Abstract

Perilaku seksual adalah segala tingkahlaku yang didorong oleh hasrat seksual, baik dengan lawan jenis maupun dengan sesama jenis. Perilaku ini bisa dilakukan sebelum menikah atau dilakukan pada saat pacaran maka disebut dengan perilaku seksual pranikah. Perilaku seksual merupakan perilaku yang didasari oleh dorongan seksual atau kegiatan untuk mendapatkan kesenangan organ seksual melalui berbagai perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja di SMK Pasundan Cikalongkulon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang yang merupakan siswa aktif SMK Pasundan Cikalongkulon. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling, analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara sikap (P-value=0,000) (OR=8,816), religiusitas (P-value=0,000) (OR=6,136), media massa (P-value=0,004)(OR= 4,456), peran orang tua (P-value=0,004)( OR=4,339), serta tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (P-value=0,185) (OR 2,046) dan peran teman sebaya (P-value=0,075)(OR=0,401).

Abstract

Deaths from diarrheal diseases can be reduced by up to 50%. Washing your hands with soap, if done correctly, can prevent diseases such as diarrhea and ARI. The aim was to determine the relationship between the role of parents, facilities and infrastructure with hand washing behavior among students in grades 3-6 at MI Al-Asyirotussyafi'iyah Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional research design. Quantitative research is research that emphasizes numerical data (numbers) processed using statistical methods. The population of this study were students from grades 3-6 at MI Al-Asyirotussyafi'iyah Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, totaling 75 people. The sampling technique in this research was total sampling. Primary Data in this research is primary data, namely students in grades 3-6 at MI Al-Asyirotussyafi'iyah Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta by filling in an online questionnaire via Google Form. Secondary data for this research is obtained from previous research, official journals and others. There is a significant relationship between the role of parents and the behavior of washing hands with soap of students with a value of OR = 7.51, which means that respondents who have a good parental role have the opportunity to behave well regarding washing hands with soap 8.816 times greater than students. / female students with a poor level of parental role. There is a statistically significant relationship between facilities and infrastructure and students' hand washing behavior with soap with a value of OR = 27.1, which means that respondents with good facilities and infrastructure are 27.1 times more likely to behave well regarding washing hands with soap. compared to students with poor facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) represent the predominant cause of mortality on a global scale, contributing to 73% of deaths within Indonesia, with 26% of these fatalities occurring among adults. Hypertension ranked as the third most prevalent cause of death following stroke and tuberculosis, continues to pose a substantial public health challenge within the Indonesian context. Within the jurisdiction of Pancasan Community Health Center, it is identified as one of the regions exhibiting the highest prevalence of hypertension, with 53 documented cases. This community service initiative was designed to tackle hypertension through health education interventions specifically aimed at the residents of RW 09, Pasir Jaya Urban Village. The program concentrated on advocating for the "CERDIK" behavioral model and enhancing the dietary practices of individuals in Pasir Jaya Urban Village suffering from hypertension. By employing pre-test and post-test questionnaires, the efficacy of health education disseminated via presentations and video materials was meticulously assessed. The findings indicated a notable enhancement in awareness regarding the prevention and management of hypertension. This intervention was effective in cultivating awareness and facilitating behavioral modifications essential for preventing non-communicable diseases, thereby improving public health outcomes, particularly among the elderly demographic.
