Abstract

Deafness is a condition in which a person experiences significant hearing loss. This loss of hearing ability makes it difficult for individuals to communicate and adapt to their surroundings, especially when it affects students. One of the main challenges faced by deaf students is communication during the learning process. The Vocabulary Learning Introduction Application is an Android-based application designed to assist hearing-impaired users during teaching and learning activities. With this application, users simply need to select and tap the available features, which will then direct them to the appropriate learning pages. This application is highly beneficial for deaf students, as it helps facilitate communication during the learning process and also trains students to better understand and memorize vocabulary using sign language. Based on the designed learning scenarios, the results show that students are trained to understand and retain vocabulary more easily in their memory. Given their limitations, students are not pressured to perform but are instead guided according to their individual abilities to understand vocabulary.

Abstract

The service quality of a Community Health Center does have a great impact on the patients' satisfaction. The Maubesi Community Health Center is one of the health services centers in Maubesi Village which serves a number of six surrounding villages. Given that many patients are making use of this health center, the service quality of the medical staff is of course quite essential.   Patients' satisfaction is the primary factor which becomes the image benchmark of a community health center.  Up to now, patients' satisfaction is measured in the conventional way, namely by writing on papers. The use òf paper certainly makes it hectic when the time for data compilation and analysis processing is due. To overcome this problem, the researcher developed a website-based information system (SISKESAN) to measure patients' satisfaction level at Maubesi Community Health Center.  SISKESAN was developed based on website, to make it easy whenever and wherever the data  is to be accessed. The system employs Service Quality Method (Servqual) to measure patients' satisfaction level using hope and fact values. To set up this system the researcher made use of Waterfall Method known as measurable gradual stages. By implementing SISKESAN at Maubesi Community Health Center, the patients' satisfaction level becomes easier in measurement. Patients can easily access the website and fill in the questionnaires prepared in the system. The result can be straightly seen by the staff in charge and it will become the benchmark for future policy making.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan Sistem Informasi Geografis (GIS) untuk memetakan wilayah stunting di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Latar belakangnya adalah tingginya angka stunting di Indonesia, khususnya di kabupaten tersebut, sehingga diperlukan pemetaan spasial yang akurat guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan intervensi yang tepat sasaran. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode air terjun dan diimplementasikan sebagai WebGIS sehingga mudah diakses oleh berbagai pemangku kepentingan secara online. GIS yang dikembangkan memfasilitasi visualisasi penyebaran kasus stunting serta pengelolaan dan analisis data spasial beserta atribut terkait, memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai daerah terdampak. Hasilnya, sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pemantauan, membantu mengidentifikasi prioritas intervensi wilayah, serta mendukung pemerintah daerah dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan stunting yang lebih terarah dan efisien pengembangan Sistem Informasi Geografis (GIS) berbasis web efektif dalam memetakan dan memonitor wilayah stunting di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Sistem yang dibangun mampu menyediakan visualisasi data spasial secara real-time yang membantu pihak terkait dalam mengidentifikasi daerah prioritas intervensi secara tepat dan efisien. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan teknologi GIS dapat meningkatkan akurasi dan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan dalam penanggulangan stunting, sejalan dengan tujuan. Penelitian untuk mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam penanganan masalah tersebut secara terarah penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi inovatif dengan menerapkan pendekatan digital-spasial yang masih terbatas di wilayah Indonesia Timur, sehingga hasilnya dapat menjadi model bagi pengembangan sistem serupa di daerah lain.

Abstract

Abstract - This research focuses on implementation waterfall method in designing a web-based geographic information system for mapping livestock populations in Malacca Regency using a block diagram (SBD) system. Malacca Regency has dominating livestock potential,This is based on data sourced from (Animal Husbandry Division, Malacca Regency Agricultural Service, 2022), which records the livestock population in 12 sub-districts in Malacca Regency, including 265 horses and 265 cows.71,095 head, 692 buffaloes, as many goats46,337head, 56,078 pigs, 446,072 chickens and 3,299 ducks The aim of this research isto assist Malacca Regency Animal Husbandry Service officers and the community in searching for the location of all livestock spread across Malacca Regency and knowing the percentage data which makes it easier to obtain information.With this information system, it is hoped to make it easier for the public to find the location and number of livestock in Malacca Regency which can be accessed via the website. This research uses the method Waterfall scontains research information in the process of creating the "SIPETER" system. The stages of creating a system using the Waterfall method consist of 5 stages, namely: Requirements Analysis (Analysis of software requirements), System Design (Design), Implementation (Creation of program code), Integration & Testing (Testing), Operation & Maintenance (Support or Maintenance). The test results show that the system successfully fulfills the expected functionality so that makes it easier for the public to find the location and number of livestock in Malacca Regency which can be accessed via the website. Abstrak - Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan metode waterfall dalam perancangan sistem informasi geografis pemetaan populasi ternak di kabupaten malaka berbasis web menggunakan system block diagram (sbd). Kabupaten Malaka memiliki potensi peternakan yang mendominasi, Hal itu didasarkan data yang bersumber dari (Bidang Perternakan Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Malaka, 2022), yang mendata populasi ternak di 12 kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Malaka meliputi, kuda sebanyak 265 ekor, sapi sebanyak 71.095 ekor, kerbau sebanyak 692 ekor, kambing sebanyak 46.337 ekor, babi sebanyak 56.078 ekor, ayam sebanyak 446.072 ekor dan itik sebanyak 3.299 ekor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu petugas Dinas Peternakan Kabupaten Malaka dan masyarakat dalam melakukan pencarian lokasi semua ternak yang tersebar di Kabupaten Malaka dan mengetahui persentase data yang mempermudah mendapatkan informasi. Dengan sistem informasi ini, diharapkan untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mencari lokasi dan jumlah ternak yang ada di Kabupaten Malaka yang dapat diakses melalui website. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall berisi informasi penelitian dalam proses pembuatan sistem “SIPETER”. Adapun tahapan pembuatan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall ini terdiri atas 5 tahapan yaitu: Requirement Analysis (Analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak), System Design (Desain), Implementation (Pembuatan kode program), Integration & Testing (Pengujian), Operation & Maintenance (Pendukung atau Pemeliharaan). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil memenuhi fungsionalitas yang diharapkan sehingga memudahkan masyarakat dalam mencari lokasi dan jumlah ternak yang ada di Kabupaten Malaka yang dapat diakses melalui website.

Abstract

Service can be said to be satisfactory, if the service can meet community satisfaction. A satisfaction is achieved if the service received by the community is in accordance with what is expected. To determine the level of community satisfaction with service performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration, North Central Timor Districts, it is necessary to have a system to measure the level of community satisfaction. The measurement of community satisfaction is carried out using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method which considers the level of interest or expectations of the respondents, with indicators or dimensions in the form of physical tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The result of this research is the construction of a website-based Measurement System that is able to determine the level of community satisfaction with the performance of the services provided. Measurement using the IPA method, obtained performance that must be improved or reduced based on its quadrant mapping with 25 attributes, which are divided into 4 quadrants, namely quadrant I (main priority) 8attributes, quadrant II (maintain achievement) 3 attributes, quadrant III (low priority) 3 attributes, and quadrant IV (excessive) 11 attributes.

Abstract

Tempat ibadah merupakan suatu tempat bertemunya para umat beragama untuk beribadah menurut ajaran agama atau kepercayaan mereka masing-masing. Tempat peribadatan setiap harinya atau waktu tertentu selalu banyak dikunjungi oleh umatnya. Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara (TTU) adalah sebuah kabupaten yang terletak di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia. Ibu kota kabupaten berada di Kota Kefamenanu. Dalam menginformasikan sarana tempat ibadah di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara masih menggunakan cara tradisional yaitu dari mulut ke mulut, sehingga masyarakat kesulitan mencari informasi mengenai sarana tempat ibadah. Akan tetapi, informasi yang diberikan hanya sebatas lokasi tanpa informasi tambahan seperti waktu pelaksanaan ibadah. Hal seperti inilah yang menjadi kendala bagi masyarakat lokal maupun para wisatawan karena mereka harus meluangkan waktu untuk mengetahui informasi tempat ibadah yang diberikan oleh tempat ibadah tersebut. Dengan melihat kondisi tersebut, maka diperlukan sebuah Sistem Informasi Geografis yang dimana didalamnya pengguna dapat mengetahui lokasi tempat ibadah yang terdekat maupun yang sedang pengguna cari. Maka untuk memberikan informasi tempat ibadah kepada wisatawan maupun masyrakat lokal di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara, dilakuka sebuah penelitian dengan judul “Sistem Informasi Geografis Pemetaan Lokasi Tempat Ibadah Di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara Berbasi Web Menggunakan Metode Extreme Programming.

Abstract

Penyakit asam sambung banyak dialami oleh Masyarakat khususnya Kabupaten Timur Tengah Utara. Berdasarkan data dari Puskesmas Sasi, Penderita asam sambung yang ada membuat dokter spesialis tidak menangani pasien secara langsung, karena populasi pasien banyak dan jam kerja dokter spesialis terbatas. Maka solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi yaitu, membuat aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis website untuk membantu mendiagnosa penyakit asam lambung dengan menerapkan Metode Teorema Bayes untuk memperoleh keputusan terhadap diagnosa penyakit asam lambung dan Metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini membangun sebuah sistem pakar yang dapat membantu mendiagnosa penyakit asam lambung dan menerapkan metode teorema bayes  untuk memperoleh diagnosa terhadapt penyakit asam lambung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi  sistem pakar berbasis webite yang dibangun dapat memberikan infomasi kepada pasien  mengenal dan memberikan kemudahan dalam mendiagnosa penyakit asam lambung. Hasil dari penelitian ini sistem pakar berbasis website ini berhasil dibangun  ini dapat membantu  user dalam mendiagnosa asam lambung dan metode teorema bayes ini sukses diterapkan dalam pengembangan website sistem pakar ini dengan nilai tertinggi 100% dari perhitungan di sistem dan perhitungan secara manual dengan menggunakan excel.

Abstract

Climate change causes an increase in global temperature, which results in rising sea levels and threatens many cities in the future, including Jakarta. Carbon emissions are the primary cause of climate change, which is difficult to reduce. Forests can act as a natural filter for carbon emissions, but deforestation still occurs for various reasons. The author and their team propose a solution by creating an application called "Eden" that uses gamification to encourage users to develop a habit of planting trees. This application encourages the public to participate in saving the earth from global warming and climate change by planting trees around their homes, which can filter some of the carbon emissions in their environment.

Abstract

Technology is growing rapidly and has covered almost all areas of life, one of which is education. The learning process at Yaperna Tuamese Elementary School is still experiencing problems in providing learning media and dealing with students who are left behind in material due to illness or activities outside of school. The learning process only uses textbooks in front of the classroom with so few book packages, so students feel bored and lazy to study. So while the concentration on students must be directed specifically at science subjects. Through an Android-based interactive multimedia learning application, students can explore the material independently. The designed media includes text, images, audio, and video to help teachers prepare learning media and maintain students' attention and concentration on lessons. Rapid Application Development (RAD) with 4D mode is the configuration method used. Through the results that have been tested, users feel more interested and more easily understand material with interactive multimedia than those who are used to using textbooks.

Abstract

In the era of sophisticated technology that brings many changes in various aspects of life, technological developments also have an impact in the field of education. Quality and quality assurance can be seen and measured from the level of student satisfaction during the lecture process and the services provided by academic staff to students. In the implementation of the distribution of academic service evaluation questionnaires at Timor University, they still use paper questionnaires that are distributed to students to be filled in. This results in inefficient time in filling out the questionnaire and requires large costs because it still uses paper media. So a system is needed to handle these problems so that the process of filling out questionnaires can be done centrally in 1 database that has been integrated with a computer system. In some previous studies, the system built in terms of features is quite complete but can only be accessed by 2 users, namely students and the person in charge of the academic section. The account list feature itself by students. So based on the description of the background explanation of the problem in the previous paragraph, a web-based application is needed to handle these problems, namely "E-Questionnaire Evaluation of Academic Service Quality (EKLA) at Timor University Using the Prototype Method". It is hoped that in the future the application built by the author will be useful in academic service activities at Timor University.
