Abstract

This study examines the performance of the headmaster in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Siak (MTsN 1 Siak), with a focus on leadership strategies and their impact on educational outcomes. The research emphasizes the headmaster's role in enhancing both religious and general education, empowering teachers, and providing necessary resources to improve learning experiences. Data was collected through interviews with the headmaster, teachers, and administrative staff, along with direct observations of the school's activities. The findings highlight the headmaster's efforts to implement strategic programs, such as professional development for teachers, tutoring for students, and improving school infrastructure. Despite facing challenges like limited facilities and competition from other schools, the headmaster's leadership has positively impacted student learning outcomes, teacher motivation, and the school's reputation. The study concludes that the headmaster's transformational leadership and commitment to education quality have been pivotal in driving improvements at MTsN 1 Siak.

Abstract

In this article, the author tries to raise the issue of the principles of systematic thinking within the framework of the purpose of the system, the limitations of the system, and the structure of the system for systematic thinking in Islamic education. The author's interest in exploring this theme is to delve deeper into the principles of systematic thinking reviewed from the purpose of the system, the limitations, and the structure of the system for systematic thinking in Islamic education. Subsequently, in this study, the author uses a literature review method. The results of this study show that, in principle, every system always consists of four elements: an object that can be a part, an element, or a variable; attributes that determine the quality or characteristics of the ownership of the system and its object; internal relationships between the objects within it and the environment; and the place where the system is located. The limitations of the system can be physical or conceptual. The limitations of the structure of Islamic education systems in Indonesia are greatly limited by several factors, including the development of science and technology, the development of society, the development of the economy, the development of Islamic politics, the development of religion, and the growing culture of society. The system must be interconnected between one component and another component.

Abstract

Pengembangan pendidikan Islam sangat penting dilakukan mengingat masih banyaknya persoalan pendidikan mengenai akhlak dan moral yang belum terselesaikan. Kebijakan pendidikan islam juga turut andil dalam pengembangan pendidikan Islam tersebut. Dalam suatu sistem pendidikan, kurikulum itu sifatnya dinamis serta harus selalu dilakukan perubahan dan pengembangan, agar dapat mengikuti perkembangan dan tantangan zaman. Meskipun demikian, perubahan dan pengembanganya harus dilakukan secara sistematis, terarah, tidak asal berubah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi kebijakan pendidikan Islam dalam hal pengembangan kurikulum pada sekolah-sekolah Islam di bawah naungan Kementerian Agama. Kebijakan pendidikan Islam sangat bergantung dengan kebijakan nasional, sehingga para pakar pendidikan Islam harus berupaya turut serta dalam hal pengambilan sebuah kebijakan yang selaras dengan keinginan masyarakat Indonesia tentang pendewasaan akhlak dan moral dalam diri peserta didik.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran kunci akreditasi sekolah dalam upaya menghadapi era digitalisasi pendidikan, dimana perubahan teknologi dan kompleksitas masyarakat menciptakan tantangan baru di tengah masyarakat Indonesia. Melalui metode studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana akreditasi sekolah dapat disesuaikan dengan dinamika era baru, memastikan kualitas dan relevansi dalam dunia pendidikan. Penerapan akreditasi sekolah menjadi penting sebagai solusi dalam mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi ketidakpastian dan perubahan yang cepat di era digitalisasi pendidikan. Artikel ini menyoroti dampak akreditasi sekolah dalam menjaga standar kualitas, mendorong inovasi kurikulum, memberikan manfaat berkelanjutan, dan memberikan jaminan kepada peserta didik dan masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, akreditasi sekolah memainkan peran krusial dalam memastikan lembaga pendidikan tetap adaptif, relevan, dan berkualitas di tengah transformasi masyarakat dan teknologi.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lembaga pendidikan islam adalah menjalin kerja sama internasional dengan berbagai pihak. Namun dalam menjalin kerjasama internasional tersebut, terdapat tantangan dan hambatan yang dialami oleh lembaga pendidikan islam. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis tantangan yang dialami dalam melaksanakan kerjasama internasional pada SMA AL Azhar 4 Kemang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMA AL Azhar 4 Kemang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi mengenai proses pembelajaran penggunaan media digital yang dipakai dalam pembelajaran.Observasi dilakukan dengan melihat bentuk media digital yang digunakan guru dan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar, selanjutnya untuk memperdalam data di lapangan juga digunakan FGD (Focus Group Discussion)yang diperlukan sebagai data pendukung penelitian. Selain itu, peneliti juga mengalisis dokumen, seperti dokumen tertulis, gambar, karya dan elektronik. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hambatan yang dialami oleh SMA AL Azhar 4 Kemang terletak pada aspek manajemen organisasi masing-masing lembaga pendidikan Islam dan dikombinasikan oleh Kemendikbudristek yang belum menjalankan perannya dengan maksimal. Faktor minimnya koordinasi antar lembaga pendidikan islama menambah hambatan yang terjadi saat melakukan kerja sama internasional Selain itu, faktor pendanaan juga menjadi penghambat kerja sama Internasional.

Abstract

The process of educational innovation is seen when there are still continuous changes until the process is declared over. The time needed for each individual or organization in the innovation process varies depending on the individual or organization's readiness to respond to the innovation. The changes in the impact of disruption have penetrated all aspects of life, including education. In the current era of globalization, the main challenge for educational institutions is to remain relevant and adaptive to rapid changes at the global level.
