Abstract

Mustard vegetables are classified as leaf vegetables from the Cruciferaefamily which have high economic value and are very popular among the people. Mustard vegetables are often used by people as processed ingredients in various types of cuisine. In general, Vegetable Vegetables are planted in the lowlands to the highlands and harvest is done at the age of 30 - 60 days after planting, depending on the variety. Expert systems are systems that try to adopt human knowledge to computers, so that computers can solve problems as usual by experts. Bayes method is one of the methods found in expert systems that can calculate or process the probability values of each symptom. The expert system detects mustard plant disease has 5 types of diseases found in mustard vegetable plants, namely seedlings, leaf rot, clubroot, leaf spot, alternaria rot.

Abstract

With more and more people accessing the internet to get information and the absence of settings on data traffic it will cause the network to be slow. The network traffic settings in Linux Ubuntu still use scripts that are relatively more difficult to use and understand for some people, so tools are needed to configure them. Capture network traffic application is Software designed to capture communications connected to servers. Capture network traffic application can only log data and read TCP/IP and HTTP protocols. The Capture network traffic application has various features, including checking whether the server is on or off, capturing traffic packets on a LAN network, and displaying a map of the URL location. So the results of this study explain the creation of a Traffic Management Configurator to facilitate traffic monitoring settings in gateways that connect different networks. Furthermore, this traffic monitoring application is used to view the actual packets of traffic on the network and network statistics. Both applications use the web as an interface to the user.

Abstract

Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) North Sumatera has an experimental garden "Pasar Miring" that is useful for academic activities, both practicum and research, installation of VUB (Varitas Unggul Baru) rice seed propagation for specific location, assessment and agricultural development. Currently official vehicles operating are 3 units, and the experimental garden area is approximately 15 hectares. Thus the administrator has difficulty knowing the position of the official vehicle during working hours due to the absence of technology that can be used by the office. So to find out the position of the official vehicle when operating, and for vehicle safety from criminal acts and also to avoid misuse of official vehicles. The propose of this paper is a monitoring system for official vehicle by using a desktop application and using Lora (Long Range) Frequency. Lora RFM95 transmitter is placed on the official vehicle and the Lora RFM95 Receiver will be set on the laptop. Lora can send the location of the official vehicle to the desktop application by Internet of Things (IoT) concept via the internet network.

Abstract

Learning that uses electronic services as a tool is known in general as e-learning or LMS (Learning Management System). Training on e-learning is realized in Community Service Activities (PKM) as the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education as well as sharing and contributing ideas and transferring knowledge and technology for teachers and students at SMA Masehi GBKP, Brastagi. This service activity was carried out for a day, with material on Making Online Learning Media during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The material for the activities carried out included making online learning media using Edmodo and Easy Class. The online learning media is one of the effective solutions to facilitate online teaching and learning activities for teachers and students. His presence, which is increasingly easy to find, certainly helps teachers and students stay safe studying at home, without being limited by place and time.

Abstract

Era Revolusi industri 4.0 saat ini muncul sektor ekonomi digital yang melengkapi sektor ekonomi konvensional (non - digital) yang telah ada sebelumnya. Ekonomi digital banyak diartikan sebagai kegiatan ekonomi yang menggunakan teknologi digital dimana transaksi dilaksanakan melalui internet. Layaknya kegiatan ekonomi pada umumnya yang sangat membutuhkan infrastruktur untuk tumbuh, berkembang dan maju. Kondisi masyarakat di daerah yang pada umumnya belum begitu familiar dengan internet sebagai salah satu pendukung kegitatan UMKM. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat wilayah perbatasan adalah melalui pemberdayaan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Hadirnya teknologi informasi (TI) mengubah cara dalam bisnis dengan memberikan peluang dan tantangan baru bagi pengembangan UMKM. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan cara pemanfaatan TI dalam pengembangan UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mix method yaitu pengumpulan data dan menganalisis data serta perpaduan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif melalui beberapa fase proses penelitian. Hasil pengabdian ini, secara umum dapat digambarkan bahwa penggunaan TI di kalangan pelaku UMKM di Lumban Pea Timur Kab. Toba Samosir dimana relatif masyarakat sudah baik dalam hal kemampuan para pelaku usaha mengoperasikan komputer maupun dalam hal mengakses internet. Dikarenakan pemanfaatan komputer dan internet untuk mendukung pengelolaan atau manajemen UMKM mereka pada umumnya relatif masih rendah. Hasil penelitian ini juga sangat jelas menggambarkan bahwa persoalan tingkat pendidikan pelaku UMKM sangat berkorelasi dengan kemampuan mereka memanfaatkan TI sebagai sarana pendukung pengelolaan UMKM.

Abstract

Currently, Customer Relationship Management is very important to foster relationships between customers and sellers and provide information carried out by customers. Kzu Parfum shop is one of the SMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) which is engaged in selling perfume and perfume seeds. The problems faced by the Kzu Parfum Store at this time are that there is no system that can run in managing sales records, there are no special media to promote its products, and orders are still done manually by visiting the store to buy the perfume. In this study, the authors implement CRM with the Direct Marketing and Fulfillment method as a medium of information at the Kzu Parfum store, which aims to make it easier for Kzu Parfum to convey information to consumers. The sales system application is expected to solve the problems of the Kzu Parfum Shop, where transactions usually use an online mechanism and provide facilities such as products that contain images and product information. In the catalog, consumers can find information about the product ordering process and can generate sales transaction reports.

Gallery Ulos Sianipar is a business unit selling various Batak weaving such as Ulos, Songket, Kebaya and Batak Traditional Clothing. Gallery Ulos Sianipar use minimum Information Technology in business activities. Information technology plays a very important role in the world of education, especially when blended learning is carried out, where there is a combination of face-to-face and virtual meetings. In addition, Blended Learning is a part or element of social interaction that grows and develops among students. Face-to-face meetings prioritize direct interaction both gestures or body language, voice intonation and eye gaze. There is strong information technology support that bridges interpersonal interactions, so this also influences the interactions between teachers/educators and students. Practical, eye-catching and easy to carry around, making Laptops or Smartphones a very popular Information and Communication Technology product, Blended Learning is no exception. The applications used are also very easy to install and some are even free, for example Kahoot!, Quizizz, Padlet and Canva.
