Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of problematic financing on profitability in Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in the City of Bekasi and the efforts of the management of the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) in Bekasi City in overcoming problematic financing. This research is "qualitative" namely research that studies a number of information relating to financing. To process data in this study using quantitative analysis in the form of Simple Regression analysis (Likert scale), and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) with SPSS version 23.00. The results of data processing by researchers have the value of validity and reliability can be used as the basis for retrieval of data, and the results of simple regression analysis with r square of 0.047. shows that H0 is accepted which shows that there is no significant effect of Non Performing Financing on Profit in BPRS in Bekasi City.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to add new insights and knowledge for all supporting lecturers for Pancasila courses at Indraprasta University PGRI Jakarta regarding the importance of writing scientific papers, techniques and procedures for writing scientific publication articles, as well as concepts and techniques for writing scientific papers. publishing articles in national scientific journals, to managing Scientific Publication Journals. The community service methods used are training, workshops, and mentoring. The targets of this activity are all supporting lecturers for Pancasila and Citizenship courses at PGRI Indraprasta University as well as the Editorial Board of the Pancasila Journal and the Executive Board of the Center for Pancasila Studies at Indraprasta University, PGRI Jakarta (Unindra). The results of this training show good progress regarding the governance of the Jagadditha Journal: Journal of Diversity and National Insights, starting from improving OJS website services, having standard templates, focusing on discussion science, but not having national to international indexes such as the Digital Object Identifier (DOI). , Copernicus , Scopus, Directory of Open Access Journal (DOAJ), Morraref, Portal Garuda, Arjuna, to Sinta DIKTI.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the Leadership Style, Motivation, and Discipline on Employee Performance. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT Intikom Berlian Mustika in the Operation Support section with a sample of all employees of PT Intikom Berlian Mustika in the Operation Support section, except for a leader. The instrument in this study used an open questionnaire using a Likert scale to measure the attitudes, opinions and perceptions of a person or group of social events or symptoms. The results of this study were partially tested for leadership style variables with a statistical value of 1.585 <2.162, so Ho was accepted, meaning that there was no significant effect of the leadership style variable on employee performance. The partial test results for the motivation variable with a statistical value of 1.376 <2.162, then Ho is accepted, which means that there is no significant effect of the motivation variable on employee performance, so Ho is accepted, which means that there is no significant effect of the motivation variable on employee performance. The partial test results for the discipline variable with a statistical value of 5.969> 2.162, then Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant effect of the discipline variable on employee performance. Simultaneous test results with a value of 19.288> 2.77, then Ho is rejected, which means that leadership style, motivation, and discipline simultaneously or jointly affect the performance of employees of PT Intikom Berlian Mustika.

Abstract

Tujuan diadakan PKM ini ialah pengelola dan anggota koperasi Konsumen Bina Amanah Nirwana Sejahtera dapat menjalankan usahanya secara profesional, kreatif dan inovatif. Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan yaitu Pelatihan Manajemen Pemasaran, pelatihan Kewirausahaan, pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan, dan pendampingan pembuatan produk dan diversifikasinya. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (Abdimas) ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 1 kali pertemuan yang dilaksanakan pada hari Minggu, 06 Juni 2021 pada pukul 09.00 – 13.30 WIB (4 Jam 30 menit). Masyarakat komplek Puri Nirwana 2 Kelurahan Harapan Jaya Kec. Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat (khususnya pengelola dan anggota koperasi Konsumen Bina Amanah Nirwana Sejahtera) menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan PKM ini, pihak pengelola koperasi Konsumen Bina Amanah Nirwana Sejahtera menyediakan sarana prasarana pendukung dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat seperti menyediakan ruangan PKM, sound system, infocus, whiteboard, kursi dan meja, dll.  Berdasarkan PKM yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Tim PKM di Koperasi Konsumen Bina Amanah Nirwana Sejahtera Cibinong – Bogor, disimpulkan bahwa peserta yang sudah mulai mendaftarkan Produk ke Market Place guna meningkatkan penjualan produk & jasanya. Kedua, sosialisasi mengenai pengenalan Teknikal Prosedur E-Commerce & Market Place dalam kegiatanü usaha guna peningkatan penjualan barang dan jasa. telah mencapai target luaran. Setelah dilakukan sosialisasi, peserta menjadi paham dan dapat mengidentifikasi Teknikal Prosedur E-Commerce & Market Place dalam kegiatanü usaha guna peningkatan penjualan barang dan jasa. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Koperasi, Koperasi konsumen, Koperasi konsumen Bina Amanah Nirwana Sejahtera, Cibinong.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine youth participation in the Karang Taruna Desa program in terms of program management aspects and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of youth participation in the Karang Taruna village program. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection techniques carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data used is data triangulation, namely source triangulation. The data analysis technique is qualitative descriptive with the following stages: data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The results obtained in this study (1) youth participation in the Karang Taruna village program viewed aspects of program management using four stages of participation, namely participation in planning; participation in implementation and participation in utilization; (2) factors that hamper youth participation in the Youth Organization program are limited time from individuals and lack of confidence to channel their potential. While the supporting factors are that individuals have high social awareness or spirit to build community through the Youth Organization program.

Abstract

This paper describes the review of productive zakat in sharia and regulatory perspectives. This research uses library research methods by reviewing and collecting the results of previous studies that are in line with the theme of this study. The results of this study indicate that productive zakat in sharia perspective is allowed to improve the economic life of the mustahiq and meet the needs in worshiping Allah SWT. While productive zakat from a regulatory perspective in Indonesia is at the macro, meso, and micro levels.The authenticity of this study is permissible and productive zakat. A new aspect of this research is conducting a study with two discussions namely the sharia perspective and regulatory perspective in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influences of e-service quality and perceived value on customer satisfaction. This research is a research with quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents who are Bukalapak users that already made purchases through Bukalapak Mobile Application at least 2 times, samples determined using nonprobability purposive sampling technique. Measurement used was questionnaire that was distributed through Google Form to respondents. The analysis data using SPSS 25. The result of this research shows that e-service quality significantly affect customer satisfaction with t value 6,112 > t table 1,98, perceived value significantly affect customer satisfaction with t value 5,310 > t table 1,98, e-service quality and perceived value significantly affect customer satisfaction silmutaneously with f value 86,815 > f  table 3,09.

Abstract

Each the property and real estate industries are one of the industries listed in the Indonesian stock exchange. Property and real estate characteristics are those whose assets are rated to have high investment value, and are fairly safe and stable. Property and realestate development will naturally attract investors as land and building prices rise, land offers are steady while demand will continue to increase as the population increases and the growing human need for housing, offices, and shopping centers word/phrase is separated by commas The purpose of research to analyze the impact of profitability (roa) on capital structures (der), corporate size (pp), and sales growth (pp) on property and real estate firms in the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2019. As for the method used in this study using a more impressive sampling method using specific criteria in the sampling taken. And the sample used in this study is 32 real estate and property companies. Analysis has shown that there is influence for profitability (roa) on capital structures (der), corporate size, and sales growth (pp) (x) on property and real estate companies (y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada potensi pendapatan daerah Tasikmalaya sektor pariwisata pada akhir tahun 2020-2021. Dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran bidang usaha pariwisata yang memiliki potensi pendapatan daerah, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif berupa menghitung nilai potensi pajak hotel, potensi pajak restoran dan analisis retribusi daerah wisata. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui potensi pajak hotel sebesar Rp. 1.605.544.973.152,- dan pada tahun 2020 pendapatan tersebut telah mencapai 6,10% dari target potensi pajak yang ada. Potensi pendapatan dari restoran tersebut menghasilkan potensi pajak sebesar Rp153.000.000.000,- dengan realisasi mencapai 15,52% dari target. Obyek wisata memberikan retribusi sebesar Rp. 4.387.089.214,-. Jika dibandingkan realisasi pendapatan retaliasi di tempat rekreasi dengan kemungkinan retaliasi di tempat rekreasi mencapai 79,34%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis ada tidaknya pengaruh disiplin dan pengawasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank DKI Cabang Gambir - Jakarta Pusat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah  kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Bank DKI Cabang Gambir-Jakarta Pusat yang berjumlah 80 orang, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel disiplin (X1) dan pengawasan kerja (X2) serta variabel terkait kinerja karyawan (Y). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner menggunakan google form. Metode analisis adalah regresi linear berganda dengan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan variabel disiplin dan pengawasan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank DKI Cabang Gambir-Jakarta Pusat dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model regresi linier yang diestimasi layak digunakan. Berdasarkan uji parsial diketahui bahwa disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank DKI Cabang Gambir-Jakarta Pusat dengan nilai sig (0,004) < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung (3,057) > t tabel (2,024) sedangkan pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank DKI Cabang Gambir-Jakarta Pusat dengan nilai sig (0,001) < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung (3,458) > t tabel (2,024) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,385.
