The movement in business competition, especially in the field of information technology, which is increasingly progressive and rapidly developing, can be felt by the majority of the public. The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of a positive and significant influence between e-commerce variables and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Indoland Batam with the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique so that the number of samples in this stufy amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection method is questionnaire. Data quality test in this study uses the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study uses (t test) and (F test) by using SPSS version 25 software program. From the results of the t test and F test, it can be concluded that e-commerce partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and e -commerce and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT Indoland Batam.

This research aims to analyze if there is any influence from promotion and product quality towards the customer satisfaction of PT Indoland Batam which engages in the online shop. The phenomenon of fluctuation of the customer satisfaction level for PT Indoland Batam reflects the customer satisfaction has not been maximized. This research uses two independent variables which are promotion variable and product quality variable. The technique used in collecting data used in this research is the distribution of questionnaire using accidental sampling method, whereby the sample used in this research are amounting to 148 respondents. This research uses technical data analysis methods such as validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis test. The result of this research show that promotion and product quality variable partially does have positive influence and is significant towards the consumer satisfaction. Furthermore, promotion and product quality variable simultaneously does have positive influence and is significant towards the customer satisfaction of PT Indoland Batam. Variables in this research have an influence od 29,7% towards the performance of employees. The rest 70,3% are influenced by other variables coming from outside of this research.

Investment is an accumulation of a certain amount of capital with the aim of getting a numberof benefits at a later date. Capital can be in the form of money or other resources. Thepurpose of this research was to determine the effect of motivation and minimum capital onthe interest on investing in stock on college student in Batam, both partially andsimultaneously. The population in this research were all students studying at a university orcollege in Batam and the sample was Batam college student who had studied capitalmarkets or finance. Collecting data in this research using a questionnaire. The data analysismethod used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testingusing the t test and F test on the SPSS 26 application. The results of this research are,partially motivation has a significant effect on the interest on investing in stock on collegestudent in Batam, while minimum capital partially has no significant effect on the interest oninvesting in stock on college student in Batam. Simultaneously, motivation and minimalcapital have a significant effect on the interest on investing in stock on college student inBatam.

The purposing of this research is to know between promotion and product quality can effect to purchase decision either partially (T test) or simultaneously (F test) of Daisy Organic. Using three variable which consisting two variable independent which promotion as X1 and product quality as X2 and variable dependent which purchase decision as variable Y. In this research, technique data collection done by distributing questionnaire to the sample to be used is as many as 136 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach and using SPSS software version 25 for data analysis. From the result showed that value of R square is 0,717 atau 71,7%, can be known from value the promotion and product quality affect to the purchase decision while 28,3% is the rest influenced by other variable that not included in this research model. based on result of T test for promotion equal to 4,403>1,65613 and significant 0.000 > 0.05 which mean promotion (X1) have significant effect to purchase decision and product quality (X2) has value 9,925>1,66023 is the sign that product quality have significant effect to purchase decision.

For an organization or agency, human resources are referred to as the main factor he driving force of the organization Whatever the goals of the organization, the organization must be formed based on various visions. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of motivation, and compensation simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Citra Mandiri Distribusindo. This study uses the saturation method sampling technique because the population is not large, namely 110 employees. That the number of population and samples in saturated sampling is the same. Data analysis is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis while testing the hypothesis in this studyn using the t test and the F test using the SPSS version 26 software program. The aim of this research was to observe the impact of push, pull and personal factors on turnover of Tax Consultant Office in Batam. This research uses for primary data collection using questionnaire methods. A self-explanatory questionnaire was distributed among them to find that what the factor is for their turn over from one company to another. This paper utilizes survey data collected from 125 employees of Tax Consultant Office in Batam to test influence of personal, push and pull factors toward turnover intention. Questionnaire was used as survey instrument to collect data personally at the locations of the organizations. Descriptive statistics were performed to test on the data by using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) version 25. The result of the study showed that personal factors showed that does not effect turnover intention. Meanwhile push and pull factors directly effect to turnover intention. And these three factors (personal, push and pull) simultaneously affect the turnover intention.

This study aims to determine the effect of (X1) brand image and (X2 service quality on (Y) purchasing decisions at Alfamart Tiban Gaja Mada by using this Random Sampling technique 354. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire that (X1) brand image and (X2 ) service quality has a positive effect on (Y) purchasing decisions based on regression results and with an R Square value. Based on statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable variables. Hypothesis testing using t test shows that (X1) brand image and ( X2) service quality proved to have a significant effect on (Y) purchasing decisions. Then through the F test it can be seen that the variable (X1) brand image and (X2) service quality simultaneously affect the purchasing decision variables with F count greater than F table

The aim of this study is to determine if there is an effect of trust, service quality and satisfaction on the repurchase intention of PT Great Seasons Travel Batam City online users with a total sample of 180 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was distributed directly, the data quality test in this research used validity and reliability tests, the classical hypothesis test and the influence test were performed in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis while for the hypothesis test on This study uses (t-test) and (f-test), which uses SPSS 25 software. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by the trust, servise and satisfaction variables is 79.1% of therepurchase intention variables. From the results of the t-test and the f-test, we can conclude from this study that there is a positive and significant effect on the variables of trust, service quality and Satisfaction on the repurchase intention , as well as on the significant influence between the three independent variables on the dependent variable
