Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic values in the implementation of academic supervision at a Muhammadiyah high school in Gowa Regency. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative techniques. The primary objective is to explore the influence of Islamic values on teacher performance. Data collection instruments include a combination of observation sheets and interview guides. Primary data are gathered through observations, interviews, and document analysis, while secondary data comprise relevant documents, books, and other academic sources. The research instruments consist of observation guides, interview protocols, and documentation tools. Data processing involves reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. To ensure the credibility of the results, data triangulation is used as a method of validity testing. Quantitative data are analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and presented in narrative form to complement the qualitative findings. The research results reveal that the integration of Islamic values into academic supervision at the school is reflected in four key aspects: ihsan (benevolence), sincerity, exemplary behavior, and renewal. The promotion of these values by the school principal is perceived as strong, with average scores of 3.59, 3.63, 3.54, and 3.45, respectively. These values aim to foster trust, discipline, responsibility, and innovation among teachers, as well as enhance their well-being and work motivation. Interview findings further corroborate the observation data, indicating that Islamic values are consistently applied through various programs, such as regular study sessions, the Baitul Arqam program, and the creation of a respectful and supportive school environment. Overall, this research demonstrates that the integration of Islamic values in academic supervision has effectively supported the improvement of teacher performance and contributed to the advancement of educational quality at the institution. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di salah satu sekolah Muhammadiyah di Gowa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kombinasi (mixed methods). Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengetahui penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja guru. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi dan wawancara. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen, buku, dan referensi relevan lainnya. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari panduan observasi, panduan wawancara, dan pengumpulan dokumentasi. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan melalui proses pengurangan data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi, dengan pengujian validitas data menggunakan triangulasi data untuk meningkatkan kredibilitas hasil penelitian. Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan teknik statistik deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk naratif untuk memperkaya data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di salah satu sekolah di Gowa mencakup empat aspek utama: nilai ihsan, keikhlasan, keteladanan, dan tajdid. Penanaman nilai-nilai tersebut oleh kepala sekolah dalam supervisi pendidikan tergolong tinggi, dengan rata-rata nilai 3,59 untuk ihsan, 3,63 untuk keikhlasan, 3,54 untuk keteladanan, dan 3,45 untuk tajdid. Implementasi nilai-nilai ini melibatkan pembinaan amanah, disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan inovasi di kalangan guru, serta upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan motivasi kerja. Hasil wawancara memperkuat temuan dari observasi dan menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Islam diterapkan secara konsisten melalui pengajian rutin, program Baitul Arqam, dan penciptaan lingkungan sekolah yang saling menghormati dan mendukung. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di salah satu sekolah Muhammadiyah di Gowa berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam secara efektif, mendukung peningkatan kinerja guru, dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap kemajuan pendidikan di sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how parents care about MTs students. No. 12 Bingkarongo, Bulukumba Regency, to find out the Moral Development of MTs Students. No. 12 Bingkarongo, Bulukumba Regency, and to find out whether there is an influence of parental concern on the moral development of MTs students. No. 12 Bingkarongo, Bulukumba Regency. This research uses a quantitative method, namely research in the form of numbers analyzed statistically using a correlational approach. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling in which the sample is determined by the researcher. The population in this study were students of class VII MTs. No. 12 Bingkarongo, Bulukumba Regency and the sample consisted of two class VII, totaling 40 students and parents of MTs students. No. 12 Bingkarongo, Bulukumba Regency. The results showed that from the percentage of filling out the questionnaire about the concern of MTs students' parents. No. 12 Bingkarongo, Bulukumba Regency, it can be concluded from 40 respondents that they are in the moderate category of caring for parents of children, namely 22 people (55%), while the Moral Development of MTs students. No. 12 Bingkarongo, Bulukumba Regency, it can be concluded that from 40 respondents, 28 people (70%) were in the category of moderate moral development. Then, in statistical testing the simple linear regression test is Ŷ = a + bX, a = the constant number of Unstandardized Coefficients the value is 37.323 and b = the regression coefficient number the value is 0.418. This figure means that for every 1% addition to the level of parental concern (X), moral development (Y) will increase. Thus, it can be concluded that the higher the parental concern, the more it affects the moral development of MTs students. No. 12 Bingkarongo Bulukumba Regency. Abstract

Pemasaran syariah menekankan nilai-nilai etis, transparansi, dan saling menguntungkan dalam setiap transaksi bisnis. Dalam konteks persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat, pelaku bisnis dituntut untuk mampu menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ini secara konsisten guna membangun kepercayaan konsumen dan keberlangsungan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip pemasaran syariah pada Toko Inhil Parfum yang berlokasi di Jl. Pintu Air, Kecamatan Tembilahan, serta menilai kesesuaiannya dengan kerangka marketing mix berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap pemilik dan karyawan toko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar unsur marketing mix syariah telah diterapkan, seperti penggunaan bahan yang halal, penetapan harga yang adil, serta kebijakan garansi kualitas produk. Namun, aspek Pertinence & Promotion belum dilaksanakan secara optimal karena keterbatasan informasi terkait spesifikasi produk dan nilai utama yang ditawarkan. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan transparansi promosi agar sejalan sepenuhnya dengan etika pemasaran Islami

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at the Sahabat Yatim Orphanage in Makassar, aiming to empower orphanage children through handicraft training and sharia-based marketing education. The method used includes preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The children were taught to create bead crafts such as bracelets and keychains, and were also introduced to Islamic marketing principles such as honesty and fairness. The results showed an increase in participants’ entrepreneurial skills and understanding, as well as successful product sales through direct practice. Additionally, social assistance was provided, and a strong emotional bond was established between the organizers and the children. This activity serves as a real example of how practical training combined with Islamic values can promote self-reliance among orphaned children.

Abstract

Teachers are expected to actively engage in developing learning through the utilization of innovative instructional technologies. One of the learning applications that ISMUBA teachers can utilize in their teaching activities is the Nearpod application. The purpose of this engagement is to enhance the teachers' knowledge in becoming familiar with and proficiently using one of the instructional technology applications. The partnering institution in this training activity is SMP Unismuh Makassar. The training subjects are 25 teachers from ISMUBA SMP Unismuh Makassar. The methodology employed in this engagement includes preparation, needs analysis, training module development, module validation, technical preparation, and training implementation. The instrument used is a multiple-choice questionnaire to assess the level of knowledge of ISMUBA teachers from SMP Unismuh Makassar in recognizing various instructional technologies and their utilization. The technique used involves a pretest and post-test, resulting in a highly significant increase in the knowledge of ISMUBA teachers from Unismuh Makassar in utilizing instructional technology, with an achievement rate of 78%, categorized as 'good'.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Imam Masjid dan para pegawai KUA Tombolo Pao dalam melakukan pengukuran Arah Kbilat Masjid dan Mushollah. Pengabdian telah dilaksanakan di Mushollah Madrasah Aliyah pada tanggal 14 Juni 2021. Pelatihan ini menggunakan media praktek Istiwa’Aini dengan menggunakan metode diskusi, demontrasi dan pendampingan yang dikemas dalam bentuk pelatihan langsung penggunaan alat pengukur arah kiblat. Pengabdian yang dikemas dalam bentuk pelatihan ini dibagi dalam 3 sesi yaitu Pemberian materi tentang Fiqih arah Kiblat, Problematika Arah Kiblat di Indonesia dan dilanjutkan dengan praktek penggunaan alat pengukur arah kiblat Istiwa’Aini dan Kompas. Peserta sebanyak 30 orang yang merupakan Imama Masjid Sekecamatan Tombolo Apo yang didampingi oleh seluruh pegawai KUA Tombolo Pao. Dalam kegiatan ini Imam masjid dilatih untuk memahami fiqih arah kiblat sebagai dasar mereka dalam menjawab problematika dimasyarakat tentang pentingnya menghadap ke kiblat dalam hal melaksanakan ibadah (Shalat). Selanjutnya Imam masjid kemudian dibekali dengan praktek penggunaan Alat Istiwa’Aini yang dikolaborasikan dengan Aplikasi Istiwa’Aini.
