Abstract

The main problem in this research is how to improve initial reading ability by applying the Synthetic Structural Analytical method to class II students at SD Inpres Tamarunang. This research aims to improve initial reading skills using the Synthetic Structural Analytical method in class II students at SD Inpres Tamarunang.This type of research is class action research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles, each of which is carried out in 3 meetings. Research procedures consist of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects in this research were 23 class II students at SD Inpres Tamarunang. The research instruments used were observation sheets (students and teachers), evaluation test sheets. The data collection techniques in this research are observation and tests. The data collected is then analyzed using qualitative analysis.The results of the research showed that after using the SAS method, grade 2 students at SD Inpres Tamarunang had improved their initial reading skills in cycle I. The initial data percentage of completeness was 47.82% or 11 students out of 23 and an average score of 70%. In cycle II there was an increase in the number There were 19 students who reached the KKM out of 23 students or 82.60% completed. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the application of the Synthetic Structural Analytical method can improve reading skills at the beginning of class II at SD Inpres Tamarunang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Peserta Didik Dengan Menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS Kelas V SD Inpres Sero. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes dan observasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini telah mencapai target yang ditetapkan, dimana peserta didik telah menunjukkan pemahaman konsep pada pembelajaran IPAS. Hasil observasi aktivitas peserta didik terhadap pemahaman konsep sebelum melakukan tindakan adalah 10,50%, pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan 36% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 78,10% yang menunjukkan meningkatnya pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Hasil tes ketuntasan KKM peserta didik menunjukkan hanya 15,7% (3 peserta didik) yang dapat mencapai nilai KKM sebelum memberikan tindakan, setelah penerapan model problem based learning pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan 42,1% (8 peserta didik) yang dapat mencapai nilai KKM dan pada siklus II setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan pendekatan berdiferensiasi pemahaman konsep peserta didik meningkat menjadi 84,2% (16 peserta didik) yang mencapai nilai KKM. Maka berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, penggunaan model problem based learning berbantuan pendekatan berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran IPAS dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep peserta didik kelas VB SD Inpres Sero.

Abstract

NUR ANNISA, 2025. The Effect of Using Interactive Learning Media on Speaking Skills of Fourth Grade Students of UPT SPF SD Inpres Borong, Makassar City. Thesis. Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD S1) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. Advisor 1 Andi Adam and Advisor II Rahmatiah. The formulation of the research problem is "How is the Effect of Using Interactive Learning Media on Speaking Skills of Fourth Grade Students of UPT SPF SD Inpres Borong, Makassar City?". This study aims to determine the effect of using interactive learning media on speaking skills of fourth grade students of UPT SPF SD Inpres Borong, Makassar City. This type of research is quantitative experimental research (pre-experimental design) with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population used is students of class IV UPT SPF SD Inpres Borong, Makassar City totaling 61 people while the sample used was class IV B students totaling 28 people. The instruments used to collect data were observation, tests and documentation. The results of the study showed that interactive learning media had an effect on the speaking skills of students of class IV B UPT SPF SD Inpres Borong, Makassar City, which can be seen from the comparison of the pretest and posttest results. The average pretest score was 60.71 using the test instrument. The very low category is 0%, After implementing interactive media, the average posttest score was 80.89, students' speaking ability was categorized as high by looking at the scores obtained, namely very high 21.43%, high 32.14%, moderate 46.43%, low 0%, and very low at 0%. The calculation results with t-test analysis after calculating tCount = 8.017 and tTable 2.052 then Tcount 8.017> Ttable 2.052 so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that the use of interactive media in the Indonesian language learning process has an effect on the speaking skills of class IV B UPT SPF SD Inpres Borong Makassar City students. Abstract

Effective education requires learning methods that can optimize students' potential, one of which is through the application of discovery learning models assisted by audio-visual media. This study aims to analyze the effect of the model on student learning outcomes in science subjects in grade V of elementary school. The study used an experimental design with pretest-posttest to measure changes in student learning outcomes. The results showed that there was a significant increase in students' pretest and posttest scores after the application of the discovery learning model assisted by audio-visual media. The application of this model increases student involvement in learning and facilitates understanding of the material through more interactive and interesting media. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the average student pretest score was 70.00, while the posttest score increased to 82.25. The paired samples T-test showed a significant value (2-tailed) of 0.000, which means that there is a significant effect of the use of the discovery learning model assisted by audio-visual on student learning outcomes. Based on the results obtained, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This finding supports the idea that the discovery learning model equipped with audio-visual media can improve student learning outcomes so that it has an influence on the learning outcomes of class V students of UPTD SDN 167 Samaenre. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a reference for the application of innovative learning models in elementary schools.
