Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of religiosity in mediating the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and digital financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs. This research method uses quantitative methods. The object of this research was the UMKM Embroidery, Convection and Batik Cluster in Kudus Regency, Central Java. By using primary data sources by distributing questionnaires to MSME players, the collected data is then processed using the alternative partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling (SEM) method with the smartPLS program. The results of the research indicate that 1) Entrepreneurial Orientation does not affect Performance, 2) Financial Digital Literacy affects Performance, 3) Religiosity affects Performance, 4) Entrepreneurial Orientation affects Religiosity, 5) Financial Digital Literacy affects Religiosity, 6) Entrepreneurial Orientation does not affect Performance through Religiosity, and 7) Financial Digital Literacy affects Performance through Religiosity.

Abstract

Employee performance that is not as expected has an impact on the overall performance of the organization, so the focus of this study is to examine the influence of workload, competence on employee performance through organizational commitment studies on employees of PT Hitachi Metals Indonesia Cilegon with a total sample of 100 employees in the Quality Control Division, the data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale as a rating scale, In this study, the hypothesis is tested using path analysis with SPSS and the Sobel Test, and the results show that workload has a positive effect on commitment and performance, and competence has a positive effect on employee commitment and performance. While organizational commitment can mediate between workload and performance, as well as competence and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan preposisi tentang kinerja individu, melalui pendekatan kajian teori. Studi ini mengelaborasi beberapa temuan dari para peneliti terdahulu sebagai rujukan dan mengeksplorasi grounded theory, dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan terkait dengan kinerja individu. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan studi literatur dilakukan untuk memperoleh referensi model penelitian dalam menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja individu. Hasil kajian memberikan rekomendasi bahwa aktualisasi peran pimpinan memberikan pengaruh, baik pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja individu, maupun pengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui budaya organisasi dan komitmen individu.
