Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively review the literature related to citizen participation in public administration. Citizen participation is an important element in increasing transparency, accountability, and governance effectiveness. This study uses a literature review method to analyze the concepts, dimensions, supporting factors, and challenges that affect citizens' involvement in public administration. The results of the study show that citizen participation can be implemented through various forms, such as consultation, dialogue, collaboration, and direct empowerment. Digital technologies, such as e-governance and social media, have expanded the space for participation, although there are still obstacles such as inequality in access to technology, lack of digital literacy, and bureaucratic resistance. Other factors that play a role include inclusive policies, responsive leadership, and a participatory culture in society. In addition, citizen participation not only improves the quality of public services, but also strengthens democracy. The study provides recommendations for developing a strategic framework to integrate citizen participation into public administration more effectively, with a focus on sustainability, inclusivity, and adaptation to technological change.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of diversity and inclusion in the workplace on employee performance and innovation in organisations. In the context of increasing globalisation, companies are faced with the challenge of creating an inclusive work environment, where different cultural backgrounds, genders, and experiences can contribute to the maximum. This research methodology uses a quantitative approach with a survey involving 20 respondents from various industrial sectors. The data was analysed using multiple regression techniques to identify the relationship between diversity, inclusion, employee performance, and level of innovation. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between team diversity and improved individual performance as well as collaboration between team members. In addition, an inclusive work environment was shown to encourage creativity and new product innovation. The research also found that companies that actively implement diversity policies experience increased job satisfaction among their employees.

Abstract

Politicians around the world are increasingly using social media platforms as a means to engage with the public and conduct election campaigns. However, the true impact of social media campaigns on political outcomes remains untested and empirical evidence is scant. This research aims to review the existing literature on this issue to explore the impact of social media on political participation. The widespread use of social media by the public has attracted the attention of politicians as a platform for election campaigns. This type of research is a literature review by analyzing previous research qualitatively. The results show that social media has a significant impact on political participation. Social media platforms provide powerful new tools for individuals to engage in the political process and make their voices heard. However, it is important to be aware of the potential challenges of using social media for political participation and to use it responsibly and ethically. Social media has a significant role in expanding access to political information, mobilizing public participation, and reaching marginalized voters. Social media provides an inclusive platform for individuals to participate in political discussions, organize political movements, and strengthen democracy by ensuring the voices of all citizens are heard. However, challenges such as the digital divide and imbalances in social media use also need to be addressed so that the full potential of social media in democracy can be realized. Therefore, joint efforts from governments, NGOs, social media platform providers and the general public are needed to ensure that social media is used responsibly and inclusively in supporting democratic political processes.
