Abstract

This paper aims to identify trends and map research on the role of influencer marketing in digital political campaigns, which has been a focus among academics and practitioners. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a literature review approach. The study found that influencer marketing has increased significantly between 2019 and 2023, successfully building credibility and reaching a wider audience on social media platforms. However, challenges include the spread of false information and the polarization of public opinion. The study concludes that influencer marketing can encourage voter participation and improve political literacy, but ethics and transparency are crucial to maintaining public trust. This research provides strategic insights for maximizing inclusive, data-driven digital political campaigns.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Social Status, Economic Status, Political Affiliation of Parents, and Organizational Experience on the Empty Box Discourse in the 2024 Maros Regency Regent Election. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through distributing questionnaires to the public in Maros Regency to explore the relationship between variables and the empty box phenomenon in implementing regional elections. Data processing was carried out with the help of SmartPLS software using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique. The results showed that the emergence of a single candidate in the 2024 Maros regional head election was caused by the community's lack of courage to run for office, which was influenced by the strong dominance of incumbent candidates. Furthermore, people's political participation in the election is analyzed through four main variables, all of which positively affect the empty box discourse. Thus, all hypotheses in this study are accepted.

Abstract

The Homecare Dottoro'ta service is an innovative health service based on home visits implemented by the Makassar City Government to improve access and the quality of public health services. This study aims to examine the influence of service quality dimensions on the satisfaction level of the community using the Home Care Dottoro'ta services. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents who are active users of the service. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS software to analyze and test the hypotheses. The research results show that reliability, assurance, and empathy have a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, with T-statistics values of 4.259 (P-value 0.000), 2.494 (P-value 0.013), and 2.647 (P-value 0.008), respectively. Meanwhile, tangible and responsiveness do not show significant influence, with T-statistics values of 6.000 (P-value 0.549) and 2.771 (P-value 0.441). These findings affirm that accuracy, trust in the competence of the staff, and an empathetic approach are the main determinants in shaping the perception of service satisfaction. This study recommends increased professionalism and humanistic communication from medical staff and a thorough evaluation of service dimensions that have not yet significantly contributed to public satisfaction to support the sustainability and optimization of Dottoro'ta Home Care services in Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Greenpeace's advocacy campaign on forest fire prevention and peatland conservation as a solution to overcome the climate crisis. Greenpeace, as an international environmental organization, has been running advocacy campaigns to reduce land damage and support peatland conservation. This study employs a qualitative research method with qualitative data analysis (QDA) and adopts a descriptive approach. Data was obtained from online media sources, websites, and previous studies related to Greenpeace campaigns. Data processing was carried out using NVivo 12 Plus software, utilizing the Crosstab Query feature to visualize the relationship between variables and a Word Cloud to identify the dominant words in the data. The results of the analysis indicate that Greenpeace's advocacy campaigns play a significant role in driving change, both by raising public awareness about the importance of preserving peat ecosystems and by advocating for more sustainable forest management. Through these campaigns, the understanding of the need for more environmentally friendly management will continue to grow. The novelty of this research lies in the use of Nvivo-based digital analysis to map the interrelationships between campaign elements, including advocacy messages, communication approaches, and public responses, thereby producing a more systematic understanding of the effectiveness of Greenpeace's campaign strategies on the issues of forest fire prevention and peatland conservation

The results of this study indicate that the variables of Giving Money (X1), Giving Goods (X2), and Psychological Approach (X4) have a positive value or have a significant effect on the Level of Political Participation in the 2020 Batanghari Regency Election. Meanwhile, the Sociological Approach variable (X3) has a negative value or does not have a significant effect on the Level of Political Participation in the 2020 Batanghari Regency Election.
