Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru Ekonomi SMA di Kabupaten Muara Enim mengenai penulisan dan publikasi artikel ilmiah sebagai persiapan mengikuti Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG). Khalayak sasaran dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini terisi dari 29 orang guru Ekonomi SMA di Kabupaten Muara Enim. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah ini dengan menggunakan metode pendampingan teknis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dengan pemberian materi mengenai penulisan artikel ilmiah dan publikasi artikel ilmiah, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan bimbingan dan evaluasi terkait dengan artikel ilmiah yang dibuat oleh masing-masing khalayak sasaran. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini berdampak pada rata-rata peningkatan pengetahuan khalayak sasaran sebesar 0,72 atau terkategori tinggi. Peningkatan pengetahuan ini juga didukung dengan peningkatan keterampilan khalayak sasaran penulisan artikel ilmiah yang dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata untuk produk artikel ilmiah yang dihasilkan oleh khalayak sasaran mencapai persentase 87,14 % yang terkategori sangat baik. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa guru Ekonomi SMA di Kabupaten Muara Enim sebagian besar sudah menguasai dan mengaplikasikan aspek-aspek penting dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah, serta keterampilan mereka dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah sudah meningkat dengan cukup efektif dalam rangka sebagai persiapan bagi guru untuk menempuh Program Profesi Guru (PPG).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of economics teacher learning design.The evaluation method uses the Stake Countenance Model.Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation obtained from 2 economics teachers as evaluants who teach in social studies class X at different high schools.The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative.The conclusion of the research is;1) the average value of the lesson plan matching of the two economics teachers was 83.33% (Good);2) Good categorized learning (transaction) (78.26%);and 3) learning outcomes have reached KKM, with an actuality of 82%.However, economics teachers are advised to improve the quality of the process and assessment of learning outcomes by training students to improve higher-order thinking skills.

Abstract

To discuss conceptual economic materials, active learning techniques are very well used. How, by combining three methods of teaching (triple methods), namely; Simulation, discussion, and cooperative learning.This technique can also improve the motivation and outcome of economic learning, because learners play a direct role in learning and training their skills to solve economic problems. The research uses the one group pretest-posttest design. Data obtained through pretests and posttest and a questionnaire against 33 respondents in the class XI.2 Social Science, High School. Hypothesized test with the parametric test-T sample statically correlates. Analysis results showed significant increases in learning outcomes after active learning. Students' understanding of the command economic system, the concept of the market, and the concept of opportunity cost with good value. Understanding the main problems of economic sciences, concepts and basic principles of productive efficiency, concepts and principles of the market economic system, and the concept of cost of opportunities for the most skilled workforce. The learners ' ability to analyse the fundamental economic objectives of the Community and its relationship with the economy policy is less value. The rate of motivation to study economics increased by 1.57%, but there was no significant increase in motivation after they had participated in active learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) for the economics course in the Economic Education Study Program. The evaluation model used in this research is the CIPP Evaluation Model. Determination of the effectiveness of a RPS that is used is seen from the level of student understanding of economic science material which is interrelated with one another under the clump of economics. This research is a type of qualitative researach that uses the CIPP model by evaluating each component of the context, input, process and product to reaach an agreement in compiling an effective RPS between lecturers who teach courses in the economics cluster with students as learners. Sources of research data are RPS and lecturers who are teaching courses under the economics cluster. Primary data collection uses observation instruments, while secondary data is obtained through documentation and interviews. The observation data obtained were then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the analysis of the CIPP model instrument from the context component are very effective, the input component is effective, the process component is effective and the product component is quite effective in the RPS for courses under the clump of economics to be used in learning activities

Abstract

This study attempts to: (1) described the difficulties of teachers in the implementation of scientific learning in social studies (IPS) in Junior High Schools Palembang, and (2) know the efforts in do teachers in overcome difficulties in the implementation of scientific learning in social studies (IPS) in Junior High Schools Palembang. This research is research of population to technique with drawal sample is sampling area. The Regions select are Ilir Barat I. In Kecamatan Ilir Barat I there are junior high schools 17 and junior high schools 33. Sample in this research was teachers social class junior high schools 17 and teachers social class junior high schools 33 the city of palembang which consisted of 14 people. Technique data collection in use is chief and interview. Test validity using formulas product moment of pearson and reliability test using formulas cronbach’s alpha. Technique analysis the data in use is analysis statistik-deskriptif who later in interpretation into the form of the percentage. The research results show that: (1) teachers in implementing learning rendering on the subjects of social class included in the category quite challenging in activities create or gather information. (2) difficulty in learning activities scientific is in overcome teachers by seeking information / the necessary data through reading books in a library and to find information with discuss fellow other teachers.

Abstract

The research titled the implementation of life skills education in entrepreneurship program class XI SMA Nergeri 5 Palembang. This research is descriptive research is research that reveals facts on the ground by observing observation, conducting interviews and documentation. The research variables are life skills education in the form of extracurricular activities student entrepreneurs. The research subjects a class student of XI SMA Negeri 5 Palembang and the entire team of experts are on the debriefing of 6 branches entrepreneurs. Observation data used to determine the implementation of life skills education in entrepreneurship program and documentation used for school files. This study has show that the implemntation of life skills education in entrepreneurship program in SMA Negeri 5 Palembang say well look a lot of students who enthusiastidally participated in debriefing entrepreneurs, students can develop the potential in students.

Abstract

This research is analysist factor learning’s student that makes result low on economiclearning at SMA Negeri 15 Palembang The problem on this research was how the internal and eksternal factor make effect the learning’s outcome low to students class X at SMA negeri 15 palembang.The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that cause low yields of class X student at SMAN 15 Palembang. This research subject is class X.1, X.2 and X.3 comprising 118 students Sampling uses purposive sampling with the requirements of the required learning outcomes of students who KKM under 78 amount to 70 students. In this research conducted with supporting documentation as to complement the existing data in the field, distributing questionnaires to students, as well as interviews directly to economics teacher. Based on the conclusions the researchers can give advice to students in order to improve learning outcomes on economic subjects, teachers should use teaching methods that interest students, to further research if using a statement questionnaire should use language that facilitates students will have no difficulty in answering statement questionnaire.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of authentic assessment in the subjects Economics in SMAN se-Ogan Ilir. The research problems "How is the implementation of authentic assessment in the subjects Economics in SMAN se-Ogan Ilir seen through aspects of assessment planning, implementation assessment, processing and reporting of assessment and assessment instruments and techniques used?". The research method used descriptive method. Subjects consisted of two teachers of Economics in SMAN 1 Indralaya and 2 Economics teacher at SMAN 2 Tanjung Raja. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Each data is analyzed using a percentage formula. The results of the research aspects of the planning assessment indicates the category of the good, the implementation aspect ratings also indicate the category of the good, aspects of processing and reporting of assessment identifies the categories very good, so it can be concluded that the implementation of authentic assessment in the subjects Economics in SMAN se-Ogan Ilir included in both categories. Schools should create an authentic assessment in a simple way so that teachers are not too bothered by the scoring system. For further research, is expected to examine the forms of matter in accordance with the characteristics of authentic assessment, and is expected to examine the effectiveness of the assessment format issued by Kemendikbud in guide books for high school assessment used by teachers.

Abstract

This study discusses the use of textbooks by economics teacher based on curriculum 2013 high schools in Ogan Ilir. The formulation of the research problem are " What textbooks are used by the economics teacher in SMA Ogan Ilir district? Is there any consideration of economics teacher in selecting textbooks used in SMA Ogan Ilir district? What are the difficulties faced by teachers in the use of economic textbooks in SMA Ogan Ilir district?".The research method using descriptive method. The numbering subject are 5 peoples from economics teacher, consists of three teachers from SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya and two teachers from SMA Negeri 2 Tanjung Raja. The data of textbook used by economics teacher, teacher’s consideration in choosing textbook and the difficulties faced by economics teacher in using textbook were collected through questionnaires and intervew techniques. Each data is analyzed by using a percentage formula. The results of research on the use of textbook by High School economics teacher in Ogan Ilir district can be seen from indicators of the types of textbook. Teacher’s consideration in choosing textbook and the difficulties faced by teachers in using textbook show a good category. The instruments that used in the study are questionnaires, Guttman scale and interview. From this study, the researcher conclude that the use of by economics teacher in senior high school Ogan Ilir district included in good category. For the next research, is expected to examine the difficulties or limitations of textbooks in any material or any economics textbook chapters in senior high school in Ogan Ilir used by teachers based on the curriculum of 2013.

Abstract

This study discusses the activities of community assistance in an effort to increase the selling value of the original products of entrepreneurs in the district of Pemulutan. The formulation of the problem in this study is “how the effort in preparing and creating a work plan to increase the selling value of the original products of entrepreneurs in Disctict Pemulutan? And how the tips that can be done in the effort to compose and create a work plan to increase the selling value of the original product entrepreneur in District of Pemulutan?”. This research is a study of community service. The type of activities undertaken in this study is the provision of knowledge in an effort to develop and create a work plan to increase the selling value of entrepreneurial products in the district of Pemulutan. Models that will be tested in this research is counseling in the form of giving material, guided and independent training in effort to compile and make work plan to increase the selling value of original product of entrepreneur in sub district of Pemulutan. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire filled out by the participants after following the extension activity. The results of questionnaire analysis obtained as much as 90% of participants get benefits after following the extension activities and they are interested in following extension activities.
