Indonesian university graduates skills in creating job opportunities or entering the workforce are still low. It can be seen from the facts that the undergraduate unemployment rate is still higher than the national unemployment rate. Although entrepreneurship education has been considered as one solution to this problem, the best entrepreneurship education model has not been agreed among researchers. This study examines the application of Business Model Canvas (BMC) on enhancing student achievement and student entrepreneurial intentions and the interaction of entrepreneurial learning achievement levels and the application of BMC on entrepreneurial intentions. The method used in this research is quasi-experiment by assigning two classes of entrepreneurship courses at the Faculty of Economics, Medan State University, one class as an experimental class (BMC) and the other class as the control class. Hypothesis testing was conducted with t-test and ANOVA. The findings showed that the average entrepreneurial learning achievement of the BMC class was 12.52% higher than that of the control class. Entrepreneurial intentions of the BMC class was only 6.15% higher than that of the control class. BMC is proven to be positive and significantly improves learning achievement. The level of learning achievement is proven to be positive and it significantly increases entrepreneurial intentions. However, BMC learning has not been proven to increase entrepreneurial intentions. The results of this study are useful for entrepreneurial instructors to design learning that can increase entrepreneurial intentions.

This study aims to create and develop learning media using Adobe Flash Flayer software in economics class X IIS MAN 1 Padang Lawas which can be used to support learning so as to assist teachers in delivering learning materials. This research is a development research with ADDIE development model. In addition, this study was also conducted to determine the interaction of Self Efficacy with the use of media in improving student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Padang Lawas. The sampling technique was carried out by cluster random sampling technique. The results of this study are learning media with Adobe Flash Player Software developed that meet the eligibility requirements (valid) to be used as learning media in economics subjects for class X IIS. The product developed, based on an assessment of the media aspect, learning design and material aspects carried out by experts as well as responses or responses from students obtained an average percentage of 86.33% feasibility level so that the conclusion belongs to the "Very Eligible" category. There is an interaction between learning media and Self Efficacy on students' economic learning outcomes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mediasi minat beli pada pengaruh brand ambassador dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan Medan Napoleon. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Medan Napoleon. Responden sebanyak 105 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan hipotesis dengan uji “t”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan brand ambassadorterhadap minat beli. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli. (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan brand ambassadorterhadap keputusan pembelian. (4) kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. (5) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian. (6) Terdapat peran mediasi minat beli pada pengaruh brand ambassador terhadap keputusan pembelian. (7) Terdapat peran mediasi minat beli pada pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Perusahaan dapat meningkatkan omzet penjualan melalui penggunaan brand ambassadorn dan menjaga kualitas produk agar minat beli konsumen meningkat dan melakukan keputusan pembelian. AbstrakTerjadinya pergeseran paradigma pembelajaran dari “teacher centered” ke “student centered“ menjadikan peran guru di kelas berubah, dari peran yang hanya penyampai informasi kepada peran sebagai perantara.Kurangnya kompetensi guru dalam perencanaan, pelakasanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 menjadi masalah utama dalam pengabdian ini. Untuk mengatasi hal-hal tersebut guru perlu melakukan Lesson study dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran, mengaktifkan siswa belajar sehingga guru dapat melakukan review terhadap kinerjanya, dapat digunakan sebagai masukan untuk memperbaiki kinerjanya sehingga termotivasi untuk selalu berinovasi menjadi guru yang profesional. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarkat ini adalah membantu guru-guru mata diklat produktif di sub rayon SMK N 7 Medan dalam mengatasi beberapa masalah yang sedang dihadapi. Selain beberapa masalah tersebut, permasalahan khusus yang dihadapi oleh guru adalah kurangnya keterampilan guru dalam merancang dan menerapkan inovasi pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan. Target khusus dari kegiatan pengabdian dihasilkannya ; 1) RKBM yang sudah terstandar; 2) Tersedianya bahan ajar berbasis IT; 3) model-model pembelajaran berbasis Audiovisual; dan 4) Adanya dokumentasi pelaksanaan Open Class dengan menerapkan berbagai model pembelajara Rencana kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan antara lain ; 1) Pendampingan Penyusunan RKBM Berbasis Kurikulum 2013; 2) Pendampingan Pembuatan media pembelajaranberbasis IT; 3) Pendampingan penyusunan model-modelpPembelajaran berbasis Audiovisual; dan 4) Open Class.Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 7 Medsan. The lack of teacher competence in planning, implementing and evaluating the learning of the 2013 curriculum becomes a major problem in this devotion. To overcome these things teachers need to do Lesson study in developing activate student learning so that teachers can do a review of its performance so it can be used as an input to improve its performance and motivated to always innovate to be a professional teacher. The purpose of this community service is to help teachers productive eye training in sub rayon SMK N 7 Medan in overcoming some of the problems being faced. Besides, the specific problem faced by teachers is the lack of teacher skills in designing and implementing effective and enjoyable learning innovations. Special targets of devotion activities resulted; 1) standardized RKBM; 2) Availability of IT-based teaching materials; 3) Audiovisual based learning models; and 4) Existence of Open Class implementation documentation by applying various model of learning Plan of activity of dedication to be done, among others; 1) Assistance for the Formulation of RKBM Based on Curriculum 2013; 2) Mentoring The making of IT-based learning media; 3) Assistance in the preparation of Audiovisual based learning models; and 4) Open Class.This activity was implemented in SMKN 7 Medan. The Selection of the location is based on facilities and infrastructure that is very supportive of SMKN 7 Medan to provide the assistance.Keywords: Teacher competency, lesson study, sub rayon SMKN 7

This study aims to determine the effect of variables of price, sales locations and product quality toward dodol purchase decisions in Tanjung Pura Langkat. The number of population in this study are 7000 consumers and the number of samples determined by Slovin formula as many as 100 people.Sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data collected by Likert scale questionnaire. Questionnaire first tested the validity and reliability. Further data are analyzed by multiple regression. Hypotheses were tested by t-test and f test with data classical assumption tested first. Research findings are partially obtained that the price, product quality positively and significantly influence the purchase decision. However, the sales location has no effect towards the purhacasing decision. While joint test of price variables, location of sales and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision of dodol. 49,4% variation in purchases of dodol is explained by the three variables. The remaining 50,6% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keywords : Price, Location, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

To realize the success of improving education, efforts must be made from various sides, namely paying attention to all components that play an important role such as improving the quality of lecturers, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, management and community participation. E-module with the sigil application really helps students in lectures because the tutorial content facility supports both descriptions in text, images, and videos so that students have an interest, are able to understand and review learning materials properly and motivate them to study independently. The objectives of this study are: 1) to produce problem solving-based e-modules that are suitable for use in learning, 2) to determine the effectiveness of e-modules developed in improving learning outcomes. Introduction to accounting I. This type of development research uses the Borg & Gahl model with the Dick n Carey development model. The results showed; (1) The instructional media expert test is at very feasible criteria (80.26%), (2) the learning design expert test is in the appropriate criteria (75%), (3) the material expert test is at very feasible criteria (92.5 %), (4) small group trials are in very feasible criteria (84.16%) (5) Limited field trials are in very feasible criteria (81.79%). Based on the results of the feasibility assessment of the developed problem solving-based e-module with the percentage of the average score of the overall variable score of 82.74%, it is included in the “very feasible” category, meaning that the developed e-module is proven to be feasible for use.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perhatian orang tua dan lingkungan teman sebaya berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPS yang berjumlah 79 siswa dan sampel berjumlah 79 siswa yang diambil secara keseluruhan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penyebaran angket. Hasil perhitungan regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan . Hasil uji t menunjukkan perhatian orang tua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi dengan nilai yakni pada taraf signifikan α . Lingkungan teman sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi dengan nilai yakni pada taraf signifikan α . Hasil uji f bahwa perhatian orang tua dan lingkungan teman sebaya berpengaruh secara simultan yang memilki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi dengan nilai yakni pada taraf signifikan α . Hasil uji R2 sebesar 33,9% bahwa perubahan prestasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh perhatian orang tua dan lingkungan teman sebaya dan sisanya 66,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan perhatian orang tua dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Medan Tahun Ajarn 2016/2017.

Study aimed to see the effectiveness of the hybrid learning materials application with Problem based learning (PBL) model to improve students’ outcome in evaluation course in learning outcomes at the Business Education Study Program, State University of Medan. The study used a quasi-experimental method of the Posttest control group design. Data collection was carried out by conducting tests after class. The sample selected in this study were all students of the Business Education study program in evaluation course in learning outcomes. The results showed that the application of hybrid learning with the PBL model was effective to improve learning outcomes in evaluation course in learning outcomes . The results of this study also found that the independence and creativity of student learning was higher by applying hybrid learning with problem-based learning models compared to the control class. The results of this study contributed to the lecturers' evaluation of learning outcomes in improving the quality of learning, which has been traditional, by applying hybrid learning teaching materials with problem-based learning models, especially during the current Covid 19 pandemic and to answer the demands of learning in the industrial revolution era. 4.0.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is suspected that educational institutions are facing a decline in the quality of learning because learning cannot take place face-to-face, and teaching materials and learning models applied are still conventional. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the application of project-based hybrid learning in improving the quality of writing thesis proposals for students of the Medan State University (Unimed) Business Education Study Program and see the impact of accompaniment to learning independence and student learning satisfaction. This research method applies quasi-experimental with posttest control group design for experimental and control classes. The research population of all students currently attending the Research Methodology lecture in 2021 is 51, consisting of two classes (A & B). The sample was determined by random sampling, with class A as the experimental class of 26 people and class B as the control class of 25 people. Experimental classes are taught with project-based hybrid learning through Google meet and LMS, and control classes are taught with conventional learning through asynchronous LMS. All participants were tasked with compiling a thesis proposal after finishing the treatment. The difference in the average results of the assessment of the thesis proposals of the two classes was carried out with the Mann-Whitney test because the data were not normally distributed. The results of this study show that the application of project-based hybrid learning is effective in improving the quality of writing thesis proposals, independence, and learning satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the feasibility of flip book-based economics teaching materials in improving economic learning outcomes for class XI MAN 2 Deli Serdang students. (2) Knowing the effectiveness of flip book-based economics teaching materials in improving economic learning outcomes for class XI MAN 2 Deli Serdang students. This type of research is R & D research using the Borg and Gall development model. The subjects of this study consisted of two material experts, one learning media expert, one learning model expert, and 60 students of class XI MAN 2 Deli Serdang. As an object in this study, students' responses to learning media and student learning outcomes tests. The results showed (1) the expert test of learning materials was in the very good classification (94.44%), (2) the learning media expert test was in the very good classification (96.00%), (3) the expert test of the learning model was very good classification (95.18%). Based on the results of the learning tests, it is known that the average value of the control class is 67.69 and that of the experimental class is 85, and the two classes have a difference in value of 17.7. The results of the submission of the hypothesis prove that (1) Flipbook-Based Economics Teaching Materials to Improve Economic Learning Outcomes of Class XI MAN 2 Deli Serdang Academic Year 2021/2022 are appropriate for use (2) there is a significant difference between student learning outcomes using flipbook-based economics teaching materials with the learning outcomes of students who use textbooks. This is indicated by the results of data processing on the results of the post test obtained tcount = 10.691. At a significant level (? = 0.05) with dk 58 obtained ttable = 1.167 so that tcount > ttable. The average effectiveness of learning outcomes in the use of flipbook-based economics teaching materials is 85%, while the group of students who use textbooks is 68%. From this data it proves that the use of flip book-based economics teaching materials is more effective in increasing students' knowledge and competence in learning national income than without using flip book-based economics teaching materials
