Abstract

Implementasi pelatihan berbasis crowdsourcing untuk usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dengan fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan dan peningkatan kinerja bisnis. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, pemangku kepentingan diundang untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan tantangan yang dihadapi UMKM, menciptakan lingkungan kolaboratif yang mendukung masukan dari masyarakat. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan praktis tentang penggunaan perangkat digital untuk pelaporan keuangan dan pemasaran, tetapi juga memperkuat rasa kepemilikan dan pemberdayaan di antara peserta, yang penting untuk keberlanjutan inisiatif UMKM. Evaluasi program dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan umpan balik dari peserta melalui survei dan wawancara, serta analisis metrik kinerja untuk menilai dampak jangka panjang pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai kompleksitas lingkungan bisnis modern, terutama di ranah digital. Selain itu, crowdsourcing berfungsi sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan inovasi dan keterlibatan komunitas, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan penerimaan produk dan layanan baru. Dengan demikian, artikel ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan berkelanjutan dalam pelatihan UMKM, yang tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan tetapi juga mendorong pertumbuhan dan keberhasilan berkelanjutan di pasar.

Abstract

Converting conventional motors into electric vehicles can reduce dependence on fossil fuels. The conversion process involves engine replacement, charging system installation, and vehicle structure modification. The conversion program was carried out involving workshops and vocational high school students. The Social Return on Investment (SROI) method was employed to measure the social and economic impacts of the program, involving impact identification, measurement, monetization, cost comparison, and analysis. The PLN Cares program undertook motor conversion with the aim of improving sustainability and quality. The research problem and objectives focused on measuring the SROI in the electric motor conversion program. The research method employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, observations, and literature studies. Data were continuously analyzed during and after collection. SROI calculations involved initial investment capital input and impact value, resulting in an SROI ratio of 5.03. The research results indicated that the PLN Cares program had a significant social impact, with an SROI ratio indicating a profitable investment value. Conclusions and recommendations involved maintaining the working mechanisms, synergy among stakeholders, and using the program as a guide for similar projects in the future.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian, namun banyak UMKM yang kesulitan memperoleh sertifikasi halal. Regulasi halal sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa produk dan jasa yang diterima oleh masyarakat memenuhi standar halal yang ditentukan. Oleh karena itu, UMKM membutuhkan pendampingan dan dukungan untuk memperoleh sertifikasi halal dan memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Kegiatan bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM dalam pendaftaran legalitas halal guna memberikan rasa kepercayaan bagi konsumen untuk pembelian produk yang di jual oleh UMKM. Pendampingan pembuatan legalitas halal terhadap UMKM merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk membantu UMKM memenuhi standar halal dan memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, terdapat 15 UMKM yang telah mendaftarkan legalitas halal pada Usahanya.

Abstract

To address environmental issues, Indonesia aims to achieve a 23% renewable energy share by 2025 and 31% by 2050, according to the National Energy Plan. This article examines the regulations governing the management of rooftop solar power plant (rooftop-PV) in Indonesia and their connection to pro-environment consumer behavior. Despite Indonesia’s ambitious targets for Renewable Energy (RE) growth, progress in the field still needs improvement. Pro-environmental behavior (PEB) within the community is crucial for adopting rooftop PV as a more environmentally friendly energy alternative. This research employs a qualitative descriptive methodology with content analysis to evaluate the current situation. The research findings indicate that rooftop PV offers economic benefits through cost savings for consumers and is supported by existing regulations. However, some businesses feel that the government needs to expedite revising relevant regulations to address investment stagnation and installed solar panel capacity. Concerns arise that proposed policy changes may hinder the growth of rooftop PV businesses and the achievement of national capacity targets. The role of pro-environment consumer behavior, which has the potential to drive rooftop PV adoption, will be influenced by psychological and social factors, as well as changes in applicable regulations.

Abstract

The goal of this entrepreneurship training program is to develop entrepreneurial skills that are relevant to Islamic values and prepare students to face the challenges of the business world. The methods used include curriculum development that integrates entrepreneurship education into existing subjects, with an emphasis on practical application through real-life projects such as managing small businesses and cooperatives. Entrepreneurial skills are assessed through business project evaluations and presentations, as well as reflective practice that allows students to articulate their learning experiences. The results of this program indicate that ongoing feedback from students and mentors is essential to improving the effectiveness of future training. In conclusion, this training not only equips students with practical skills, but also inspires them to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors that are in line with the values they hold.

Abstract

The importance of crowdfunding training for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Lampung, with a focus on the challenges and opportunities faced. In the context of digitalization, community support is crucial to increase the visibility and credibility of MSMEs, which in turn can reduce the risks associated with crowdfunding. However, many MSMEs still do not understand the mechanism of crowdfunding. In addition, the lack of financial literacy among MSME owners is also an obstacle, so they cannot present attractive proposals to potential investors. Therefore, this article recommends the development of a tailored training program to improve the understanding and skills of MSMEs in using crowdfunding as an alternative funding, especially in challenging economic situations such as the post-COVID-19 pandemic. With the right approach, it is hoped that MSMEs can utilize crowdfunding for the growth and sustainability of their businesses.

Abstract

The training on making educational videos on Lengudi Island, which was held from 6-8 August 2024, aims to improve teacher competence in utilizing technology for learning. Based on an initial survey, the majority of teachers have limitations in using technology. This training program involves theory and direct practice, including video planning, production, and editing. The results of the training showed an average increase in teacher skills of 45% based on the pre-test and post-test. In addition, 10 educational videos produced by participants were considered creative, relevant, and in accordance with the curriculum. The main challenges include limited devices and internet access. This training has been shown to improve teacher skills and have a positive impact on the quality of student learning. Recommendations include further training and improving educational infrastructure.

Abstract

Electric motorbike conversion training at Vocational High Schools (SMK) and motorbike workshops in Kotabumi, North Lampung, is a strategic step to prepare future workers to face the electricity-based transportation revolution. This study aims to evaluate the impact of training on improving the technical skills of vocational school students and motorbike repair shop mechanics, as well as analyzing the contribution of training to the adoption of environmentally friendly technology at the local level. The training method includes theoretical exposure, field practice sessions, and case studies to provide an in-depth understanding of electric motor conversion. Evaluation is carried out through practical exams and collecting feedback from participants and instructors. The research results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills regarding electric motor conversion. Adoption of this technology in local motorbike workshops is also increasing, creating the potential for reduced environmental impact and generating positive effects on the local automotive industry. The conclusion confirms that this training was successful in empowering vocational school students and motorbike repair mechanics, creating new career opportunities, and stimulating economic growth in the region. However, challenges such as adapting infrastructure and changing mindsets were also identified as areas requiring further attention. Therefore, this research provides valuable insights for further development in supporting technical education, industrial innovation and sustainability at the local level.

Abstract

Training on using coffee machines was held to improve the skills of Gamba Kupi Liwa Community members in the coffee production process. Through a theoretical and practical approach, participants are introduced to the concept of using modern machines to increase the efficiency and quality of coffee products. Training involves theory sessions, practical demonstrations, as well as interactive discussions. The training methodology includes exposure to the basic concepts of using coffee machines, hands-on practical sessions using modern equipment, and case studies to demonstrate the application of concepts in the coffee industry. The evaluation was carried out to measure participant understanding and the impact of the training on Gamba Kupi Liwa Community coffee production. The results of the training showed significant improvements in machine usage skills, operational efficiency and product quality. Additionally, training creates a collaborative environment among community members, increasing their involvement in the development of the local coffee industry. Thus, this training not only develops technical skills, but also builds the foundation for sustainable growth in the coffee industry. The success of this training provides a positive view of the potential of the Gamba Kupi Liwa Community to become a major player in the coffee industry, creating a positive impact on the community's economy and society.
