Abstract

Pelayanan kehilangan yang dilakukan Kepolisian Resort (Polres) Banyuwangi khususnya Sentra Pelayanan Keamanan Terpadu (SPKT) meliputi Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan (STNK) Mobil/Motor, Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) Mobil/Motor, Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), Kartu Keluarga (KK), Anjungan Tunai Mandiri (ATM), Buku Tabungan, Paspor, Sertifikat, Surat Tanah dan Surat Lain-lain (Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa, Surat Gadai, Ijazah, Giro Bilyet, Tilang dan Buku Raport) dimana pembuatan Surat Keterangan Tanda Lapor Kehilangan (SKTLK) masih manual dengan tools pengolah kata dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama, sehingga masyarakat mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pelayanannya. Polres Banyuwangi menjalankan Program Prioritas Promoter (Profesional, Modern dan Terpercaya) Kapolri Tahun 2016, khususnya program ke-2: Peningkatan Pelayanan Publik yang Lebih Mudah bagi Masyarakat dan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat (pemohon SKTLK) dapat mengakses layanan dengan mudah dan mendapatkan SKTLK lebih cepat di polres/polsek terdekat pada wilayah hukum kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang terdiri dari: Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction dan Cutover. Hasil penelitian ini adalah web tentang laporan kehilangan (e-report) dengan URL http://banyuwangi.jatim.polri.go.id/kehilangan.html. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelayanan publik pada Polres Banyuwangi tentang e-report dengan metode RAD dapat diakses pada web, sehingga pemohon dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan SKTLK di Polres atau Polsek yang terdekat dengan lokasi kehilangan. Metode RAD mempermudah dalam pembangunan layanan e-report berbasis web karena aktivitas dan fasenya melibatkan pengguna khususnya pada user design. Hasil pengujian terhadap fitur pada layanan e-report pada fase construction dan cutover dapat menampilkan  sesuai dengan requirements planning yang ditetapkan pengguna.Kata Kunci: kehilangan, Polres Banyuwangi, Rapid Application Development

Abstract

Peningkatan pelayanan dan penyuluhan layanan imunisasi untuk ibu, bayi dan balita di Puskesmas dalam mencapai target cakupan Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap (IDL). Kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki 45 Puskesmas yang akan dikelompokkan menjadi 3 kategori, yaitu: Puskesmas mencapai target IDL dengan status cukup, Puskesmas mencapai target IDL dengan status kurang, dan Puskesmas mencapai target IDL dengan status sangat baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Puskesmas dalam mencapai target cakupan IDL di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah K-Means Clustering, dimana metode ini dapat mencari partisi yang maksimal dengan prosedur iterasi yang optimal dalam mengelompokkan data secara tepat, dan memiliki ketelitian yang akurat terhadap ukuran objek, sehingga lebih terukur dan efisien dalam pengolahan data yang besar. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah cluster pertama memiliki 19 data puskesmas dengan target imunisasi cukup, cluster kedua memiliki 24 data puskesmas dengan target imunisasi kurang, dan cluster ketiga memiliki 2 data puskesmas dengan target imunisasi sangat baik, sehingga Dinas Kesehatan dapat memberikan tugas tambahan bagi kelompok Puskesmas yang memiliki target IDL dengan status kurang untuk mengurangi angka penyakit-penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi (PD3I). Improvement of immunization services and counselling services for mothers, infants, and toddlers in health care centres in achieving the target of Complete Basic Immunization (IDL). Banyuwangi Regency has 45 Puskesmas which will be grouped into 3 categories, namely: Puskesmas achieving IDL targets with sufficient status, Puskesmas achieving IDL targets with insufficient status, and Puskesmas achieving IDL targets with very good status. The purpose of this study was to determine the health centre in achieving the target of IDL coverage in the Banyuwangi Regency. The method used in this research is K-Means Clustering. This method will seek a maximal partition with optimum iteration procedure and has the best precision of the object measurement, so it is more scalable and efficient in processing a large data. The conclusion in this study is the first cluster has 19 health care centers data with sufficient immunization targets, the second cluster has 24 health care centers data with fewer immunization targets, and the third cluster has 2 health care centers data with very good immunization targets, so the Health Office can provide additional tasks for the Puskesmas group who have IDL targets with insufficient status to reduce the number of diseases that can be prevented by immunization (PD3I).

Abstract

Kemampuan penguasaaan teknologi dan informasi pada guru di SMAN 15 Kota Bekasi dalam masa adaptasi kebiasaan baru sangat diperlukan. Pembuatan media pembelajaran adalah upaya yang dilakukan guru untuk memberikan pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan tool Google Classroom. Metode dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran yang berisi penambahan data siswa, penginputan materi pembelajaran, pembuatan kuis untuk siswa, dan penilaian tugas siswa. Hasil pada pengabdian ini adalah guru dapat membuat media pembelajaran dengan dukungan Google Classroom, sehingga dapat menyajikan informasi pembelajaran jarak jauh yang mudah disampaikan kepada siswa dengan berkualitas. Hasil pada pengabdian dapat membantu memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh, sehingga dapat mempermudah dalam mewujudkan visi (Dapat Sejajar dengan Sekolah Terbaik Lainnya) dan misi (Unggul dalam Prestasi-Berdaya Saing Global-Berlandaskan Iman dan Taqwa) SMAN 15 Kota Bekasi. Hasil kuesioner dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah Baik Sekali sebesar 44,43%, Baik sebesar 47,73%, Cukup sebesar 8%, Kurang Baik sebesar 0,33%, dan Sangat Kurang sebesar 0%.Kata kunci: Google Classroom, Media Pembelajaran, Pelatihan, SMAN 15 Kota Bekasi

Abstract

In urban areas found there are dirty so that the virus can develop and produce disease. To cope with the disease, an immune or immune system is needed. One prevention against viruses is by treatment in pill or other forms. Education about health about viruses is very much needed by the community, especially early childhood so that education can be interesting and interactive so it is made in the form of educational games. The purpose of this study is to provide health education to users to care about health, remind users of the importance of maintaining the health of viruses or microbes or the like where prevention is better than cure, avoiding dirty or dirty places, giving knowledge about places that are often occupied by viruses, and care about the environment by maintaining environmental cleanliness. The method used in this study is The Games Development Life Cycle. Buildbox is one of the tools used in making games that are user-friendly or easy to use. The virus survivor game explains about virus specialists who are required to pass dirty places in the city by avoiding viruses and obstacles that lead to the laboratory to make drugs in the form of pills to make the body become immune to the virus. The doctor must also collect coins in the form of DNA to open new characters to make them stronger. Power up to fight the virus in the form of an immune pill to make it immune to viruses, magnetic DNA pills to make it easier to get coins, and pills to eradicate the virus. The conclusion in this study is that the virus survivor game is an educational game to improve public health knowledge, especially early childhood so that the body is expected to have immunity to disease viruses.

Abstract

The Library is a facility that is used as a place to access information. The library contains various information needed by the public with various books from various fields. In this digital era, not a few libraries still use conventional methods for data management processes. As records for borrowing and returning books that are still done manually, such as handwriting on large books. So it is not uncommon missing data. With this, the researcher aims to create a library information system that aims to make it easier for library staff to record loans and return books. The development method used is the prototype method. The conclusion obtained in this study is the e-library application can help users in the process of data collection and data management of borrowing and returning books.

Abstract

Agriculture in Singojuruh Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java Province has 57 Farmers Groups in 11 villages (Alas Malang, Benelan Kidul, Gambor, Singojuruh, Singolatren, Lemahbang Kulon, Gumirih, Padang, Cantuk, Kemiri, and Sumber Baru) in which need information on organic and inorganic agriculture for agricultural processing, including: piracy, irrigation, fertilization, planting and pest control. In an effort to facilitate farmers in knowing information on organic and inorganic agriculture, a web-based ITFARM system is needed. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with observation, interview and literature study as well as using agile methods for timebox planning, Daily Stand-Up Meeting (Elicitation Requirements, Detail System Design, Coding Development & Testing), Demonstration and Retrospective Meeting. IT-FARM system users, namely: farmers, Agricultural Counseling Centers (BPP) and administrators. The conclusion obtained in this study is a Web-based IT-FARM system built using the agile method where the web can inform how to plant, pirate, irrigate, fertilize, and control pests both organic and inorganic agriculture. BPP Singojuruh Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java Province can use the TI-FARM system for materials that can be delivered to farmer groups to go to Superior Agriculture. Admin can manage data about organic and inorganic agriculture. Information about agriculture can be seen by the BPP and the Farmers' Group.

Abstract

The short film Allure of Culture tells the story of the appeal of culture to the youngergeneration. Three teenagers from different cities with different languages, eachdifferent, and also each learning from each other. The film is set in the Banyuwangiarea. and has a lot of local cultural wisdom that is still preserved by the Banyuwangicommunity which attracts visitors, including teenagers. They will not forget theculture, now rarely use local languages, they do not want to forget local languages.The benefit of the short film Allure of Culture is to invite the Indonesian people tonot forget to keep preserving the culture of their respective regions. One of them stilluses local language everyday. Not only language, in this film also asked to remainrelated to culture, for example Banyuwangi the tradition of kebo-keboan. This filmuses the Continuity Cutting editing technique. The Continuity Cutting technique isa method of editing a film that contains an extension of two scenes that havecontinuity. The development method used is qualitative and quantitative methods.The conclusion obtained in this research is producing a film that aims to support theeducation in Banyuwangi for all of Indonesia, also invites Indonesian people,especially young people, to preserve local agriculture by using everyday languageand maintaining local wisdom.

Abstract

Making a work through a short film is a pride to make a better experience for thefuture. With the short film can put wisdom or a lesson in it and draw the attention ofthe audience to learn to make short films, for hobbies and to work in the field ofvideography. In making a short film, it certainly requires technical requirements init. So that people who see, make and understand the contents in the short film so theycan know the techniques used. One of them is to make a short film entitled IT inMillennial Daily Life by using handheld techniques and continuity cutting in it. Theexistence of making a short film with the title IT in Millennial Daily Life, has theaim to provide information that today many people who in their daily lives are verydependent on technology. The use of technology that can be done anytime andanywhere or commonly called IT for life. In making the short film, using the twotechniques already mentioned, namely the handheld technique and continuitycutting, which aims to produce videos that do not shake or shake, and the continuitycutting technique in the video editing process produces a video transfer that is nottoo flashy. Abstract

The coverage of Health Care Center toward UCI (Universal Child Immunization) at Banyuwangi Regency in 2018 met the target 91%. Onfortunately with a high amount of immunization, the number of infant deaths reached 138 infants. Total number increased 111 from the previous year. A review of the complete basic immunization data needs to be done. In this research, a clustering method was proposed by comparing the K-Means and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) algorithm in grouping Health Care Center data. Silhouette Coefficient and Standart Deviation were used to evaluate clusters that were perfomed to find out the accuracy in grouping data. The result showed that the FCM algorithm was better than K-Means based on Silhouette Coefficient results that were close to good, and the calculation of Standart Deviation had a smaller result that was 0.0918 than K-Means with the results of 0.0942. The Grouping of Heath Care Center data can be considered by the Health Department of Banyuwangi Regency in evaluating complete basic immunization services, especially in groups with poor immunization services to reduce infant and child mortality, so a disease that can be prevented with immunization become lower.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan dosen Program Studi Teknik Informatika, Fakultas Informatika, Universitas Bina Insani yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengenalan secara online mengenai bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dengan Framework Codeigniter (CI) untuk Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan Non ASN Pemerintah Kota Bekasi. Metode dalam PkM ini dengan memberikan pelatihan dan demonstrasi kepada peserta dalam pembuatan aplikasi yang dapat mendukung Smart City dengan dukungan media online berupa Zoom, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram dan Google Drive. Feedback diberikan sebagai upaya untuk umpan balik terhadap PkM yang dilaksanakan di mana yang mengisi berjumlah 57 dari 85 peserta yang melakukan daftar ulang. Kesimpulan pada PkM ini adalah ASN dan Non ASN Pemerintah Kota Bekasi dapat mengenal secara online bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework CI, sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam pembuatan aplikasi dalam mendukung smart city di Kota Bekasi.
