Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas pengendalian internal atas kredit pinjaman yang di berikan oleh CU Bonaventura Singkawang dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang terjadi dalam pengajuan kredit serta bagaimana pelayanan yang di berikan oleh Pihak perusahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus pada CU Bonaventura di Singkawang. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan obrservasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini hanya membatasi pada tiga aspek utama yaitu Analisis pelayanan terhadap pemberian kredit dan pengendalian internal CU Bonaventura Singkawang, Analisis terhadap proses siklus kredit pinjaman dan efektivitas pengendalian internal pemberian kredit pinjaman dan faktor–faktor yang menyebabkan pengajuan kredit dan pengendalian perusahaan menjadi tidak efektif. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pelayanan pengajuan kredit sudah cukup baik prosedur yang mudah dipahami serta jelas sehingga memudahkan calon debitur. Pengajuan kredit pinjaman dan pengendalian internal pada CU Bonaventura singkawang dinilai sudah efektif dan memadai dimana terdapat pemisahan tugas, wewenang, dan tanggung jawab. Faktor penghambat dari internal yang terjadi umumnya hanya  Human Error, faktor ekternal adalah kurangnya kesadaran debitur serta penyalah gunaan pinjaman. Pemeriksaan itu penting baik secara internal maupun eksternal sehingga dapat kesimpulan yang benar dan aktivitas operasional perkreditan khususnya CU Bonaventura Singkawang dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan perusahan.Kata kunci :Pemeriksaan, Pengendalian Internal, Pinjaman, Anggota

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of hygiene factors and motivational factors that can encourage health workers to work more productively at the Hospital of St. Vincentius Singkawang. Sources of data obtained from observations and questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The population of this research is 118 Vincentius Singkawang Hospital health workers. The sampling technique uses probability sampling. From the results of the analysis, the authors conclude that the leadership has fulfilled the factors of workforce motivation in accordance with financial capabilities. However, there are still factors that have not been well paid attention to is the salary given by the hospital to employees must contain the principle of fairness and refer to the legislation. So that the organization will obtain, maintain, and employ a number of employees with a variety of positive attitudes and behaviors, productive performance, effective and efficient in completing work for the interests of the organization in order to achieve the goals of the St. Vincentius Hospital Singkawang.Keyword: Motivational Factor, Hygine Factor

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan model pembiayaan agribisnis dari perspektif historis serta implikasinya terhadap manajemen keuangan. Model pembiayaan agribisnis telah mengalami evolusi dari sistem tradisional berbasis komunitas menuju model berbasis teknologi finansial (fintech) yang lebih inklusif dan fleksibel. Faktor utama yang mendorong perubahan ini meliputi kebijakan ekonomi, perkembangan teknologi keuangan, serta globalisasi pasar. Digitalisasi dalam pembiayaan agribisnis meningkatkan akses modal, namun juga menghadirkan tantangan seperti regulasi, keamanan data, dan literasi keuangan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggabungkan studi sejarah dan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kombinasi pembiayaan konvensional dan digital mampu menciptakan sistem pembiayaan yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, strategi manajemen keuangan yang fleksibel diperlukan agar pelaku agribisnis dapat memanfaatkan berbagai sumber pembiayaan secara optimal.

Abstract

This PKM is carried out to provide assistance for TKML programs from KEMENAKER RI in Mempawah Regency to develop business using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method approach. Business mapping is carried out by implementing nine BMC steps. The training process is carried out online and offline as well as direct visits to each TKM. Activities are carried out by discussing BMC by academics who are carrying out PKM, and then presenting the results of the discussion in the forum. The results of this training process are that participants understand their business processes, can map the businesses they run using the BMC method and can gradually increase sales and profits from the businesses they run. In the long term, it is hoped that TKM can be implemented sustainably in order to develop their businesses and also create new SMEs/Businesses that are able to compete in the business world in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the financial feasibility of tempeh production using genetically modified soybeans (Genetically Modified Organisms/GMO) at the Annisa Tempe Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in Kubu Raya Regency. GMO soybeans are the preferred choice for the business owner due to their stable availability and lower price compared to local soybeans. This research employs a case study approach and utilizes investment feasibility analysis methods, including Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C). The results show that the business yields an NPV of IDR 779,241,805, an IRR of 20.82%, and a Net B/C of 78.92. These indicators demonstrate that the GMO-based tempeh business at Annisa Tempe MSME is highly feasible from a financial perspective. The study also identifies key challenges such as competition in traditional markets and highlights opportunities through direct distribution and stable raw material supply. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for MSME actors, academics, and policymakers in developing sustainable GMO-based local food businesses.

Abstract

Mycorrhizal fungi are beneficial soil microorganisms that establish mutualistic associations with plant roots, significantly enhancing nutrient and water uptake under abiotic stress conditions. In West Kalimantan, limited soil water content frequently constrains rice cultivation, negatively impacting plant growth and yield. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of mycorrhizal inoculation on the morphophysiological traits of rice under varying levels of soil water content. The experiment was conducted from February to June 2022 in Mempawah Regency, West Kalimantan, using a split-split-plot randomized complete block design. The main plot factor was mycorrhizal inoculation (inoculated and uninoculated), the subplot factor was soil water content (100%, 80%, and 60%), and the sub-subplot factor was rice variety (Inpari 32 and Inpari 42). The results demonstrated that mycorrhizal inoculation significantly improved rice tolerance to moderate drought stress through adaptive morphophysiological mechanisms. This was indicated by increased phosphorus uptake efficiency and enhanced net assimilation rate, even at 60% soil water content. These physiological improvements contributed to better plant morphological development, including greater plant height (84.73 cm), dry biomass (8.36 g), number of panicles (15.83 panicles), panicle length (22.21 cm), number of grains per panicle (189.96 grains), and grain weight per clump (72.31 g). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence employee work motivation at the Inti Rasa factory in Singkawang City. The variables in this study are compensation or salary, work environment, work facilities, work performance, recognition from superiors, and the work itself. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. The sample in this study was 27 people using the census sampling technique, where all members of the employee population were sampled. The analysis tool used was the Likert scale and the level of respondent perception. The results of the study on the salary variable, the average value was 3.98. For the work environment variable, the average value was 4.03. For the work facility variable, the average value was 4.16. On the work performance variable, the average value was 4.01. The recognition variable from superiors, the average value was 4.12. The work variable itself, the average value was 3.93. The total average overall was 4.04, so the influence of motivation given by the Inti Rasa Singkawang factory was categorized as high or satisfactory.

Abstract

Sambas Regency in West Kalimantan has significant agribusiness potential, yet smallholder farmers in the region continue to face various challenges such as limited access to markets, capital, and technology. This study aims to identify inclusive business models that have been implemented, evaluate their impact on the economic and social welfare of smallholder farmers, and examine the barriers faced in their implementation. A mixed-method approach was employed, collecting data through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and field observations involving smallholder farmers, community leaders, and agribusiness actors. The findings show that inclusive business models involving partnerships between smallholder farmers and agribusiness companies have provided substantial benefits, including increased income, expanded market access, and capacity building through training and extension services. However, challenges such as bureaucratic complexity, inadequate infrastructure, and limited access to financing remain significant obstacles. The study concludes that inclusive business models hold great potential for empowering smallholder farmers, provided there is strong support from the government, the private sector, and financial institutions. Policy recommendations are proposed to strengthen the effectiveness of these models in promoting inclusive economic development in rural areas.
