Abstract

Atiran Village is a village located in the Meratus Mountains, Batang Alai Timur District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. This village makes farmers the main livelihood and has a fundamental problem in the form of not developing the capacity of farmers and still doing farming in a normative way. This makes Atiran village farmers will never get maximum profit and farmers experience economic stagnation, which is a condition where there is no economic development that only meets substantial needs. These problems are the main background of the service carried out by the service team to increase the capacity of farmers with the IPO model (input, process, output) to get more accurate results in analysis and activities. The purpose of this program is to overcome the problems of farmers who have not been able to do farming that is more in accordance with the conditions of the village location and make farmers more independent to overcome problems. The implementation method uses intervention logic designed based on the thoughts of David Easton and Wassily Leontief regarding the input, process, and output models. The service activities were carried out live in or settled at the service location for 57 days which lasted from 18 July 2024 to 12 September 2024, so that the service team could be intensely involved with community activities and build closer interactions. The results achieved by this program are farmers who have new skills in the form of making organic fertilizers and herbicides, then there is cooperation with the Agriculture Office regarding the ongoing program so that farmers have clarity about the management of the resulting farm products. With this program, the service team is confident and believes that farmers will get a change in economic income.

Abstract

The lack of economic value of local commodities in Atiran Village, Batang Alai Timur sub-district, Hulu Sungai Tengah, is the background to the problem of economic stagnation experienced by the community. The team found that non-optimal commodity management, limited distribution channels and pest attacks are the main challenges that must be overcome so that local potential can be optimized. The lack of community knowledge about the added value of local commodities also worsened the condition. In an effort to answer these problems, the service team carried out 4 service activities, namely; (1) Mapping the root of the problem and potential; (2) Community awareness efforts; (3) Conducting discussions with the Department of Industry and Trade of Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency; and (4) Establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The goal of this program is to raise community awareness of the value and potential in local commodities and to achieve sustainable economic development. The four program activities were conducted using a people-centered development approach. People-centered development or community development is a way of development so that community involvement is more mature. The implementation of this service lasted for 57 days, starting from July 18, 2024 to September 12, 2024. The achievements of this program include increasing community awareness of the potential of local commodities and the economic value of local commodities, as well as the formation of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). With the cooperation between the village community and village officials as well as with related agencies, it can encourage the economic welfare of the Atiran Village community to achieve sustainable economic development, so that this village can be economically independent and can be more resilient in facing future challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the management of Madrasah Diniyah Sabilillah Syaichona Cholil Samarinda. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of TQM principles—such as customer focus (students and their parents), continuous improvement, and the involvement of all stakeholders—has been carried out gradually and consistently. Despite facing several challenges, such as limited resources and resistance to change, the madrasah has demonstrated significant improvements in the quality of its educational services. This study concludes that TQM can serve as an effective strategic approach to enhancing the quality of madrasah management. The implications of this research encourage Islamic educational institutions to adopt quality management approaches in their institutional governance.

Abstract

Minuman beralkohol merupakan produk yang memiliki dampak sosial dan kesehatan yang signifikan. Di Kota Banjarmasin, regulasiterkait penjualan minuman beralkohol menjadi perhatian penting dalam rangka menjaga ketertiban umum dan melindungimasyarakat, terutama generasi muda, dari dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan. Pemerintah Kota Banjarmasin menerbitkan PeraturanDaerah (Perda) Nomor 10 Tahun 2017 tentang Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Penjualan Minuman Beralkohol sebagai upaya pengendalian distribusi dan peredaran minuman beralkohol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kendala yang dihadapidalam implementasi Perda tersebut dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode studi kasus diterapkan di beberapa wilayah di Kota Banjarmasin dengan melibatkan pihak-pihak terkait, seperti pejabat di dinas pengawasan, aparat keamanan, pelaku usaha, dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Perda ini masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, di antaranya lemahnya penegakan hukum akibat keterbatasan sumber daya dan koordinasi antar-instansi, kesulitan dalam pembuktian pelanggaran, serta rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang bahaya minuman beralkohol. Faktor ekonomi dan sosialbudaya turut berperan dalam mempengaruhi efektivitas Perda ini. Oleh karena itu, untuk mencapai tujuan pengawasan yang optimal,perlu dilakukan sosialisasi yang intensif serta peningkatan peran aktif masyarakat dalam pengawasan penjualan minuman beralkohol. Diharapkan pula adanya penegakan hukum yang lebih tegas untuk menciptakan ketertiban dan ketenteraman di masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract Social welfare is the most desired part of human life because it exists to help individuals escape from all social problems. Therefore, it is necessary to implement social welfare as a government effort in the form of social services to meet the basic needs of every citizen. This research discusses the extent of implementation of Tanah Laut Regency Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of Social Welfare in dealing with social problems in Tanah Laut Regency, as well as knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Tanah Laut Regency government in handling social problems in Tanah Laut Regency. This research uses a legal sociology approach, namely studying and analyzing the rules that operate in society. The results of this research show that the Tanah Laut Regency Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2022 has been implemented well by the government in accordance with their respective duties and functions. In organizing social welfare, there are supporting and inhibiting factors, namely: supporting factors such as human resources, facilities and infrastructure as well as supporting funds, while the inhibiting factors are the lack of social institutions, halfway houses and proper logistics warehouses, and there is a lot of data on recipients of social assistance. which is invalid can cause social assistance to be inappropriately targeted. Keywords :Implementation , Regional Regulations, Social Welfare Abstract Kesejahteraan Sosial adalah bagian yang paling diharapkan dari kehidupan manusia karena terwujud untuk membantu agar individu terlepas dari segala permasalahan sosial. Maka dari itu perlu penyelenggaraan kesejahteraan sosial sebagai upaya pemerintah dalam bentuk pelayanan sosial guna memenuhi kebutuhan dasar setiap warga negara. Penelitian ini membahas tentang sejauh mana implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tanah Laut Nomor 6 Tahun 2022 Tentang Penyelengaraan Kesejahteraan Sosial dalam menangani permasalahan sosial di Kabupaten Tanah Laut, serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat bagi pemerintah Kabupaten Tanah Laut dalam menangani Permasalahan Sosial di Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi hukum, yaitu mengkaji dan menganalisis terkait aturan yang berjalan di masyrakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tanah Laut Nomor 6 Tahun 2022 sudah dijalankan dengan baik oleh pemerintah sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsi masing-masing. Dalam menyelengarakan kesejahteraan sosial ini terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya yaitu: faktor pendukungnya seperti SDM, Sarana dan prasarana serta dana yang mendukung, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya ialah belum adanya panti sosial, rumah singgah dan Gudang logistic yang layak, dan banyak terdapat beberapa data penerima bantuan sosial yang tidak valid singga menimbulkan bantuan sosial tersebut menjadi tidak tepat sasaran. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Peraturan Daerah, Kesejahteraan Sosial.

Abstract Referring to the Prosecutor's Office Law Number 11 of 2021 concerning the Prosecutor's Office, one of the roles of the Prosecutor's Office is as a State Attorney who acts as a mediator or facilitator in disputes or disputes between State Institutions, Central / Regional Government Agencies and BUMN / BUMD in the fields of Civil and State Administration. In accordance with Attorney General Regulation Number 7 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Law Enforcement, Legal Assistance, Legal Consideration, Other Legal Actions, and Legal Services in the Civil and State Administration Sector. One of the Legal Assistance carried out by the Banjarmasin State Attorney's Office is in the settlement of State Administration Disputes at Batuah Market, Banjarmasin City. Abstract

The development of neuroscience makes a significant contribution to the world of education, especially in understanding how students' brains work and respond to the learning environment. Learning environments that include physical, social, and pedagogical aspects have been shown to influence brain activity as well as student learning motivation. This study aims to systematically examine the relationship between neuroscience, learning environment, brain activity, and student learning motivation in the context of education. The research method used is library research by examining various primary and secondary sources in the form of scientific journals and relevant books. Data analysis techniques are carried out qualitatively through text and discourse analysis with an inductive approach and theoretical triangulation to maintain the validity of the data. The results of the study show that neuroscience-based classroom management, positive social interaction between teachers and students as well as between students, and the implementation of learning strategies that are in accordance with how the brain works can improve cognitive activity, emotion regulation, and intrinsic motivation of students. However, the application of neuroscience in learning still faces various challenges, such as limited teacher understanding, lack of training, and not being optimally integrated neuroscience in the curriculum. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed to improve teacher competence and the development of neuroscience-based learning models so that the learning process becomes more effective and meaningful.
