Abstract

This research departs from the problem of how the initial conditions of learning in the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), how to implement the collaborative learning model, how to implement the collaborative learning model through teaching practitioners in the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), and how it affectsthe improvement of the quality of learning and the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka curriculum.The research methods used include (1) a Research and Depelopment approach to produce guidelines for the implementation of teaching practitioners in the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK) and (2) a descriptive quantitative approach to determine the implementation of teaching practitioners in the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), toimprove the quality of learning and the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka curriculum (MBKM). The research respondents involved were lecturers in the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), Practitioners from the Industrial and Business World (DUDI), and Students. The results of the study are expected to produce Teaching Practitioner Guidelines in the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), because this guideline is very important as a standard operating procedure for the implementation of teaching practitioner activities on campus so as to be able to increase the partnership between the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), with DUDI and the successful implementation of the curriculum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Meanwhile, the results of a descriptive quantitative analysis of the influence of teaching practitioners in the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), improving the quality of learning and developing the MBKM curriculum will provide recommendations in the formulation of policies for achieving IKU-4, namely teaching practitioners on campus

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran Adobe Flash Professional pada mata pelajaran dasar kecantikan kulit.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development atau yang lebih dikenal R&D. Sedangkan model pengembangannya menggunakan model ADDIE. Pengembangan media pembelajaran bertujuan untuk memudahkan guru dan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar sehingga tercapainya kompetensi yang diharapkan pada siswa.Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Swasta Pariwisata Imelda, Jl. Bilal No. 24, 52, Pulo Brayan Darat I, Kec. Medan Timur, Kota Medan, Prov. Sumatera Utara pada bulan Desember 2021. Variabel penelitian ini adalah Media Pembelajaran Adobe Flash Professional CS6. Sampel dari penelitian ini terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas X Tata Kecantikan Kulit SMK Swasta Pariwisata Imelda. Secara umum.Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, validasi dari ahli media memberikan nilai sebesar 4,59 dan ahli materi memberikan nilai sebesar 4,28. Sedangkan hasil uji coba pada siswa mendapatkan nilai sebesar 4,24. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Adobe Flash Professional pada mata pelajaran dasar kecantikan kulit dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Many Batik motifs in North Sumatra are adopted from the decorative motifs of the Batak tribe. The Malay tribe is a symbol of the city of Medan, which has an attractive variety of decorations. This research aims to produce Malay batik motif designs and carry out batik trials on fabric with motifs that have been developed. This research uses the IDI development model. The result of validating the motif design aspect is 0.83, and the motif appearance aspect is 0.88. The functional aspect assessment resulted in a score of 0.87. The assessment result of the color aspect obtained a score of 0.87, and the balance aspect of batik design motifs obtained a score of 0.79. The validation results conclude that the developed batik motif is declared suitable for use in producing textile products in Malay batik. The results of the development of Malay batik can increase its diversity, potentially advancing local culture in the fashion world.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media booklet pada materi pembuatan macam-macam pola lengan busana wanita siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Beringin yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (RD). penelitian ini menggunakan model 4-D yang memiliki 4 tahapan dalam pengembangan yaitu Define, Design, Development dan Disseminate. Subjek penelitian adalah 5 orang ahli yang terdiri dari 3 ahli materi dan 2 ahli media dan seluruh siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Beringin yang berjumlah 36 orang. Hasil penelitian adalah media pembelajaran booklet pada materi pembuatan macam-macam pola lengan busana wanita menurut ahli materi termasuk “Sangat Baik” dengan skor penilaian 91,6% dan menurut ahli media termasuk kategori ”Sangat Baik” dengan skor penilaian 96,5% Hasil uji coba perorangan memperoleh skor 87% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”, uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh skor 92,8% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”, dan uji coba lapangan memperoleh skor 96,3% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Dan dari hasil seluruh uji coba kelayakan memperoleh hasil rata-rata 92%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran booklet yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

The aim of this research and development is to produce E-LKPD learning media with a scientific approach based on discovery learning in science that is feasible, practical, and effective. The type of research is the ADDIE development model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research results show: (1) The Media Expert validation test obtained an average result of 87% in the very good category; (2) The Material Expert validation test obtained an average result of 96% in the very good category; and (3) The Design Expert validation test Instructional results obtained an average of 93% in the very good category; (4) individual trials obtained an average result of 91% in the very good category; (5) small group trials obtained an average result of 90% in the very good category; (6) field group trials obtained an average result of 89% in the very good category; and (7) practicality tests for teachers obtained an average result of 90% in the very good category, while practicality tests for students obtained an average result of 93% in the in the very good category. For the results of using E-LKPD with a scientific approach based on discovery learning, the experimental class obtained an average learning outcome value of 78, while the control class obtained an average learning outcome value of 72. Hypothesis testing used an independent sample T-test with a 2-tailed sig result of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that students who use E-LKPD Discovery Learning have higher learning outcomes with a confidence level of 95%

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media in the form of Islamic Religious Education comics with the material I Believe in the Prophets and Apostles, which is used as a very practical learning medium for grade 4 students of MIS Muhajirin Medan Polonia. Research and development methods use the ADDIE model. This development stage includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The development process was carried out with input from material experts, media experts, and learning design experts, practicality testing by students, and effectiveness testing. The results of the research show that: (1) learning media in the form of Islamic Religious Education comics with the Cooperative Script model obtained a material expert score of 4.51, media expert 4.54 (very high), and learning design expert 4.77 (very high). Field trials of learning media in the form of comics obtained an average score of 4.50 (very high). Guidance and information aspect 4.60 (very high), media material aspect 4.43 (very high), evaluation aspect 4.40 (very high), media and facility design aspect 4.48 (very high), and pedagogical effect aspect 4.60 (very high). The values obtained indicate that the product developed is very feasible. (2) Test the effectiveness of media in the form of Islamic Religious Education comics with the cooperative script learning model using the N-Gain Score formula. The research results showed a figure of 0.58 (medium effectiveness). The research conclusion is that the Islamic Religious Education comic media, the cooperative script learning model, is suitable for use and effective in improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu, 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan media e-modul pada mata pelajaran Teknik Dasar Menjahit kelas X di SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara, 2) Untuk mengetahui kelayakan media e-modul pada mata pelajaran Teknik Dasar Menjahit kelas X di SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara. Untuk jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model Analzye, Design, Deploment, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah terdiri dari 3 ahli materi, 2 ahli media yang sudah ahli dalam bidangnya dan 31 siswa kelas X di SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah produk media e-modul pada mata pelajaran Teknik Dasar Menjahit terhadap materi penyelesain tepi busana dengan hasil uji validitas ahli materi dengan persentase rata-rata 92,15% menempatkan pada kategori “sangat baik” dan hasil uji validitas ahli media dengan persentase rata-rata 92% mendapatkan kategori “sangat baik”. Pada hasil uji kelayakan perorangan dengan persentase rata-rata 86,7% menempatkan katageori “sangat baik”, uji kelayakan kelompok kecil dengan persentase rata-rata 90% mendapatkan kategori “sangat baik” dan uji kelayakan lapangan mendapatkan persentase rata-rata 95,8% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Berdasarkan hasil nilai rata-rata kelayakan media pembelajaran e-modul pada mata pelajaran Teknik Dasar Menjahit dapat dikategorikan “sangat layak” sehingga layak untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

ABSTRACTStudents as part of the 2/3 of the Indonesian population on demographic bonuses have to prepare themselves not to become foreign in their own country in this era of MEA. The way to improve the quality of education and student skills so that later after college can compete in getting a job with other college graduates in ASEAN countries. Medan City is a student city in North Sumatra Province, this indication is marked by many higher education institutions. The number of private and public universities in Medan is 60 universities. Students from these universities come from various regions in North Sumatra Province with various qualities. The objectives of this research are: (1) To know the readiness of the students as part of the demographic bonus if viewed from the aspect of knowledge and understanding towards MEA (ASEAN Economic Community), (2) To know the readiness of the students as part of the demographic bonus when viewed in terms of skill to MEA (ASEAN Economic Community), and (3) Knowing the readiness of the students as part of the demographic bonus when viewed from the experience point of the MEA (ASEAN Economic Community). The results showed that the readiness of students as part of the demographic bonus when viewed in terms of knowledge and understanding of the MEA provides a fairly promising picture. Most students show considerable knowledge and understanding of the MEA itself. Student readiness as part of the demographic bonus in terms of skills still needs to be improved. Students in the city of Medan do not have adequate skills evenly so can be worried about having difficulties in facing the MEA. While the readiness of students as part of the demographic bonus when viewed in terms of experience has not described the maximum results. Students are generally still minimal experience. Therefore, there is still a need to improve further experience in creating students who are full of experience. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan melatih guru serta siswa jurusan Tata Busana di SMKN 1 Beringin dalam penggunaan teknologi desain pola busana berbasis komputer sebagai langkah mendukung penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka. Pelatihan ini menggunakan perangkat lunak Richpeace CAD yang memungkinkan peserta untuk menciptakan pola busana secara digital dengan lebih akurat, efisien, dan kreatif dibandingkan metode manual. Dengan pelatihan ini, para peserta diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kompetensi teknis, produktivitas, serta kreativitas dalam pembuatan pola, sesuai dengan tuntutan industri mode modern. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan pembuatan pola digital di kalangan guru dan siswa, yang ditandai dengan kenaikan rata-rata keterampilan dari 76,70% (manual) menjadi 89,81% (digital). Kompetensi baru ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan mutu lulusan SMKN 1 Beringin tetapi juga memperluas peluang karier mereka di industri fashion berbasis teknologi.
