Abstract

Empowerment activities are very important in improving skills and economic independence. One form of empowerment is through batik training with the shibori technique which is a folding, tying and dyeing technique that will produce unique motifs. This shibori batik making training was carried out for PKK mothers in Sebamban Baru Village. This activity aims to train the skills of PKK mothers in Sebamban Baru Village in working and being productive. The method applied in this activity is a combination of theory and direct practice, including the provision of materials, accuracy. In this training, participants use tools and materials that are easy to find. Direct practice and Evaluation. This activity was held on February 12, 2025. The results of the implementation of this activity were the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of PKK mothers in learning how to make batik with various unique motifs using the shibori technique. In addition to being used for themselves, the results of shibori batik also have the potential to be sold, so that they can increase the value of the fabric and contribute to the welfare of the community.

Abstract

This study is to determine whether there is a relationship between brand image and brand trust on brand equity through brand loyalty to halal cosmetics brand. Research methodology is quantitative methods with 224 samples consumers who have criteria to be active users for a minimum of 2 years, and make purchases at least twice in a year. Analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model with 2 exogenous variables with 10 observed variables and 2 endogenous variables with 10 observed variables, data processing with software Stata 14. The results showed that brand image and brand trust have an important part in the formation of brand loyalty. The attitude of loyal consumers towards the halal cosmetics brand acts important to strengthen of brand equity which is a long-term strength advantage for the company. Halal cosmetics are a necessity for Indonesian women to help their appearance beauty and consumers build trust that halal products have the image of being safe and healthy product to use. These findings are beneficial for management science, especially in marketing management so that the company continues have to build a positive brand image, strong brand trust to provide value to consumers, and building strong commitment between the consumer and the halal cosmetic brand.

Abstract

This research was motivated by a decline in performance at Nafisa Production in Surabaya. Because Human Resources are central figures in organizations and companies. For management activities to run well, the company must have knowledgeable and highly skilled employees and efforts to manage the company as optimally as possible so that employee performance improves. The more employees have high performance, the overall productivity of the company will increase so that the company will be able to survive in global competition. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance. Through the questionnaire method by distributing questionnaire questionnaires to 35 respondents of Nafisa Production employees in Surabaya. Based on data analysis and hypothesis tests simultaneously in this study, it can be found that motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) have a simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y), this can be proven by the F value of the calculation (23,380) the F table (2,034). Meanwhile, the R multiple value of 0.771 shows that the relationship between the independent variable and the bound variable is 77.10%. Meanwhile, the value of the multiple determination coefficient is 0.594 which means that all independent variables can explain employee performance (Y) of 59.40%. Motivation partially affects the performance of Nafisa Production employees, this can be seen from the t-value of motivation (X1) which is greater than the work environment variable which is only 2.918. Thus, it is concluded that motivation and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of NAFISA Production Surabaya employees.

Abstract

To achieve this goal, companies need to pay attention to employees in all aspects of their work because this becomes an incentive for employees to carry out their work activities and achieve organizational goals. For this reason, it is natural to pay attention to the whereabouts of employees from the start. Employees who are company assets need to know their needs and desires so that they are expected to be able to produce job satisfaction, good performance and high loyalty to the company so as to achieve company goals. Effective human resource management requires managers to find the best way to employ employees to achieve goals. company. There are many things that can be done to empower good human resources, including efforts that include level education, training, and creating a conducive work situation or environment so that employees feel at home carrying out their work. Compensation is an important aspect in determining employee performance. Company attention is important because employees try to achieve the performance determined by the company. Realizing the importance of compensation for company performance, compensation management should be important. In providing compensation, the timeliness of providing compensation and the amount of compensation given by the company to employees affects employee morale, motivation, work performance and performance. An employee's absolute income level will determine the scale of his life and relative income shows his status and dignity. Therefore, if employees perceive that the compensation they receive is inadequate, this will cause employee morale, motivation, work performance and performance to decline drastically.

Abstract

Job crafting is a proactive process by employees in work tasks so that work has significance and is more meaningful based on individual belief values that influence job performance. This research aims to examine and analyze the role of job crafting which consists of task crafting, relational crafting and cognitive crafting in improving job performance in the context of sales employees. The object of this research focuses on sales employees who have an important role for the success of every business. Sales employees often face various challenges that can affect their team's performance and overall sales results. This research uses a quantitative method with three proposed research hypotheses which will then be analyzed and tested to answer the research problems. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression to produce good prediction results in providing research result reports. This research uses 298 research samples of sales employees from various industries in Surabaya.  The findings of the three hypotheses were all accepted. Task crafting for sales employees has the most dominant influence on job performance. The company's research contribution must provide opportunities for sales employees to carry out job crafting to improve job performance. Task crafting contributes to building employees to understand their work more meaningfully which leads to improved job performance in sales employees. Relational crafting can improve quality business relationships in interactions between individuals in the organization at work which encourages increased job performance. While cognitive crafting contributes to building job alignment by connecting personal ideals and desires with work goals.

Abstract

Digital teknologi di Indonesia berkembang pesat, termasuk di bidang layanan jasa keuangan. Financial Technology atau Fintech menjadi bagian dari perkembangan tersebut.  Salah satu produk fintech adalah peer to peer lending atau P2P Lending atau pinjaman online (pinjol). Terbukanya potensi pasar yang menggiurkan di Indonesia di bidang jasa layanan keuangan. Namun hal ini membawa dampak maraknya pinjol ilegal yang turut serta bermain pada bisnis ini serta munculnya masalah-masalah lain terkait pinjol illegal tersebut. Berdasarkan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) memberikan model teoritis yang kuat untuk meramalkan niat perilaku dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan. Kontribusi praktis penelitian ini perlunya dilakukan edukasi literasi keuangan kepada masyarakat, pemerintah harus membuat aturan yang perlindungan data pribadi peminjam, dan komitmen pelaku bisnis layanan pinjol harus membuat regulasi mengenai besaran bunga yang dibebankan kepada peminjam agar peminjam dapat membayar pinjaman saat jatuh tempo.

Abstract

Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas 45 Surabaya telah mengadakan pengabdian Masyarakat kepada pelaku UMKM khususnya tenant di bidang minum dan makanan di lingkungan Taman Satwa Kebun Binatang Surabaya di bidang pemasaran, pengelolaan keuangan, dan perpajakan. Hal ini penting mengingat UMKM merupakan kekuatan ekonomi yang harus dibekali dengan pemahaman yang berkaitan erat dengan masalah pemasaran, keuangan dan perpajakan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi kepada pelaku UMKM agar memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dalam melakukan bisnis usaha. Topik yang diangkat adalah topik yang sedang trending yaitu penggunaan digital tehnologi yang dikaitkan dengan manajemen pemasaran, manajemen keuangan dan perpajakan. Digital teknologi hadir untuk membantu manusia dengan menghasilkan output secara ringkas, singkat serta cepat. Penggunaan digital teknologi harus disikapi secara bijaksana dalam penggunaannya, karena dibalik sisi positifnya terdapat sisi negatifnya pula. Salah satu sisi gelap penggunaan teknologi adalah pinjaman online illegal yang bertebaran di jagat maya yang membawa kerugian bagi peminjam. Kontribusi penelitian ini pelaku UMKM diharapkan mendapatkan dukungan dari pemerintah dan pengelola setempat melalui pelatihan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan digital teknologi, memperoleh pengetahuan literasi keuangan serta pemahaman terhadap perpajakan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence credit demand at Perum Pegadaian. This research method is literature study. The data analysis technique is by collecting information from various sources in fields related to the factors that influence the demand for credit at Perum Pegadaian, the data is collected and analyzed and conclusions are drawn. The results of this research state that the factors that influence the demand for credit at Perum Pegadaian include (1) customer's income level, (2) customer's education level (3) interest rate (4) service at Perum Pegadaian and (5) credit repayment period.
