Abstract

The background of this study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, transactional leadership and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. PATTINDO Malang. This research uses survey method with questionnaire as data collection tool. Population in this research is all employees of PT. PATTINDO Malang which amounted to 207 people. Samples taken as many as 67 employees with simple sampling random sampling technique. Data obtained through questionnaires that tested the validity and reliability using the product moment correlation formula and cronbach's alpha. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis, F test, t test, determination coefficient test, dominant test and accompanied by classical assumption test. The results showed that: (1) Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership and Organizational Culture simultaneously influence the significance of employee performance PT. PATTINDO Malang. It is proven from F test to get the value of F_ (count) of 19.330 received 5% significance level (p <0.05) and H_ (2) accepted. (2). Transformational leadership positively affects the performance of employees of PT. PATTINDO Malang. This is evident from the Test of t obtained the value of t_ (count) of 2.283 received 5% significance level (p <0.05) and H_ (2) accepted. (3) Transactional leadership influence negatih on employee performance PT. PATTINDO Malang. This is evident from the t test obtained t_ (count) value of 0.489 rejected 5% significance level (p <0.05) and H_ (2) rejected (4). Organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. PATTINDO Malang. This is evident from the Test of t obtained the value of t_ (count) of 4.127 received 5% significance level (p <0.05) and H_ (2) accepted (5) Organizational culture dominant influence on employee performance PT. PATTINDO Malang, This is proven by the value of the largest Standardized Coefficients beta value of 0.493.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh persepsi konsumen, gaya hidup, dan electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) terhadap minat beli pada mobil listrik Di Madiun penelitian ini berjumlah 385 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan penyebaran melalui google form. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan alat uji berupa software IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa gaya hidup dan Elektronik Word Of Mounth (E-WOM) berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, sdangkan persepsi konsumen tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli. Persepsi konsumen tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli mobil listrik di Madiun. Gaya hidup berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen mobil listrik di Madiun. Elektronik Word Of Mounth (E-WOM) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen terhadap mobil listrik di Madiun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, brand image, risiko keuangan terhadap minat menggunakan melalui kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening masayarakat di Jawa Timur. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 400 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi kemudahan, brand image dan risiko keuangan berpengaruh kepada minat menggunakan serta variabel persepsi kemudahan dan risiko keuangan berpengaruh kepada kepercayaan sedangkan risiko keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung secara signifikan brand image terhadap minat menggunakan melalui variabel kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening, dan ada pengaruh tidak langsung yang bersifat tidak signifikan persepsi kemudahan terhadap minat menggunakan melalui variabel kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening, serta resiko keuangan terhadap minat menggunakan melalui variabel kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

The Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on Anxiety and Depression Among Students in Science Education: A Meta-Analysis. This meta-analysis aims to evaluate the impact of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) on anxiety and depression specifically within the context of science learning. This study was conducted by integrating and evaluating the results of previous relevant studies to provide a comprehensive understanding of the effectiveness of CBT in dealing with mental health problems in the adolescent population. The study sample consisted of 16 studies published between 2010 and 2023, which met inclusion criteria, such as experimental or quasi-experimental design, use of standardized scales to measure anxiety and depression, and a focus on CBT interventions. The meta-analysis revealed a significant positive effect of CBT on reducing anxiety and depression in science learning contexts (d = 0.945; z = 7.052; p < 0.001)."These findings support the use of CBT as a key approach in mental health interventions for adolescents, particularly in the context of education and primary health services.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, termasuk di Desa Sambirobyong, Magetan. Namun, banyak UMKM yang menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam hal literasi keuangan dan pengelolaan usaha yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan pemahaman wirausaha sebagai karir dalam mendukung keberlanjutan UMKM, dengan fokus pada UMKM Rajawali di Desa Sambirobyong. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang manajemen keuangan yang baik, ketidakmampuan dalam merencanakan perkembangan usaha, serta terbatasnya kapasitas dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peningkatan literasi keuangan dan keterampilan wirausaha dapat membantu pelaku UMKM untuk lebih mengelola usaha dengan lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan mengenai literasi keuangan dan pengembangan wirausaha yang berkelanjutan sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di Desa Sambirobyong. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengembangkan program pelatihan bagi pelaku UMKM agar mereka dapat mengelola keuangan dengan lebih baik dan menjadikan wirausaha sebagai pilihan karir yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of innovation, product positioning, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on buying interest in electric bicycles in Magetan Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 384 respondents. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that product positioning and eWOM had a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention of electric bicycles, while innovation did not show a positive and insignificant influence. Good product positioning creates a strong perception in the minds of consumers, and eWOM, through online reviews and recommendations, increases consumer confidence in electric bicycles. Although product innovation was found to have no direct influence, this study highlights the importance of developing other marketing aspects to drive purchase intention.

Abstract

In the economy, the industrial sector has the most important role in our country. The existence of an industry can increase regional income and can create jobs. One of the industrial centres in Madiun is the industrial centre for making Brem, who does not know this particular dish. Brem is processed by fermentation of cooked glutinous rice and mixed with yeast which helps to produce a tape which then takes the water to make a brem. In the village of Bwisata Kec. Wonoasri Madiun is one of the centres in making the brem, one of which is Brem Candi Mas. And we make observations there. This program aims to add insight into MSMEs in Madiun Regency, especially in the Brem Candi Mas UMKM Center, increase sales and income so that they can survive the economic crisis caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, and create new marketing strategies. This service activity is assisted by students as entrepreneurial knowledge. The innovation made is helping the digital marketing process, namely through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and we have created a website so that the current marketing process does not only depend on manual marketing from store to store but is more effective with online marketing.  Abstrak. Dalam perekonomian sektor industri mempunyai peranan yang paling penting di negara kita ini. Keberadaan sebuah industri dapat meningkatkan suatu pendapatan daerah dan dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan. Salah satu sentra industri yang berada di madiun adalah sentra industri pembuatan brem, siapa yang tidak mengenal panganan khas yang satu ini. Brem merupakan olahan dengan cara fermentasi beras ketan yang dimasak dan dalam pembuatannya di campur dengan ragi yang membantu agar menghasilakan sebuah tape yang selanjutnya diambil air nya untuk dijadikan sebuah brem. Di Desa Bancong Kec. Wonoasri Madiun adalah salah satu sentra dalam pembuatan brem tersebut, salah satunya adalah brem candi mas. Dan kita melakukan observasi disana. Progam ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan tentang UMKM di kabuoaten madiun khusunya di Centra UMKM Brem Candi Mas ini,meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan agar tetap bisa bertahan dalam krisis ekonomi akibat dari pandemi Covid 19,serta membuat strategi pemasaran yang baru. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dibantu oleh para mahasiswa sebagai pengetahuan berwirausaha. Inovasi yang dilakukan adalah membantu proses pemasaran digital yaitu melalui media sosial seperti instagram,facebook,dan kami buatkan website sehingga proses pemasaran dimasa saat ini tidak hanya bergantung pada pemasaran manual dari toko ke toko namun lebih efektif dengan pemasaran online.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of mobile marketing on consumer purchase intent in emerging markets through a meta-analysis approach. As mobile technology penetrates and the use of the internet on mobile devices, mobile-based marketing strategies are becoming increasingly important, especially in developing countries. The study synthesizes 10 empirical research results published between 2022 and 2025 that meet inclusion criteria, such as topic relevance, completeness of statistical data, and focus on emerging market contexts. The analysis was conducted using a random effects model, which showed that mobile marketing had a significant positive influence on consumer purchase intent (Hedges' g = 1.029; p 0.001), with a moderate effect size. The moderator's analysis showed that factors such as ad personalization, interactivity, and digital literacy levels were variables that strengthened the relationship. The results of this study provide evidence that contextually designed mobile marketing strategies can increase marketing effectiveness in emerging markets, as well as be an important contribution to the digital marketing literature in the digital economy era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of employee engagement in increasing employee retention of Millennials and Gen Z in modern organizations. The research background is based on the high challenges in retaining a young workforce that is dynamic and easily switchable. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey of 30 respondents of Millennial and Gen Z employees from various industry sectors. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of the employee engagement dimension—including emotional engagement, cognitive commitment, and social attachment—on employee retention intention. The results showed that all dimensions of employee engagement had a positive and significant influence on employee retention, with emotional engagement as the most dominant factor (β = 0.68; p < 0.01). The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing holistic engagement programs, such as personalization training and interactive internal communication platforms, to increase employee loyalty of Millennials and Gen Z. The theoretical contributions of the research include an in-depth understanding of engagement mechanisms in the demographic context of the younger generation and Human Resources policy recommendations to strengthen retention strategies in the digital age.
