Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the strategies implemented by teachers in managing the emotional changes of fifth-grade students during puberty at SD Negeri 4 Sungai Buluh. This research employs a qualitative approach, involving both teachers and fifth-grade students. Data collection methods include observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted inductively through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the emotional changes experienced by students during puberty require special attention from teachers. Strategies to address these issues include a patient and understanding approach, open communication, clear yet flexible boundaries, emotional understanding, confidence building, and social skills development

Abstract

Educational facilities and infrastructure are important components in education and are one of the eight National Education Standards. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of educational facilities and infrastructure at Al Ishlah  Islamic Boarding School, to determine the obstacles to the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure at Al Ishlah  Islamic Boarding School and to determine solutions to improve Facilities and Infrastructure at Al-ishlah  Islamic Boarding School. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative qualitative method. Research method approach Qualitative research is a descriptive and analytical research. Descriptive in qualitative research means describing and explaining events, phenomena and social situations being studied. The Head of the Boarding School and the Deputy Head of Infrastructure, are seen actively improving the learning process through several strategic steps, first by holding routine training. Second, by making periodic improvements to educational facilities and infrastructure, Third, by developing a relevant and responsive curriculum, and finally by conducting periodic evaluation and supervision of all aspects. This research is expected to achieve educational goals with supervision and evaluation in the management of educational facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has driven transformation in various aspects of educational management, including in madrasahs. The use of AI in administration, learning evaluation, data management, and decision-making offers opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of educational institution management. However, the application of this technology also poses challenges in maintaining the moral, ethical, and character values ​​that are characteristic of Islamic education. This study aims to analyze contemporary management strategies and the digital leadership of madrasah principals in integrating AI technology without neglecting the moral development of students. The method used is library research by reviewing various scientific literature, books, journals, and documents related to educational management, digital leadership, and the implementation of AI in Islamic education. The results of the study indicate that madrasah principals have a strategic role in directing digital transformation through strengthening digital literacy, utilizing AI for administration and learning assessment, developing teacher competencies, and formulating technology use policies based on Islamic values. Effective digital leadership is not only oriented towards technological innovation, but also on establishing an organizational culture that upholds ethics, responsibility, and good morals. The novelty of this research lies in its study of the integration of AI into madrasah management and leadership, which focuses not only on the technical aspects of technology use but also on efforts to maintain and strengthen Islamic moral values ​​during the digital transformation process. Therefore, contemporary management strategies and values-based digital leadership are key to realizing madrasahs that are adaptive to technological developments while maintaining their Islamic identity.
