Abstract

Technological advances and the current pandemic situation require SD Muhammadiyah 3 Denpasar to evaluate the current learning system. The current learning system is less effective due to advances in technological developments, as well as the prolonged pandemic situation that has forced the learning system to be carried out online. Students are still confused about participating in online learning, and are often left behind in effective online learning because the gadgets students usually use for online learning are sometimes being used by their parents or other circumstances. Students need a source of literature or other sources of teaching materials that allow students to review the teaching materials after study hours. Therefore, this community service activity is carried out to provide an effective alternative to be applied to students, namely by making animated videos covering natural science subject matter regarding the functions and parts of plants. This community service activity begins with survey and preparation activities, analysis and development of learning videos, and then conducts outreach and training on how to use these learning videos. Based on the results of the training conducted, students and teachers can properly use this learning video as an alternative reference for learning materials.

Abstract

The learning process at theInstitute of Business and Technology Indonesia (INSTIKI) uses teaching materials in the form of slides, teaching materials and modules. All teaching materials used are PDF files which are copies of printed materials. Information cannot flow directly into the presentation of teaching materials and learning objectives cannot be achieved. The purpose of this research is to develop a Data Flow Diagram Design E-module to support the Information Systems Analysis and Design course. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) method, which uses the stages of the ADDIE access model. This research was conducted in several stages, namely in the first stage, student needs analysis and curriculum analysis were carried out. The second step is design which defines the elements needed. The third phase is the product implementation phase according to the design. The fourth step is to implement the e-module using Flip Bookmaker. In the fifth phase, the implementation results are evaluated through group tests and the effectiveness of the product is verified. This E-module product will be tested by testing the level of student understanding, material test and media expert test.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu SMP negeri di Kabupaten Bangli, SMPN 2 Bangli ingin menyiapkan tenaga pendidiknya agar siap untuk pembelajaran secara daring akibat pandemi saat ini. Tenaga pendidik di SMPN 2 Bangli tidak semuanya mampu menggunakan dan mengoperasikan Google Form karena faktor usia dan karena belum terbiasa. Selain itu Google Form merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang disarankan oleh dinas terkait untuk digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar pada pembelajaran daring saat ini. Dengan Google Form diharapkan setiap guru dapat memberikan tugas, kuisioner, ulangan harian atau pun ujian secara daring. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat STIKI Peduli ini, SMPN 2 Bangli bekerja sama dengan STMIK STIKOM INDONESIA (STIKI) untuk melakukan pelatihan pemanfaatan Google Form untuk para tenaga pendidik. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah pemberian pelatihan dengan menggunakan metode Presentasi, metode Praktek Langsung, Tanya Jawab (Diskusi), dan pemberian Pretest dan Posttest kepada peserta pelatihan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dilakukan. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di sekolah dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 2 hari agar jumlah peserta dalam ruangan tidak terlalu banyak. Harapannya semua tenaga pendidik di SMPN 2 Bangli dapat ikut berpartisipasi dan mendapatkan pemahaman tentang Google Form.

Abstract

The development of the digital economy provides new challenges for the retail sector, especially in stock management. Accurate stock management is a key factor in improving operational efficiency and minimizing the risk of overstock and understock. This research aims to optimize stock forecasting in retail businesses in Bali using the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) method. WMA gives greater weight to the most recent data in order to forecast future demand for goods. Sales data from 2017 to 2021 was collected and used as the basis for forecasting. The forecasting process was conducted for several products, including Dolphin and Dua Kelinci. The results show that WMA is able to provide accurate predictions, especially for products with stable demand patterns. For Dolphin products, the WMA forecast for January 2024 predicted a demand of 14.8 units, with a Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) of 3.64. Dua Kelinci products, however, experienced more fluctuations in demand, with a forecasted January 2024 demand of 7.6 units and a MAD of 4.3. Despite some variations, WMA proved to be more accurate compared to simpler methods like Simple Moving Average (SMA). By using WMA, retailers can more efficiently manage stock, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce the risk of overstocking or understocking. This research confirms the importance of integrating advanced forecasting methods in supporting the competitiveness of the retail sector in the digital economy era.

Abstract

Balinese lontar manuscripts represent a cultural heritage containing significant historical, religious, and scientific values. However, their centuries-old age makes them vulnerable to damage. This research proposes a semantic-based digital restoration solution to address this issue. The semantic approach comprehends the meaning and structure of the lontar text, ensuring an accurate restoration process that preserves the original meaning. The development of the semantic-based digital restoration is built using the Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM). The system is equipped with data management features that accommodate new data, ensure accurate information updates, and maintain the integrity of relationships between entities. Testing through SPARQL query approaches and black-box testing indicates that data additions, deletions, and modifications function well without conflicts or inconsistencies. Moreover, the system performs as expected and is ready for use. The implications of this research suggest that semantic-based digital restoration can be an effective solution for preserving Balinese lontar manuscripts and similar cultural heritage.

Abstract

Sistem monitoring dalam penanganan kerusakan peralatan elektronik di STMIK STIKOM Indonesia saat inidilaksanakan dengan melakukan pencatatan di buku besar.Kendala yang dihadapi adalah sering terjadinya kesimpang siuran informasi peralatan yang sudah diperbaiki dan yang belum diperbaiki.Teknisi yang telah memperbaiki kadang tidak melaporkan ke Bagian Rumah Tangga hasil dari perbaikan tersebut.Hal ini menyebabkan Bagian Rumah Tangga, BAA, dan PK II tidak tahu informaasi mengenai kondisi peralatan saat itu sehingga pelayanan STMIK STIKOM Indonesia terhadap dosen dan mahasiswa menjadi kurang efektif.Penelitian ini akan diawali dengan melakukan observasi terhadap sistem yang sudah ada kemudian dilanjutkan dengan requirement analysis dari pengguna sistem dan berikutnya dilakukan proses pengembangan sistem. Tahap akhir dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan metode black box testing. Sistem monitoring penanganan kerusakan peralatan elektronik ini dibangun dengan tujuan dapat memantau penanganan kerusakan peralatan yang dilakukan oleh teknisi.Proses monitoring akan diawali dengan penginputan data kerusakan oleh bagian rumah tangga yang kemudian dapat langsung dilihat oleh bagian teknisi dan PK II. Jika perbaikan telah selesai dilakukan maka bagian teknisi akan menginputkan status dan tanggal selesainya perbaikan tersebut. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayananpada STMIK STIKOM Indonesia.

Abstract

In ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction of the website, it is necessary to evaluate and evaluate the website.  This study aims to analyze the Usability Testing Website Using the System Usability Scale (SUS) Method.  The method used in this study is the SUS (System Usability Scale).  Data collection techniques in this study were interview techniques, observation techniques or questionnaire techniques.  The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire.  The subjects in this study consisted of 30 respondents.  The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis.  The results of the evaluation in this study, namely the results of the assessment of the respondents, obtained a total value of the SUS score of 2012.50 with the resulting average value of 67.08, this shows that the total SUS score on the STIKI Indonesia website is 67.08, which means the level of user Acceptability Range  is Marginal High, Grade Scale level is category D, user Adjective Rating level is OK category and SUS Score Percentile Rank is grade D. The website still needs to be evaluated and developed further so that its use can be more optimal.

Abstract

Education is a vital necessity in people's lives. One of the media that can be used is Interactive Learning Media, which can present material in visual form, as well as simulate material that is difficult to convey verbally. The author plans to provide material on Introduction to Key Figures Involved in the Proclamation of Independence, which is expected to facilitate students’ learning process. The research location is Jagapati Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, Bali. The data collection methods used include interviews, observation, documentation, and literature review. The testing process involved both alpha and beta testing. The number of respondents was 32 people, consisting of 28 fifth-grade students, 2 subject matter experts in Social Studies for fifth grade at SD N 1 Jagapati, and 2 media experts. The results showed that the interactive learning media had a positive impact, with an evaluation score of 86% from teachers, indicating that the media is beneficial for teaching. The student evaluation score was 89.996%, showing a positive effect on student learning, while an evaluation score of 78% from university lecturers indicated that the media is suitable for use. It can therefore be concluded that Interactive Learning Media is highly practical for use by both students and teachers in the Social Studies learning process.

Abstract

State Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Sukawati, located in Gianyar Regency and renowned for its excellence in the field of visual arts, had a total of 533 students in the 2023/2024 academic year. As part of its efforts to enhance the quality of education, the school has implemented a Guidance and Counseling (BK) program aimed at helping students develop self-awareness, improve self-confidence, and behave in accordance with school regulations. One of the key components of this program is the student violation recording system. Currently, the process of recording violations is carried out manually using BK logbooks and Microsoft Excel, which is time-consuming and requires a high level of accuracy. This becomes a significant challenge considering the large number of students and the variety of infractions that need to be documented. This study aims to design and implement a web-based guidance and counseling information system to facilitate a more efficient and accurate method of recording student violations. By utilizing a web-based system, the recording process can be automated, data retrieval becomes easier, and student or parental summons can be generated automatically once certain violation thresholds are reached. The focus of this research is the development of a system that enables guidance counselors to report student violations more easily, contributing to improved student discipline. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance the efficiency of violation data management and support the school’s efforts in fostering better student discipline.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet yang terus bertambah harus di imbangi dengan kehandalan dari perangkat kerasyang mendukungnya, router MikroTik merupakan router yang populer di indonesia karena harga yangmurah dan performa yang handal. Guna memudahkan instansi di dalam menentukan router MikroTikyang sesuai dengan kebutuhanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan router MikroTik terbaikberdasarkan faktor harga dan kualitas menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).Pemilihan router yang tepat dapat mempengaruhi performa jaringan dan juga biaya investasi awal yangdikeluarkan. SAW dipilih sebagai metode penelitian karena mampu memberikan hasil yang objektif danmengurangi kelemahan metode pemilihan subjektif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dataharga dan spesifikasi teknis dari beberapa tipe router MikroTik yang tersedia di pasar. Kemudian, datatersebut dianalisis menggunakan SAW untuk menentukan nilai skor terbaik berdasarkan faktor harga dankualitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa router MikroTik dengan nilai skor tertinggi adalah tipeMikroTik hEX RB750Gr3 dengan nilai skor 0,704. Hasil ini dapat digunakan sebagai rekomendasi untukmemilih router MikroTik yang tepat untuk jaringan dengan pertimbangan harga dan kualitas
