Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine youth participation in the Karang Taruna Desa program in terms of program management aspects and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of youth participation in the Karang Taruna village program. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection techniques carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data used is data triangulation, namely source triangulation. The data analysis technique is qualitative descriptive with the following stages: data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The results obtained in this study (1) youth participation in the Karang Taruna village program viewed aspects of program management using four stages of participation, namely participation in planning; participation in implementation and participation in utilization; (2) factors that hamper youth participation in the Youth Organization program are limited time from individuals and lack of confidence to channel their potential. While the supporting factors are that individuals have high social awareness or spirit to build community through the Youth Organization program.

Abstract

This paper describes the review of productive zakat in sharia and regulatory perspectives. This research uses library research methods by reviewing and collecting the results of previous studies that are in line with the theme of this study. The results of this study indicate that productive zakat in sharia perspective is allowed to improve the economic life of the mustahiq and meet the needs in worshiping Allah SWT. While productive zakat from a regulatory perspective in Indonesia is at the macro, meso, and micro levels.The authenticity of this study is permissible and productive zakat. A new aspect of this research is conducting a study with two discussions namely the sharia perspective and regulatory perspective in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influences of e-service quality and perceived value on customer satisfaction. This research is a research with quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents who are Bukalapak users that already made purchases through Bukalapak Mobile Application at least 2 times, samples determined using nonprobability purposive sampling technique. Measurement used was questionnaire that was distributed through Google Form to respondents. The analysis data using SPSS 25. The result of this research shows that e-service quality significantly affect customer satisfaction with t value 6,112 > t table 1,98, perceived value significantly affect customer satisfaction with t value 5,310 > t table 1,98, e-service quality and perceived value significantly affect customer satisfaction silmutaneously with f value 86,815 > f  table 3,09.

Abstract

Each the property and real estate industries are one of the industries listed in the Indonesian stock exchange. Property and real estate characteristics are those whose assets are rated to have high investment value, and are fairly safe and stable. Property and realestate development will naturally attract investors as land and building prices rise, land offers are steady while demand will continue to increase as the population increases and the growing human need for housing, offices, and shopping centers word/phrase is separated by commas The purpose of research to analyze the impact of profitability (roa) on capital structures (der), corporate size (pp), and sales growth (pp) on property and real estate firms in the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2019. As for the method used in this study using a more impressive sampling method using specific criteria in the sampling taken. And the sample used in this study is 32 real estate and property companies. Analysis has shown that there is influence for profitability (roa) on capital structures (der), corporate size, and sales growth (pp) (x) on property and real estate companies (y).
