Apart from that, researchers also believe that the effect will be more significant if accompanied by good physical activity which leads to good physical health. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained from distributing a questionnaire containing 14 items consisting of 6 Mental Health variable question items, 4 Employee Performance variable question items, and 4 Physical Activity variable question items. This data can also be called primary data. This research was conducted on 300 Bank Permata employees spread throughout Indonesia. The resluth in this research show good Mental Health can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Employee Performance because Mental Health which consists of Mental Health and Intellectual Health can make employees more focused at work, more efficient in completing targets, and more effective in solving existing problems. Therefore, the results of the first row of path coefficients in this study show that the mental health variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on employee performance due to the positive P-Values and being below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.021. Apart from that, the results of the second row of the third table of path coefficients show that the beliefs and assumptions of the two researchers can be fulfilled because the P-Values are positive and are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, because good physical activity can make the body healthy so that employees can work with focus, fit, and be able to complete any target without hindrance. Moreover, this is accompanied by good mental health and intellectual health. In this way, employee performance can be easily achieved. Based on this, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively review the literature related to citizen participation in public administration. Citizen participation is an important element in increasing transparency, accountability, and governance effectiveness. This study uses a literature review method to analyze the concepts, dimensions, supporting factors, and challenges that affect citizens' involvement in public administration. The results of the study show that citizen participation can be implemented through various forms, such as consultation, dialogue, collaboration, and direct empowerment. Digital technologies, such as e-governance and social media, have expanded the space for participation, although there are still obstacles such as inequality in access to technology, lack of digital literacy, and bureaucratic resistance. Other factors that play a role include inclusive policies, responsive leadership, and a participatory culture in society. In addition, citizen participation not only improves the quality of public services, but also strengthens democracy. The study provides recommendations for developing a strategic framework to integrate citizen participation into public administration more effectively, with a focus on sustainability, inclusivity, and adaptation to technological change.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of social capital, entrepreneurial capabilities, and government regulations on start-up success, as well as the moderating roles of entrepreneurial capabilities and government regulations on the relationship between social capital and venture performance. Utilizing a quantitative approach and data collected from 250 early-stage entrepreneurs, structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze the direct and interaction effects among variables. The findings reveal that social capital, entrepreneurial capabilities, and government regulations each have a significant positive impact on start-up success. Furthermore, entrepreneurial capabilities and government regulations significantly strengthen the positive relationship between social capital and start-up success. These results underscore the importance of not only developing strong social networks but also enhancing entrepreneurial skills and fostering supportive regulatory environments to maximize venture performance. This integrated approach provides valuable insights for entrepreneurs, educators, and policymakers aiming to nurture sustainable start-up ecosystems. Implications for theory and practice, as well as directions for future research, are discussed.

Abstract

Writing scientific papers is considered an important skill to be mastered by students. This relates to the writing of scientific papers as part of the tridharma of higher education. On the other hand, writing scientific papers can stimulate the growth of critical, analytical, and new ideas. However, many students complain that they lack ideas and can't find anything interesting to write about. In fact, many of them have to extend their study period because they have not finished their thesis. This is all constrained by the low ability of writing scientific papers among students. Therefore, the community service that the author does is training in writing skills (writing skills) in writing scientific papers at the Riring-Rumasalah Ambonese Student Association (PRRA). This training is carried out with a classical training pattern and focus group discussions in small groups. The results of this training show that the students' ability to write scientific articles is quite low, so they need further assistance

Abstract

Community-based health services play a crucial role in improving maternal and child health outcomes, particularly in rural areas of developing countries. In Indonesia, Integrated Health Posts (Posyandu) serve as a primary platform for delivering basic health services through community participation. However, disparities in service quality remain a major challenge, especially in remote villages. This study aims to analyze the quality of health services provided by Posyandu in Umaloya Village, Sanana District, Sula Islands Regency, Indonesia. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation involving health workers, Posyandu cadres, community leaders, and service users. The analysis is guided by the SERVQUAL framework, which includes five dimensions of service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The findings reveal that while Posyandu services in Umaloya Village are generally accessible and supported by strong community involvement, several limitations persist. These include inadequate health facilities, limited cadre training, and low community awareness regarding the importance of routine maternal and child health services. Among the SERVQUAL dimensions, empathy and responsiveness were relatively well perceived, whereas tangibles and reliability showed significant weaknesses. The study highlights the importance of strengthening human resources, improving infrastructure, and enhancing community education to ensure sustainable and high-quality health services. The findings contribute to the literature on public health service quality in rural settings and provide practical recommendations for policymakers and local health authorities to improve the performance of community-based health programs.
