Abstract

MIN 40 Aceh Besar is an Islamic education school under the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, located in Desa Punie, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province. The current information system used is simple, relying on a manual registration book for new student admissions. This process is inefficient, and the storage of documents is poorly organized, leading to data repetition across multiple files due to unstructured procedures. This study employs a system development methodology for designing a web-based decision support system for new student admissions. Data collection is done through literature review, observation, and interviews. The system is developed using HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript, with an integrated database. The system aims to streamline data management and improve the completeness of student identity information, thus facilitating smoother data circulation. By connecting the data directly to the database, staff can easily manage student identity information and registration payments. The system’s implementation shows time efficiency in data entry, reporting, and monitoring. The outputs produced by the system include student registration reports, parent/guardian identity reports, and payment invoices, which help save time, reduce data entry errors, and simplify the search for student identity data.

Abstract

The rapid rise of social media usage among adolescents presents both opportunities and challenges, particularly concerning mental health and digital literacy. In the digital age, adolescents must navigate complex virtual environments while maintaining psychological well-being. This community service program aimed to enhance digital literacy and promote mental health awareness among school-aged adolescents in Aceh. The activity involved 25 participants aged 15–24, drawn from various schools and youth communities. Implemented over two days, the program employed a quasi-experimental design, combining interactive education, case discussions, and role-play simulations. Pre-test and post-test evaluations measured changes in participants' knowledge levels. The results indicated a significant improvement in understanding digital literacy and mental health concepts, as evidenced by a Wilcoxon test result of p = 0.010 (< 0.05). These findings underscore the effectiveness of interdisciplinary educational interventions in equipping adolescents with critical digital skills and emotional resilience in the era of pervasive social media. The program highlights the importance of collaborative efforts among educators, families, and communities in fostering safe, informed, and mentally healthy digital engagement among youth.

Abstract

In the current digital era, the development of information and communication technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including in the world of education. One of the important things in education is access to adequate information sources. Currently, the library system used at the STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh campus still uses conventional methods with physical libraries, which can cause limited access, delays in obtaining information sources, as well as limitations in managing and maintaining book collections. STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh has a library that still uses a manual recording system or bookkeeping in carrying out more and more transactions, which will certainly increase the difficulty in processing library data, not to mention errors in borrowing and returning book transactions, as well as other reporting errors. Based on the results of designing the library website system at STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh, the results showed that the system can carry out the online loan registration process and fine notifications. The author hopes that in creating this library information system, it can help make it easier for staff and all related parties to process library data effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Teknologi Augmented Reality mengalami perkembangan pesat dengan dua pendekatan pelacakan utama yaitu metode marker based tracking dan markerless. Kajian literatur ini menganalisis sebelas implementasi penelitian yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025 untuk mengevaluasi karakteristik performa, keunggulan, serta keterbatasan kedua metode pelacakan pada berbagai domain aplikasi. Metode marker based tracking mendemonstrasikan akurasi superior dengan tingkat kesalahan di bawah tiga persen dan stabilitas optimal pada lingkungan terkontrol, mencapai tingkat keberhasilan 72,2 hingga 77,8 persen pada berbagai perangkat. Namun terjadi degradasi performa pada jarak ekstensif dan kondisi pencahayaan spesifik. Sebaliknya, metode markerless menawarkan fleksibilitas eksepsional dengan tingkat keberhasilan mencapai 94,4 persen dan adaptabilitas luar biasa terhadap kondisi lingkungan beragam tanpa memerlukan penanda fisik. Metode ini terbukti sangat efektif untuk aplikasi medis, desain interior, pendidikan anatomi, dan manufaktur pintar. Tantangan utama meliputi ketidakstabilan spasial hologram pada pengaturan kompleks dan kebutuhan komputasi lebih tinggi. Inovasi yang mengombinasikan absolute pose regressor dengan visual-inertial odometry telah mereduksi kesalahan hingga lima puluh persen dengan kecepatan inferensi delapan puluh milidetik. Pemilihan metode harus mempertimbangkan kebutuhan akurasi, kondisi lingkungan operasional, keterbatasan perangkat keras, dan kompleksitas implementasi untuk mengoptimalkan efektivitas aplikasi AR.
