Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa indikator: Kekuatan (Strengths): Produk inovatif seperti Bika Ambon Frozen dari Dapoer Zhafran, ketersediaan produk diberbagai minimarket, adanya reseller, produk Jae-Que tanpa pengawet, pemberdayaan masyarakat, penggunaan mesin dalam produksi, daya tahan produk Keripik Tempe Sumber Rejeki, penyuluhan dari pemerintah, serta inovasi dan kreativitas pelaku usaha. Kelemahan (Weaknesses): Kenaikan harga bahan baku, kelemahan dalam pemasaran, keterbatasan kemasan, kurangnya bahan baku jahe, ketidakmampuan menguasai marketplace Shopee, kurangnya sumber daya manusia, pemanfaatan teknologi yang tidak optimal, kurangnya modal usaha, dan rendahnya pengetahuan berwirausaha. Peluang (Opportunities): Inovasi produk dengan sertifikasi halal dan BPOM, peluang besar produk herbal Jae-Que, adaptasi melalui media sosial dan marketplace, serta peluang usaha dengan Cash On Delivery (COD). Ancaman (Threats): Kerusakan produk saat pengemasan, dampak pemadaman listrik terhadap produk kue basah, kerentanan mesin produksi, keterbatasan kemasan, persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat, serta kekurangan modal dan pengetahuan pemasaran. Indikator di atas mencerminkan pelaku UMK Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam beradaptasi memanfaatkan teknologi digital dan pemerintah Kabupaten hingga Kampung melakukan program pemberdayaan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kata kunci: Digitalisasi, Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) Abstract The research identified several indicators, namely Strengths: innovative products such as Bika Ambon frozen produced by Dapoer Hafran, product availability in various minimarkets, the presence of resellers, Jae-Que products without preservatives, community empowerment by using machines to produce Sumber Rezeki’s tempe so that it has durability, counseling from the government as well as innovation and creativity of business actors. Weaknesses: increase in raw material prices, marketing weaknesses, packaging limitations, lack of ginger raw materials, inability to control the marketplace, Shopee, lack of human resources, suboptimal use of technology, lack of business capital, and low entrepreneurial knowledge. Opportunities: product innovation with halal and BPOM certification, big opportunities for Jae-Que herbal products, adaptation through social media and marketplaces, as well as business opportunities with Cash On Delivery (COD). Threats: product damage during packaging due to power outages on wet cake products, vulnerability of production machines, packaging limitations, increasingly tight business competition and lack of capital and marketing knowledge. This indicator reflects the Lubuk Dalam sub-district MSEs entrepreneurs adapting to utilize digital technology and the district and village governments carrying out empowerment programs through training and mentoring. Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has brought the world into an era of global digitalization that affects various aspects of life, including education. Islamic education as a system that emphasizes the formation of morals, spirituality, and intellectuality, faces challenges as well as opportunities in the ever-growing digital flow. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature review method. Data collection was carried out by collecting and analyzing various relevant scientific sources, including journals, books, and academic articles. The results of this study indicate that 1) The relevance of Islamic education methods in the digital era is highly dependent on the ability to adapt and innovate in order to remain effective and in accordance with the times. 2) Synergy is needed between technology and Islamic values ​​so that Islamic education remains alive, contextual, and effective

Abstract

Abstract This research discusses the concept of human creation and reproduction in Islam, as well as the integration between religious teachings and science, particularly science, with a focus on its implications in Islamic religious education. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Islamic understanding of human creation and reproduction and how modern scientific knowledge, such as embryology, can contribute to enriching this understanding in an educational context. The research method used is a literature review by analyzing Islamic theological sources, current scientific literature on reproduction and embryology, and a study of the Islamic religious education curriculum. The results show that the understanding of human creation in Islam can be integrated with scientific knowledge in order to strengthen religious education. This integration not only improves students' understanding of both fields, but also demonstrates the harmony between religious teachings and science. The conclusion of this study is that collaboration between the Islamic concept of human creation and scientific knowledge has the potential to improve the quality of Islamic religious education, as well as foster a critical and open attitude among students towards the relationship between faith and science. Keywords: human creation; human reproduction; Islamic religious education; integration of Islam and science Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas konsep penciptaan dan reproduksi manusia dalam Islam, serta integrasi antara ajaran agama dan ilmu pengetahuan, khususnya sains, dengan fokus pada implikasinya dalam pendidikan agama Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pemahaman Islam tentang penciptaan manusia dan proses reproduksi, serta bagaimana pengetahuan ilmiah modern, seperti embriologi, dapat berkontribusi dalam memperkaya pemahaman tersebut dalam konteks pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dengan menganalisis sumber-sumber teologi Islam, literatur ilmiah terkini mengenai reproduksi dan embriologi, serta studi tentang kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman tentang penciptaan manusia dalam Islam dapat diintegrasikan dengan pengetahuan ilmiah dalam rangka memperkuat pendidikan agama. Integrasi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap kedua bidang tersebut, tetapi juga memperlihatkan keselarasan antara ajaran agama dan ilmu pengetahuan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kolaborasi antara konsep Islam tentang penciptaan manusia dan pengetahuan sains berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama Islam, serta menumbuhkan sikap kritis dan terbuka di kalangan peserta didik terhadap hubungan antara iman dan ilmu. Kata Kunci: penciptaan manusia; reproduksi manusia; pendidikan agama Islam; integrasi Islam dan sains.

Abstract

Psychology laboratory assistants play a strategic role in supporting the student learning process, not only as facilitators of practicum activities but also as mentors and role models. However, initial observations revealed that interpersonal competencies, particularly in effective communication, teamwork, conflict management, empathy, and emotional intelligence, remain suboptimal. This community service activity aimed to improve the interpersonal competencies of laboratory assistants through psychoeducation based on experiential learning. The methods employed included interactive lectures, brainstorming, ice breaking, games, role play, and reflective discussions. The participants were 33 psychology laboratory assistants. The results indicated an increase in participants’ theoretical understanding, practical skills, and reflective awareness regarding the importance of interpersonal competence in their roles. Participants also demonstrated personal commitment to applying interpersonal skills in laboratory activities. Thus, psychoeducation proved effective as a strategy to strengthen the capacity of laboratory assistants in creating a conducive, professional, and collaborative learning environment.
