Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan mengimplementasikan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SD Negeri 1 Rajekwesi, Jepara. Penggunaan teknologi AI diharapkan dapat membantu guru dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan belajar individu siswa, memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan potensi dan kecepatan masing-masing anak. Peserta pelatihan sejumlah 10 guru. Program ini melibatkan pelatihan intensif bagi guru dalam menggunakan alat digital berbasis AI serta pendampingan dalam penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang berdiferensiasi. Selain bahan ajar, guru juga didampingi dalam proses asesmen. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI. Terdapat peningkatan pada setiap aspek antara 14% hingga 22% kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan AI dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Aplikasi yang digunakan seperti Kahoot, Canva, ChatGPT, dan Quizlet memungkinkan guru menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih personal dan inklusif, sesuai dengan prinsip pembelajaran berdiferensiasi.  Adanya integrasi teknologi ini, diharapkan tercipta lingkungan pembelajaran yang inklusif dan adaptif, sesuai dengan tantangan pendidikan di era digital.

Abstract

Appropriate mentoring is the primary key to improving the quality of learning for dyslexic children. One way is by presenting innovative learning media in the accompanying process. This study aims to develop SINABA media to improve the reading skills of dyslexic students in inclusive elementary schools. This research method is research and development with the ADDIE model, which includes five steps: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were dyslexic children selected based on psychological diagnosis using purposive sampling techniques involving inclusive students. Data collection methods used observation, interviews, and tests. Data collection instruments used questionnaires and test questions. Data analysis techniques used statistical tests using Jamovi and qualitatively. The findings of this research show that the validation results of the SINABA media from media experts were 75%, and material experts were 80%, with a category suitable for use. The results of the media trial showed an increase in the ability to recognize and read letters with an average pretest score of 58.2 and posttest 70.9, with an increase of 12.7 in 11 dyslexic students in the first school. Meanwhile, at the second school, the average pretest score was 60.0, and the posttest score was 73.3, with an increase of 11.6 in six dyslexic students. Therefore, SINABA media has proven effective in improving letter recognition and reading skills in dyslexic students in elementary school.

Abstract

Elementary school bullying is still a widespread and problematic phenomenon that negatively affects both the bully and the victim. The purpose of this study is to explore the social and emotional character of bullying perpetrators within an elementary school context as a mechanism for identifying intervention strategies that are both responsive and specific. This research utilized a descriptive qualitative method with a case study involving six male students in grade 5 from Public Elementary School 1 Sowan Lor who are classified as bullying perpetrators. Data were gathered through the use of in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and pertinent documentation, and analyzed following Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. Findings of this study suggest that two students engaged in high-intensity bullying characterized by emotionally dysregulated, frequently aggressive verbal and physical acts of bullying targeted towards peers who were interpreted to be attention-seeking. The other four students demonstrated moderate levels of bullying– their behaviour influenced by peer relations and provocation, but with a greater degree of emotional control most of the time. These findings underscore the salience of emotional instability, low empathy, and peer influence for bullying behavior. This emphasizes the need to introduce early character-based educational incentives that build learners’ emotional intelligence, empathy, and positive social connectedness, ensuring all young pupils experience a school climate where they feel safe and supported.

Abstract

Abstract. This study investigates how Pancasila Education contributes to developing independent character in fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Kecapi. Employing a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, the findings indicate that Pancasila Education has been effectively implemented, from preparing learning materials that incorporate independence values to conducting activities that support character development. The use of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model positively influenced students’ understanding of Pancasila content as well as their social and character skills. Students became more critical, cooperative, responsible, and patriotic. This was evident in their heightened learning motivation, willingness to express opinions, and initiative in completing tasks autonomously. Observations and survey results also revealed that students could manage their time, carry out assignments without depending on teachers or peers, and demonstrate intrinsic motivation in acquiring knowledge and completing projects. In conclusion, implementing Pancasila Education through the PjBL approach substantially promotes student independence in both behavior and mindset, while highlighting the crucial role of teachers and the school environment in continually developing learning strategies that reinforce independent character.   Keywords : Pancasila Education, Independent Character, Elementary School    { Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah peran pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dalam membangun karakter mandiri pada siswa kelas V SDN 1 Kecapi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila telah dijalankan dengan baik, mulai dari penyusunan perangkat ajar yang menanamkan nilai-nilai kemandirian hingga pelaksanaan kegiatan yang mendukung pembentukan karakter mandiri siswa. Penerapan model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) juga memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pencapaian belajar siswa, baik dalam pemahaman materi Pendidikan Pancasila maupun dalam pengembangan keterampilan sosial dan karakter. Siswa menjadi lebih kritis, mampu bekerja sama, bertanggung jawab, serta menunjukkan rasa cinta tanah air. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan motivasi belajar, keberanian dalam mengemukakan pendapat, dan inisiatif dalam menyelesaikan tugas secara mandiri. Observasi dan hasil angket juga menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat mengatur waktu, menyelesaikan tugas tanpa bergantung pada guru atau teman, serta memiliki motivasi internal untuk mencari informasi dan menyelesaikan proyek. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila melalui pendekatan PjBL terbukti cukup efektif dalam membentuk siswa menjadi individu yang mandiri, sekaligus menegaskan pentingnya peran guru dan lingkungan sekolah dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat karakter kemandirian peserta didik.   Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Pancasila, Karakter Mandiri, Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini muncul dari fenomena nyata di SD Negeri 3 Bugel, Jepara terdapat siswa yang  kurang memiliki rasa keterbukaan pada dirinya dan siswa yang belum mampu mengekspresikan  emosinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti peran serta efisiensi layanan bimbingan dan konseling (BK) dalam menangani masalah emosional yang dihadapi siswa di sekolah dasar. Sehingga fenomena tersebut memerlukan layanan konseling yang lebih peka dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan emosional siswa. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang melibatkan 16 siswa dan wali kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara terstruktur yang meliputi pertanyaan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis verbatim, untuk menjaga keabsahan data, peneliti menerapkan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa mayoritas siswa (12 dari 16) merasa terbantu oleh layanan BK, yang menandakan efektivitasnya secara keseluruhan. Akan tetapi, interaksi antara siswa dan wali kelas masih sangat minim, dengan 15 siswa jarang membagikan masalah pribadi dan 13 siswa merasa tidak nyaman untuk melakukannya. Dalam menangani konflik dengan teman sebayanya, siswa cenderung memilih pendekatan komunikatif seperti berdialog (7 siswa), sementara yang lain memilih untuk menghindar (5 siswa), tetap tenang (6 siswa), atau bahkan merespons dengan agresif (3 siswa), yang mencerminkan variasi strategi pengaturan emosi. Lebih lanjut, saat mengalami kemarahan atau kesedihan, siswa biasanya lebih memilih untuk menghindari atau menahan emosi daripada mencari dukungan, dengan sangat sedikit yang dapat mengekspresikan perasaan mereka secara jelas. Penemuan ini menyoroti urgensi memperkuat jaringan dukungan emosional di sekolah dengan meningkatkan interaksi antara guru dan siswa, serta penerapan layanan BK yang lebih proaktif dan penuh empati.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology requires educational institutions to adapt by utilizing digitalization to improve services and learning quality. One urgent need is student interest and talent mapping as well as strengthening institutional branding that is relevant in the digital era. MTs Al Islam Jepara, as a private educational institution, faces challenges in service management and promotion, thus requiring strategic steps through training activities. The purpose of this activity is to enhance teachers’ competence in digital-based talent mapping and to develop effective institutional branding strategies. The method was carried out in three stages: socialization, training, and evaluation. The training included capacity building in student talent mapping and institutional branding with digital promotion strategies. The results show an improvement in teachers’ understanding and skills in identifying students’ interests and talents more systematically, as well as their ability to manage institutional branding strategies through digital media. Participants stated that the program was relevant to the school’s needs, beneficial for improving service quality, and strengthened the institution’s readiness to face modern educational challenges. Evaluation indicated positive responses, with most participants assessing the trainers as competent, materials as easy to understand, and facilities as adequate, although a longer training duration was considered necessary. In conclusion, this community service program successfully improved teachers’ capacity in talent mapping and digital branding, thereby achieving the goal of strengthening educational service management.
