Abstract

The application of the User Centered Design (UCD) method is needed to improve the school website by redesigning it. The problems experienced by schools are usually in the form of a static website and an unattractive web appearance. This will be detrimental to the school, because the website is a door for information and school promotion. posting important news and announcements on the website in the hope that students and parents can obtain information more quickly and accurately. The UCD method starts from the plan, design, prototype and review. This step begins with interviews, field observations and distributing questionnaires to website users. Such as teachers, students, parents and the general public. The results provide a lot of input and optimize the appearance of mobile-based websites to attract more interest and better access by users. With the hope that students and parents can get information on news and important announcements more quickly and accurately on the website.

Abstract

Sani Computer  merupakan sebuah toko yang menyediakan kebutuhan onderdil (suku Cadang) Computer dan laptop yang  berlokasi di kota Pekanbaru. Selama ini permasalahan pemantauan jumlah stok Stok tidak diperhitungan dalam melakukan transaksi pemesanan Stok, ini menimbulkan terjadinya salah prediksi pada kapasitas jumlah pada gudang yaitu kelebihan atau kekurangan stok. Karena proses pengolahan data transaksi yang ada masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga mengakibatkan salah prediksi informasi Stok. jadi informasi ketersediaan Stok berdampak pada proses jual beli yang dilakukan di toko. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, dibangunlah “Sistem Monitoring Persediaan Stok Onderdil Menggunakan Metode Reorder Point Pada Sani Computer”. Metode Reorder Point (ROP) merupakan saat dimana perusahaan harus melakukan pemesanan kembali sebelum persediaan Stok yang ada digudang habis. Pada penggunaan metode reorder point maka Sani Computer membutuhkan nilai penjualan maksimum, penjualan rata-rata, lead time, dan safety stock. Dan untuk pengujian menggunakan Blackbox, untuk menyatakan bahwa seluruh kebutuhan pengguna telah terpenuhi secara keseluruhan. Agar pengelola toko nantinya bisa menggunakan sistem ini dengan mudah, untuk kualitas sistem biasa meyediakan informasi yang lebih akurat.

Abstract

A practitioner seminar is an event where professionals in a specific field share their experiences and skills. The implementation of the Extreme Programming method in creating an Information System for Practitioner Seminars at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis can be done effectively. Currently, the management of seminar data at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis is still manual, including participant registration, attendance, and certificates. The current system results in poor data storage and the manual one-by-one distribution of seminar certificates to participants. This research aims to design and develop a system that will facilitate the management of seminar participant data. The system applied in this research is titled "Design and Development of a Web-Based Information System for Practitioner Seminars at Polbeng Using the Extreme Programming Method." The author hopes that this system will help manage practitioner seminar data efficiently and simplify data retrieval when needed. This system includes features such as participant data management, seminar registration, event scheduling, and participant certificates.
