This study aims to develop a PMRI-based Social Arithmetic learning video in the junior high school that is valid, practical, and has a potential effect to support the mental calculation of junior high school students in Social Arithmetic issues. This type of research is a modified development study between Rowntree and Tessmer. There are 3 stages in this research namely planning stage, development stage, and evaluation phase. In the development process, this research involves experts as validators of a learning video developed. The subjects of this study are students of grade VII Islamic Junior High School Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Indralaya as many as 22 people. The result of this research shows that the learning video developed by this researcher is valid by the experts who tested 3 aspects i.e. material aspect, media display and instructional design; practice based on result of one to one scale that is testing the product on 3 students with different skills and on a small group scale of 6 people; and having a potential effect to support students mental calculation in social arithmetic problems.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas bahan ajar berbasis lingkungan pada Mata Kuliah Pendidikan Kewargarenagaraan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (RnD) dengan teknik pengumpulan data angket dan dokumentasi. Angket digunakan untuk menghimpun data dari para validator mengenai aspek materi, media, dan bahasa dalam bahan ajar. Dokumentasi digunakan untuk menghimpun data mengenai materi yang akan dikembangkan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Tingkat validitas aspek materi dinyatakan valid dengan skor 87.5 % (validasi 1) dan 100% (validasi 2), ditemukan bahwa dari segi materi bahan ajar telah disajikan secara sistematis dengan contoh yang kontekstual; (2) Tingkat validitas aspek media dinyatakan cukup valid pada validasi I dengan skor 78.12%, ditemukan masih terdapat penggunaan gambar dan ukuran huruf yang harus disesuaikan, dan pada validasi ke 2 dinyatakan valid dengan skor 93.75%; dan (3) Tingkat validitas aspek bahasa dinyatakan cukup valid pada validasi I, karena terdapat beberapa struktur kalimat dan ejaan yang harus direvisi, dan dinyatakan valid pada alidasi ke 2 dengan skor 90. Dengan demikian, bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan dinyatakan valid.Kata kunci: Tingkat Validitas, Bahan Ajar, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan

Abstract: Search through empirical experience and study sidelined problems faced by to know students is an effort in revealing the low ability to solve mathematics problems. This research uses an approach qualitative research. The subject is that the students are mathematical capable, and low in class V from one of the schools state elementary in Bandung. Data Collection methods are observation, inquiry, tests, interviews and triangulation data. Results of these studies indicate that problems faced by students in solving problems to solve the problem was suspected to be one of them that represent a problem to in the form mathematics. The causal factor students over a lack of understanding on the concept is mathematically, memory early concept was not transferred in memory long-term, the mistake in using knowledge that he possessed or disturbance at this stage-stage process memory Keywords: problem solving, representation mathematics Abstrack: Pencarian melalui pengalaman empirik dan kajian teoritik untuk mengetahui kesulitan yang dialami siswa merupakan upaya dalam mengungkap masih rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa berkemampuan matematis tinggi, sedang dan rendah di kelas V salah satu Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Bandung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, angket,tes, wawancara dan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan yang dialami siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal pemecahan masalah diduga salah satunya yaitu merepresentasikan masalah ke dalam bentuk matematika. Penyebabnya antara lain kurangnya pemahaman siswa atas berbagai konsep matematis, ingatan konsep awal tidak dipindahkan ke dalam ingatan jangka panjang, adanya kekeliruandalam menggunakan pengetahuan yang dimilikinya atau terjadi gangguan pada tahapan-tahapan proses memori. Learning media is one of the supporters in the success of the learning process and student learning outcomes. Thematic learning in elementary schools in the 2013 curriculum, it is deemed necessary to be equipped with learning media in the learning process in the classroom. It is intended that teachers develop innovations in learning by being able to create and use learning media, so that problems in the classroom can be minimized. This training aims to provide understanding and motivate the teachers of SD Negeri 2 Palembang to be able to create and use thematic learning media in the 2013 curriculum to support the learning process in the classroom. This activity is a guided training. who came from SD Negeri 2 Palembang, amounting to 20 participants. Training on the creation and use of thematic learning media in the 2013 curriculum has a positive impact on knowledge and self-development for teachers of SD Negeri 2 Palembang. This study aims to determine the suitability of learning materials with basic competencies in the thematic book theme 3 class IV SD revision edition 2017. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were thematic books on the theme of 3 grade IV SD as well as class teachers and one of the fourth-grade students from SDN 99 OKU. The data collection techniques used were documentation and interviews. In this study, an analysis was carried out covering 3 domains, namely, affective, cognitive, and psychomotor domains. In the affective domain, the data collection technique used interviews, while the cognitive and psychomotor domains used the documentation study by analyzing the 2 aspects analyzed. Based on the results of interviews with teachers and students to see the level of suitability in the affective domain, which is very appropriate. As for the results of the analysis of the level of conformity between the learning material and basic competencies in the cognitive and psychomotor domains as a whole, from the 2 aspects analyzed, the results are included in the very appropriate category. Thus it can be concluded that the suitability of the learning material with the basic competencies in the theme book 3 for grade IV SD revision edition 2017 is very appropriate. AbstractThe implementation of class action research by teachers in elementary school is one of the supporters in enhancing the learning process and learning outcomes of students. It aims to help teachers develop innovations in learning, so that the problems in classroom learning can be minimized. This training aims to provide understanding of PTK and LKPD to the PGSD partner elementary school teachers, to motivate PGSD partner elementary School teachers to implement PTK to improve the learning process in the classroom with the help of LKPD. This activity is a guided training. Originating from SD Negeri 68 Palembang which amounted to 20 participants. Training on the creation and use of PTK and LKPD in the teachers of SD Negeri 68 Palembang positively impact the knowledge and self-development for teachers. Key Words: Class action research, LKPD AbstrakPelaksanaan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas oleh guru di Sekolah Dasar merupakan salah satu pendukung dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini bertujuan agar guru mengembangkan inovasi dalam pembelajaran, sehingga permasalahan yang dalam pembelajaran di kelas dapat diminimalisir. Pelatihan ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang PTK dan LKPD pada guru-guru SD Mitra PGSD, memotivasi guru-guru SD Mitra PGSD agar dapat menerapkan PTK untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di kelas dengan bantuan LKPD. Kegiatan ini merupakan pelatihan terbimbing. yang berasal dari SD Negeri 68 Palembang yang berjumlah 20 peserta. This literature review aims to analyze the nature of civic education as an instrument of strengthening student insight. That the love of citizens of his country will grow when the citizens have strong knowledge or insight about the nation and country. In the context of Indonesia, the Insight to the nation and state is called the insight of the archipelago. The insight of the archipelago is defined as the perspective of the Indonesian nation and state against itself and its environment. The concept of self means the Indonesian nation, and the environment refers to the State of Indonesia in the sense of the territory of the of the Indonesia Republic. The insight of the archipelago becomes the visional foundation of Indonesia to make all citizens must have strong insight into the archipelago. Efforts to strengthen the insight of the archipelago must be continuously done in order to maintain the unity and existence of the Indonesia Republic. Strategic efforts that can be taken include through civic education in college. Civic education in universities specifically examines the nature and implementation of the insight of the archipelago in the life of the nation and state.

Mathematics is one of the subjects given to the basic and high education level with a view to achieving the national education goals. Learning mathematics are given to students not only focused to develop cognitive and psychomotor aspect, but there are also aspects of affective in it. As for the affective aspects of learning mathematics that is reflected, namely to train the student's independence stance and attitude to appreciate the usefulness of mathematics. Learning math is perceived by some students is the abstract subjects, whereas mathematics is related to daily activities. This impact to students being not serious in answering and resolving a given math teacher. Not looking back the question after answering became one of the reasons students are wrong in making decisions when completing a math problem. Level of the primary school became the primary focus in the writing of this article.

This literature study aims to analyze the learning of mathematics to build the character of students in elementary school. Mathematical learning has a close relationship with everyday life. Thus mathematics will relate to the character of students such as honesty, social care and discipline. The concept of honesty in mathematics learning is depicted in social arithmetic material that introduces about profits, and losses. The character of discipline in mathematics can be interpreted in material such as debit. Attempts to build student character in learning are also the responsibility of the teacher. Thus prospective teachers must have superior competence in order to build the character of students through learning mathematics. Positive characters built through the learning of mathematics since the elementary school, is expected to be a habituation to students as a provision for life.
