Abstract

This study examines the integration of local cultural values of the Tengger ethnic community into the Merdeka Curriculum at the elementary education level, specifically across phases A to C. Utilizing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with educators and school administrators, direct classroom observations, and analysis of curricular and instructional documentation in public elementary schools located in Tosari District, Pasuruan Regency. The findings reveal that core Tengger cultural values, such as deliberative consensus, communal cooperation (gotong royong), and interreligious harmony are systematically embedded within thematic learning activities and Pancasila Student Profile (P5) projects. These values are internalized through pedagogical strategies that align with Lickona’s framework of moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action, fostering holistic character development among students. Teachers contextualize learning content by linking curriculum competencies to students’ lived cultural experiences, thereby enhancing relevance, engagement, and ethical understanding. The study demonstrates that the Merdeka Curriculum provides a flexible platform for the incorporation of local wisdom, enabling culturally responsive and sustainable character education. These findings highlight the potential of curriculum localization to strengthen national education goals while preserving indigenous identity and community values within formal schooling.

Abstract

The integration of Islamic values into English Language Teaching (ELT) poses significant challenges for teachers in Islamic schools. This study examines the obstacles and requirements associated with embedding Islamic principles into ELT at SMP IICP Puncak Darussalam. A needs analysis was conducted with students to explore their motivations, learning objectives, and challenges in language acquisition. The findings indicate that students primarily struggle with listening comprehension and speaking skills. To address these issues, the study recommends adopting a task-based approach, communicative language teaching, role-playing activities, and interactive listening exercises incorporating digital media to enhance engagement and align with students’ goals. These findings are expected to inform the development of effective ELT strategies in Islamic schools, particularly at SMP Puncak Darussalam, fostering more impactful teaching practices.

Abstract

Blended learning combines face-to-face instruction with online learning, designed to provide greater flexibility in the teaching and learning process. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving students and teachers as research subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, including learning materials, exam results, and assignments given to students. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of blended learning has a positive impact on students' learning motivation, where students feel more motivated to learn independently and have the opportunity to review material at any time through online platforms. Blended learning also enhances the interaction between teachers and students, allowing students to ask questions and engage in discussions more freely. However, challenges such as limited internet access for some students and the lack of technological skills among some teachers reduce the effectiveness of this learning approach. In terms of academic performance, this study found that most students experienced improvement in their exam results and assignments after the implementation of the blended learning strategy, although some students faced difficulties in participating in online learning. Overall, blended learning proves to be effective in improving students' academic performance, as long as the existing challenges can be addressed, such as providing better internet access and offering technology training for teachers. This study suggests that Madrasah Aliyah Darunnajah Trenggalek continues to develop and utilize technology in learning to enhance the quality of education in the future.

Abstract

Ketersediaan dan distribusi LPG subsidi memiliki peranan penting dalam menjaga stabilitas ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, terutama di wilayah lokal. Namun, fluktuasi permintaan yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor musiman, kebijakan pemerintah, dan kondisi pasar sering menyebabkan ketidakpastian dalam perencanaan stok, yang dapat mengakibatkan ketidakseimbangan antara pasokan dan permintaan. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan algoritma Weighted Moving Average (WMA) sebagai metode peramalan untuk memprediksi penjualan LPG subsidi, dengan studi kasus di Pangkalan Ranba Lamongan. Algoritma WMA memberikan bobot lebih besar pada data terbaru, sehingga mampu menghasilkan prediksi yang adaptif terhadap perubahan tren penjualan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa WMA mampu menghasilkan prediksi yang lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan metode Simple Moving Average (SMA), dengan tingkat kesalahan prediksi yang lebih rendah berdasarkan metrik evaluasi MAE, MSE, dan MAPE. Nilai MAPE sebesar 1,8% menunjukkan bahwa model WMA memiliki akurasi sangat tinggi dalam memprediksi penjualan LPG subsidi. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa algoritma WMA lebih responsif dalam menangkap pola musiman dan fluktuasi pasar yang dinamis. Dengan demikian, algoritma WMA dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan operasional pangkalan LPG, khususnya di Pangkalan Ranba, Lamongan. Penelitian ini juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan metode peramalan berbasis data historis yang dapat diterapkan di wilayah lain dengan pola permintaan serupa. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membantu pangkalan LPG dalam meminimalkan risiko kekurangan atau kelebihan stok dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan melalui pengelolaan distribusi yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

Peningkatan kebutuhan akses internet yang stabil dan terkelola di lingkungan kampus mendorong perlunya sistem autentikasi terpusat yang efisien. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan integrasi FreeRADIUS, MySQL, dan MikroTik untuk membangun sistem manajemen hotspot berbasis role dengan alokasi bandwidth berbeda untuk setiap kategori pengguna (pejabat: 15 Mbps, dosen/tendik: 10 Mbps, mahasiswa: 5 Mbps). Metode penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan arsitektur terpusat, dan pengujian fungsional dengan pendekatan black-box dan white-box testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem berhasil mencapai: (1) autentikasi terpusat dengan keberhasilan login 98.2% pada 500 pengguna bersamaan, (2) alokasi bandwidth akurat dengan deviasi ≤3%, (3) kompatibilitas sempurna di berbagai platform (Windows, macOS, Android, Linux), dan (4) pengurangan 75% beban administratif. Sistem ini juga mencatat latensi 320 ms, packet loss 0.02%, dan uptime 99.95%. Temuan penelitian mengungkap keunggulan utama dalam skalabilitas dan efisiensi, meski masih perlu pengembangan di aspek keamanan (migrasi SHA-256) dan antarmuka manajemen. Implementasi ini terbukti efektif mendigitalisasi layanan jaringan kampus sekaligus menyediakan model yang dapat diadopsi institusi pendidikan lain.
