Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence on the influence of Trust and Commitment to CustomerLoyalty in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Tanaoba Lais Manekat (BPR TLM) Kupang. Trust is measuredby reliability in achieving promise, trust for good service, trust for prompt service, trust to honesty ofpersonnel, trust of personnel in paying attention to customers. Commitment is measured by feelings ofemotional attachment, high sense of ownership, no influence on alternatives offered by other banks,feelings of pleasure to visit and employee friendliness. Loyalty is measured by Purchase Intention,Word-of-Mouth, Price Sensivity and Complaining Behavior. This research is a kind of causal researchto know the causal relationship. The sample in this research are 70 respondents. Sampling method inthis research is using Accidental Sampling. The analysis tools used are multiple regression analysis, Ftest and T test. The results showed that Trust and Commitment partially influence to the Loyalty ofBPR TLM’s Customer, as well as Trust and Commitment simultaneously affect the Loyalty of BPRTLM’s Customer.Keywords: Trust, Commitment, Loyalty

Abstract

University has become the top level of education in formal education organization unit, hence for the society that has finished their education at senior high level and on the equal level, one of their purposes after graduation is to continue their study to the university, either to the private university or to the state univeristy. The first private university in East Nusa Tenggara Province is Nusa Cendana University that has 11 (eleven) Faculties, has always been become one of people’s choice to continue their study. Faculty of Economics and Business of Nusa Cendana University was established in 2013, and people from East Nusa Tenggara or other provinces are highly interested in it even though it is a new faculty. This can be proved by the number of students that constantly increases every year. This research was conducted to find out whether there is effect of Marketing Mix with the variable Promotion, Product, Person, Cost, and Location towards decision to choose to study at the Faculty of Economics and Business of Nusa Cendana University. This research used decriptive-quantitative approach, technique of multiple regression linear analysis, and the hypothesis test was test F (simultaneous) and test T (partial). Tecnique of collecting data was conducted by spreading 95 questionairres to the students of Faculty of Economics and Business of Nusa Cendana University. The result was Promotion, Product, and Location significantly affected towards decision to choose to study whereas Cost and Person did not have the effect significantly. Simultaneously, Promotion, Product, Person, Cost, and Location have the effect towards the decision to choose to study at the Faculty of Economics and Business of Nusa Cendana University. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence) on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions. The method used in this study is a quantitative method that is done through the stages of data collection, interpretation of data and appearance of results. Data collection techniques in this study are to use questionnaires. The population in this study was all people domiciled in Kupang City who had used online taxi bike of GrabBike. The technique sampling in this study using Non Probability Sampling with the method of Accidental Sampling, the sample used was 100 respondents .This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the Product has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Price has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Place has no influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Promotion has no influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the People has no influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Process has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, and the Physical Evidence has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions. The simultaneous test results in this study revealed that all Marketing Mix variables affect the Consumer Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

Background: The catfish cultivating community plays an important role in fighting stunting in Timor Tengah Selatan, Kupang, and Manggarai Regencies. By encouraging people to increase their intake of protein from catfish, people increase their overall consumption of fish. Aim: This study aims to determine the perceptions of the village community towards the development of catfish farming to overcome stunting in Timor Tengah Selatan, Kupang, and Manggarai Regencies. Method: The method used in this study was a survey method, while the data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire and literature study. Findings: The results showed that in developing catfish farming, the positive response from the community towards freshwater fish in the Timor Tengah Selatan, Kupang, and Manggarai regions was significant. Of the 50 respondents, almost half said catfish farming was a good idea. As a result of poor marketing efforts and lack of public acceptance, many respondents believed the catfish industry would not be successful. More than half of the surveyed group or 61.67% believe that catfish marketing is inadequate. Moreover, 48.75% of respondents believe this industry will not be popular because people are not familiar with catfish and its related dishes.

Abstract

The large number of stunting cases in the TTS area is caused by a lack of food security. Therefore, the development of freshwater fish farming is very important to support food security and prevent fainting in the region. This is because the fishing industry plays an important role in increasing food security; it also reduces stunting in the region. This study used a cross-sectional research design that observed and measured all variables simultaneously. The research results show that Indonesia has an urgent need to explore the untapped potential of fresh water fish food. This is because increasing their food security and improving their nutrition will help them cope with the country's current situation. One way that can be done is to encourage the use of fish farming foods that are well known to the public, especially foods that are popular among TTS residents.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melaksanakan pendampingan pada kelompok BP BDJ Gereja Kota Kupang agar dapat mempunyai kemampuan pengelolaan usaha terkhusus produksi aneka olahan buah papaya kacang tanah dan juga teknik pemasaran. Kelompok ini dipilih karena dalam melaksanakan tugas pelayanannya di gereja senantiasa memberi dukungan bagi perkembangan usaha ekonomi jemaat. Permasalahan yang dihadapi kelompok tersebut adalah rendahnya kemampuan pengelolaan usaha terutama dari aspek produksi dan pemasaran produk dan juga minimnya kemampuan dan ketrampilan dalam teknik pengolahan buah papaya dan kacang tanah. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan dalam proses produksi aneka olahan buah pepaya sekaligus memguasai teknik pemasaran yang baik. Selain itu juga akan dibentuk kelompok usaha baru yang merupakan cikal bakal pengembangan ipteks dan jiwa wira usaha bagi warga gereja yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi jemaat

Abstract

Porter adalah  sebutan bagi orang yang membantu membawa barang bawaan para pelaku perjalanan ketika tiba di bandara, pelabuhan, stasiun maupun terminal serta di pos-pos lintas batas. Keberadaan Porter sangat membantu masyarakat ketika berlibur atau berwisata. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa masih kurangnya kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan Porter kepada masyarakat seperti yang terjadi pada para Porter di PLBN Motaain baik untuk para pelintas batas negara Indonesia – Timor Lesta dan sebaliknya maupun untuk para wisatawan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini ialah untuk memberdayakan dan mendampingi  para Porter di PLBN Motaain untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan mereka kepada masyarakat. Metode pemberdayaan yang ditempuh ialah melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan dan simulasi pelayanan yang baik kepada para tamu. Demi mengdukung kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan maka langkah lain yang ditempuh ialah dengan membuat sebuah sistem pelayanan yang rapih dan professional seperti system antrian atau Shift selain itu para Porter juga akan diberikan seragam dan tanda pengenal.Target kegiatan ini meningkatnya keberdayaan para Porter yang terlihat dalam meningkatnya kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan serta kepuasan para pengguna jasa Porter yang akan diukur 1 bulan setelah kegiatan program pemberdayaan ini dilakukan. Pemberdayaan ini diberikan kepada kurang lebih 40an PORTER yang hadir dan berlangsung selama 2 jam. Penekanan dalam pemberdayaan ini diberikan pada kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi unsur Bukti Fisik,Kehandalan, Ketanggapan, Jaminan dan Empathi yang dikemas dalam teori, simulasi dan praktek pelayanan.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melaksanakan pendampingan pada Pengurus Badan Diakonat Jemaat Gereja Kota Kupang agar dapat mempunyai kemampuan pengelolaan usaha terkhusus produksi aneka olahan ikan dan teknik pemasaran. Badan diakonat jemaat (BDJ) gereja kota kupang dipilih karena Badan ini dalam melaksanakan tugas pelayanannya di gereja senantiasa memberi dukungan bagi perkembangan usaha ekonomi jemaat. Permasalahan yang dihadapi badan pengurus tersebut adalah rendahnya kemampuan pengelolaan usaha terutama dari aspek produksi dan pemasaran produk dan juga minimnya kemampuan dan ketrampilan dalam teknik pengolahan ikan.Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan dalam proses produksi aneka olahan ikan sekaligus menguasai teknik pemasaran yang baik. Selain itu juga akan dibentuk kelompok usaha baru yang merupakan cikal bakal pengembangan ipteks dan jiwa wira usaha bagi warga gereja yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi jemaat.

Abstract

Tourism is one of a major sector in many countries to develop its economy. This research aims to analyze the local government strategy to develop tourism. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with case study method, using in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection tools. Then, data was analyzed using the Milles and Huberman model which consisted of three activity namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research found that the TTS Regency government strategy to develop tourism are applying tourism village program, empowering the community through training activities, business assistance, financial assistance, and also by providing infrastructure. However, this has not been done optimally by the government due to the small portion of tourism budget and the absence of investors and unresolved land ownership problems. Therefore, the government must solve problems with the community related to land ownership, provide adequate funding sources to support the tourism sector by inviting both domestic and foreign investors and/or private sector tourism operators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada Mebel Pesona Jepara di kota kupang. Metode Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode EOQ, persediaan pengaman (Safety Stock), titik pesan kembali (Reorder Point) dan peramalan persediaan bahan baku. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan Economic Order Quantity tahun 2018 sebanyak 587 lembar dengan frekuensi 5 pemesanan kali dalam setahun, pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 621 lembar dengan frekuensi 6 kali pemesanan dalam setahun, pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 742 lembar dengan frekuensi 7 kali pemesanan dalam setahun. Menurut perhitungan Safety Stock tahun 2018 sebanyak 64 lembar, tahun 2019 sebanyak 88 lembar, tahun 2020 sebanyak 100 lembar, Reorder Point tahun 2018 sebanyak 128 lembar, tahun 2019 sebanyak 176 lembar, tahun 2020 sebanyak 200 lembar. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode EOQ lebih efisien. Dan penelitian tersebut menyarankan informasi yang tepat tentang jumlah pengadaan bahan baku menggunakan EOQ, perusahaan perlu memantau keselamatan stock bahan baku dan menentukan waktu yang tepat untuk memesan bahan baku menggunakan metode Reorder Point terhadap kelancaran proses produksi. Kata Kunci : EOQ, Safety Stock, Reorder Point
