly improve the relevance of financial information by increasing the credibility and reliability of disclosures. Similarly, digital reporting platforms significantly enhance relevance by improving accessibility, timeliness, and transparency of financial data. Simultaneous testing further confirms that both variables jointly strengthen the relevance of financial reporting. These findings contribute to the literature on financial reporting quality and provide practical implications for issuers, regulators, and investors in the agricultural sector, emphasizing the integration of sustainability assurance and digital transformation as strategic drivers of decision-useful financial information.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of flexi-benefit programs and employee financial education on financial satisfaction and employee productivity among millennial employees in West Java. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected from 115 respondents through a structured questionnaire employing a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to examine both direct and mediating relationships among the variables. The findings reveal that flexi-benefit programs and financial education each have a significant positive effect on financial satisfaction and productivity. Moreover, financial satisfaction serves as a key mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between organizational financial initiatives and employee productivity. The results affirm the integration of Self-Determination Theory, Human Capital Theory, and Conservation of Resources Theory, indicating that financial autonomy, knowledge, and security collectively enhance employee performance. This research contributes to the literature on employee financial well-being and provides practical implications for organizations aiming to improve millennial workforce engagement and productivity through flexible compensation and financial literacy programs.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of service adjustments and interactive tour guides on foreign tourists’ willingness to pay at Bali tourist destinations. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a sample of 150 foreign tourists selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via structured questionnaires measured with a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 25. Statistical techniques included descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that both service adjustments and interactive tour guides have significant and positive effects on foreign tourists’ willingness to pay. The regression model shows that these two variables collectively explain 62.1% of the variation in tourists’ willingness to pay. Service adjustments—such as cultural sensitivity, language flexibility, and personalized itineraries—enhance perceived value, while interactive guides contribute to emotional engagement and trust, thereby increasing payment intention. The study provides theoretical contributions by integrating service quality theory, customer value theory, and social exchange theory in explaining tourists’ economic behavior. Practically, it offers strategic insights for tour operators and policymakers to enhance adaptive and interactive service quality to strengthen Bali’s tourism competitiveness and sustainability.

Abstract

Sustainable consumption and food waste reduction have become critical research areas due to their environmental, economic, and social implications. This study employs a bibliometric analysis using Scopus data and VOSviewer to examine research trends, influential publications, and global collaboration patterns in these fields. The findings reveal that sustainable development, food waste, and waste management are central themes, with growing emphasis on consumer behavior, circular economy, and supply chain efficiency. The co-authorship and country collaboration networks highlight strong regional clusters, with Europe and North America leading research efforts, while China and India are emerging as key contributors. The heatmap analysis indicates a transition from traditional environmental impact studies toward policy-driven and behavioral research approaches. Despite this progress, interdisciplinary integration and regional diversification remain key challenges, suggesting opportunities for enhanced collaboration and localized sustainability interventions. This study provides valuable insights for researchers, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to shape future strategies in sustainable food systems, waste management, and circular economy practices.
