Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai budaya yang terdapat dalam buku ajar BIPA “Sahabatku Indonesia” tingkat B-2. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis isi (concent analysis). Sumber data penelitian adalah buku ajar BIPA dengan judul “Sahabatku Indonesia” tingkat B-2. Data yang dianalisis berupa sub-unit ataupun kutipan-kutipan dalam buku yang mengandung nilai budaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data nilai budaya difokuskan pada tiga teks yang terdapat dalam buku ajar BIPA “Sahabatku Indonesia” tingkat B-2, yakni dengan judul “Orang Baduy dan Hutan Mereka”, “Lompat Batu Suku Nias”, dan “Upacara Adat Ngarot di Kabupaten Indramayu”. Teks “Orang Baduy dan Hutan Mereka” memuat nilai budaya, seperti sistem pengetahuan, sistem kemasyarakatan atau organisasi sosial, dan sistem mata pencaharian. Sementara, pada teks “Lompat Batu Suku Nias” memuat nilai budaya sistem pengetahuan, sistem teknologi dan peralatan hidup, dan sistem kesenian. Terakhir pada teks “Upacara Adat Ngarot di Kabupaten Indramayu” memuat nilai budaya sistem pengetahuan, sistem kemasyarakatan atau organisasi sosial, dan sistem mata pencaharian. Abstract

Taboo language within the Malay Bangka community acts as a social boundary that regulates behaviors, preventing discomfort or negative outcomes. This study explores the underlying codes and principles behind the use of taboo language in this community, using Sperber and Wilson's Relevance Theory (1995) to discuss Cognitive and Communicative Principles. The primary data comes from the Bangka Malay community across Bangka and South Bangka Regencies, while secondary sources include various literary works. Data were gathered through listening (simak), interviews (cakap), and document analysis, and were examined using six steps of qualitative analysis. Triangulation was applied to ensure validity, with discussions involving traditional Malay culture experts (Lembaga Adat Melayu). The results of the study suggest that, based on the Cognitive and Communicative Principles, speakers use ostensive stimuli (i.e. particular signals or cues that are deliberately used to indicate that someone is trying to convey information), such as coded phrases like "nanti bengkak kemaluan" (your genital may swell), to guide listeners toward the intended message, ensuring optimal relevance. Additionally, urban myths, often attributed to supernatural forces like ghosts, are employed to reinforce the consequences of disobedience. From the lens of Relevance Theory, these phrases are effective, as they require minimal cognitive effort for listeners to understand and process the speaker’s message.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, one of which is the world of education. In the field of education, there has been a significant change, namely the use of digital technology in the academic evaluation process, especially in the implementation of exams in schools. In the current digital era, the use of computer-based testing (CBT) applications is a modern, effective and efficient solution to support the academic evaluation system in learning. An innovative digital solution through the use of digital technology is needed to support the academic evaluation process at MA Nurul Ihsan Baturusa. The method used includes several stages, starting from problem identification, solution design, to implementation and evaluation of activities in the field. The socialization and mentoring activities for the implementation of the computer-based testing application carried out at MA Nurul Ihsan Baturusa went very well and received a positive response from all parties at MA Nurul Ihsan. This activity yielded several important achievements, demonstrating a transformation in the academic evaluation system within MA Nurul Ihsan. The socialization and mentoring activities for the implementation of the computer-based exam (CBT) application at MA Nurul Ihsan Baturusa were carried out successfully and successfully achieved the goals envisioned by the PKM team. Through a participatory approach, this activity improved teachers' and staff's understanding of digital evaluation technology and increased MA Nurul Ihsan's readiness to adopt a computer-based exam system.

Abstract

There are various folk tales that contain local wisdom values. Folklore has many meanings in character formation. The aim of this research is to describe the benefits of folklore as a form of character formation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research data sources were Batu Balai folklore documents, as well as interviews with informants which were then transcribed in narrative form. Interactive analysis was used to analyze the data, which was validated using triangulation and informant evaluation methods. Based on the research conducted, seven characters were found that emerged from the story. The characters found are independence, hard work, patience, commitment, mutual cooperation, honesty and politeness. The most dominant value of the seven values ​​is the value of hard work and mutual cooperation. Of course, this can be seen from the behavior or attitudes of the characters in the story. Especially the main character who tries to help his mother's economy. This needs to be implemented, because in the current era of digitalization, children are busy with their devices.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan berbagai bentuk kesalahan bahasa tulis yang ditemukan dalam makalah mahasiswa. Manfaat hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi khazanah pengetahuan dan acuan penulisan bagi pembaca terkait berbagai bentuk kesalahan yang harus dihindari dalam penulisan makalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simak dan catat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji kesalahan berbahasa pada aspek ejaan, morfologi, dan sintaksis. Selanjutnya, data divalidasi dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, yakni membandingkan atau mengecek data hasil kesalahan berbahasa makalah mahasiswa dengan sumber teori yang relevan. Data penelitian ini berupa makalah yang ditulis mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya kesalahan berbahasa tulis dalam berbagai aspek, diantaranya aspek ejaan dan tanda baca, kata dan kalimat, dan pengembangan paragraf. Kesalahan tersebut bersumber pada penggunaan tanda baca, penggunaan huruf tebal dan huruf miring, pemakaian ungkapan bahasa asing, gabungan kata dasar, dan pembuatan kalimat serta pengembangan paragraf yang baik. Hasil analisis kesalahan berbahasa dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi formulasi dan rujukan dalam menulis makalah.

Abstract

The village is a strategic position to support the success of community development programs. Currently, the concept of rural development is no longer limited to the agricultural sector and basic infrastructure but leads to the development of Information and Communication Technology. Rebo Village in general still has several things that have not been managed optimally, especially related to data literacy, such as having a low interest in reading and a lack of good understanding of the importance of improving literacy culture in the community. This service activity aims to explore the sources of potential (assets) owned by the community so that the community is able to solve the problems they face independently. The service scheme through socialization activities to partners aims to provide education about the importance of literacy to all village officials and all residents. This service activity focuses on the formation of a Literacy Love Group (KECIL) at the village level by involving statistical agents and statistical love students. This group can increase the added value of Rebo village towards an independent and creative village. This can be done by managing information and empowering the community. Based on the results of the analysis of the partner satisfaction questionnaire, 65.22% of participants answered that they agreed that the theme of the socialization activities presented was in accordance with the needs of partners and the rest, namely 34.78%, answered very agree. Based on the instrument of clarity and ease of understanding of the material presented by the resource persons, 73.91% answered yes and 26.09% answered strongly agree. In addition, this activity was also felt by partners to be very useful, as evidenced by 69.57% answering yes and 30.43% answering very agreeing. Meanwhile, several participants in the socialization activity gave positive and supportive suggestions for the progress and development of future activities. Based on the entire series of activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that this service activity can provide its own benefits for partners, as evidenced by the results of the analysis of partner satisfaction questionnaire data in Rebo Village.
