Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh equivalent rate, inflasi dan likuiditas terhadap dana pihak ketiga pada perbankan syariah di Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Populasi penelitian adalah laporan keuangan perbankan syariah dengan periode bulanan dari tahun 2015-2019. Dengan teknik sampling jenuh ditentukan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 bulan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumentasi yaitu laporan keuangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia yang dipublikasikan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bank Indonesia. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Temuan penelitian yaitu equivalent rate berpengaruh terhadap dana pihak ketiga, inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap dana pihak ketiga dan Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap dana pihak ketiga

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is basically the moral responsibility of companies and enterprises toward societies. The responsibility itself can be initiated by the company itself, employees, other companies, social environments, and even the State where the business is established. The concept of CSR can be seen from two different perspectives. First, it concerns with the company’s goal is for profit. Therefore, CSR is believed to be parts of business. Second, it deals with the purpose of a company is for profit while ensuring people’s welfare and environmental sustainability become prior concerns. Islam strongly supports CSR since it cannot be denied that the businesses create a lot of unexpected social problems. Consequently, it is the companies and enterprises’ responsibility to fix those problems. This is reasonable since they need to explore a variety of natural resources for business sustainability, therefore, they should be responsible for the people and environment in return.Kata kunci: implementasi, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, pandangan Islam

Abstract

AbstractBaitul Mal Wa Tamwil (BMT) has an important meaning for economic development as well as being the core of a community-based economic strength, its presence is needed especially for people who have micro-businesses that can be developed, so with this encouragement researchers are interested in researching the potential for establishing BMTs in Tolang Village. Julu, Sayur Matinggi District, South Tapanuli Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential for establishing BMT in Tolang Julu Village, Sayur Matinggi District, South Tapanuli Regency. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach, is descriptive in nature. The subjects of this research are the people of Tolang Julu Village who have micro-businesses and need funds. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The results showed that in Tolang Julu Village, Sayur Matinggi District, South Tapanuli Regency, it has the potential to establish BMT. The existing weaknesses and threats can be minimized with a strategy in the SWOT matrix, namely the SO strategy, the WO strategy, the ST strategy, the WT strategy.Keywords: Potential, BMT, SWOT analysis

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hasil capaian yang diperoleh setelah melakukan aktivitas. Masih terdapat pegawai yang tidak dapat memberikan hasil kinerja yang tidak mencapai target yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan stress individu terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Padangsidimpuan. Dengan teknik sampling jenuh maka jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 32 orang. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, stress individu terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Padangsidimpuan baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

The research problem is how the Bank  Sumut Cabang Syariah Padangsidimpuan create clean strategy in increasing the number of customers. while the goal is to figure out the strategy and the efforts made by the Bank Sumut Cabang Syariah Padangsidimpuan in increasing the number of customers. This study was descriptive qualitative research subjects is a common part of employees, bank customers Sharia Branch Padangsidimpuan North Sumatra. While data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study showed that the strategy of the Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Branch Padangsidimpuan in creating a competitive advantage in an effort to increase the number of customers is to adopt a strategy of focus, such as with the results of the financing which is cheaper than the banks of other Islamic or conventional banks, implementing network systems online so ease of service to customers and provide operational vehicles through mobile branch that services performed by meet the customers directly

Abstract

OCB is formally defined as behavior above and beyond of the role that is described formally with the role of organizational, natural freedom, and it is not rewarded directly or explicitly in the context of the structure of the formal recognition of the organization, and it is importance for the effectiveness of  implementation and critical success of an organization. OCB is also importance for the provision of students’ business and career business who is similar with the successfull of the organization  in the future, the scale which is students engage in these behaviors , it will be investigated directly in academic determination. Involvement of students with OCB will provide benefits that can be shown in a future career of students’ succesfull. This is the responsibility of lecturers in business field to inform students about the important of OCB and instruct them in using their applications. Students who do OCB should be encouraged by educators to purify and further develop their skills

Abstract

The current condition is seen where there are still many students who have the mindset that after completing their higher education they hope to get a job in an office or company as an employee. This means that a student is said to be successful in his studies if he succeeds in working as an employee or employee. If such a mindset is still reflected in students, higher education will give birth to new unemployed people. This study aims to analyze the effect of income expectations and family environment on the interest of students of the Islamic economics study program at IAIN Padangsidimpuan to become entrepreneurs. The population of this study was students of the Islamic economics study program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Padangsidimpuan State Islamic Institute for 2018 and 2019 which amounted to 546 students. The determination of the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula, so that 85 students were obtained consisting of 38 students from the 2018 class and 47 students from the 2019 class. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS (Software Statistical Product Service Solution) application version 22. The research findings are that income expectations and family environment have a positive and significant influence on the interest of students of Islamic economics study program to become entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Komponen working capital terdiri dari perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang, dalam penelitian ini terdapat fenomena ketika nilai perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang nilainya tinggi namun likuiditas PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk mengalami kebalikannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang terhadap likuiditas perusahaan. Pembahasan penelitian ini berkaitan dengan bidang akuntansi yang membahas tentang rasio keuangan. Sehubungan dengan itu, pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah teori-teori dan ayat yang berkaitan dengan rasio keuangan seperti, likuiditas yang diukur dengan current rasio, dan komponen working capital mengenai perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Bentuk data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data time series sebanyak 32 sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan melalui uji t menghasilkan nilai thitung ttabel atau (-0,400544 < 1,69913) dan signifikan > 0,05 (0,6917 > 0,05) untuk variabel perputaran kas yang berarti bahwa secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap likuiditas. Untuk variabel perputaran piutang thitung ttabel atau (-0,875508 < 1,69913) dan signifikan > 0,05 (0,3885 > 0,05) yang berarti bahwa tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap likuiditas. Dan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan melalui uji f menghasilkan nilai Fhitung < Ftabel atau (1,091348 < 3,33) yang berarti bahwa perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap likuiditas.

Abstract

Keberadaan bank syariah tentang produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan masih kurang diketahui dan dipahami oleh masyarakat Kelurahan Aek Tampang Kecamatan Padangsidimpuan Selatan dan sebagian lagi menganggap bahwa bank syariah sama saja dengan bank konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran dan pengetahuan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Aek Tampang Kecamatan Padangsidimpuan Selatan. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi pemasaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah bank syariah dan pengetahuan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah.

Abstract

The existence of Islamic banks regarding the products and services offered is still poorly known and understood by the people of Aek Tampang Village, South Padangsidimpuan District and some consider that Islamic banks are the same as conventional banks. This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing strategy and knowledge on the decision to become a customer. The population of this research is the Aek Tampang community, South Padangsidimpuan District. By using the Slovin formula, so the number of samples is 99 people. Data was collected by means of interviews and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 23 application. The results of this study found that marketing strategy had no effect on the decision to become a customer of a sharia bank and knowledge had an influence on the decision to become a customer.
