Abstract

Abstrak - Bangnana Chips merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam bidang makanan. Salah satu produknya adalah kripik pisang. Kripik pisang itu sendiri memiliki lima macam rasa, yaitu barbeque, coklat, keju, pedas dan balado. Pembelian bahan baku terhadap supplier memiliki persyaratan agar mendapatkan diskon. Seperti pada tanggal tertentu aka nada diskon dan pada tanggal tertentu pula tidak ada diskon. Secara tidak langsung harus bisa mengatur jadwal pembelian untuk mendapatkan diskon guna mengurangi biaya persediaan bahan baku. Metode Lot for Lot merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mempertimbangkan penentuan banyaknya produksi ketika permintaan yang terbatas dan waktu yang berubah-ubah. Selain menggunakan Lot for Lot juga mempertimbangkan kapasitas gudang dan unit diskon setiap pembelian bahan baku untuk mengurangi biaya bahan baku. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework CodeIgniter. Proses pengembangan menggunakan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Pengujian untuk semua fungsionalitas menggunakan metode black-box testing. Kata Kunci: Persediaan, Lot for Lot, PHP, CodeIgniter, SDLC Abstract - Bangnana Chips is a manufacturing company engaged in food. One of the products is banana chips. Banana chips themselves have five kinds of flavors, namely barbecue, chocolate, cheese, spicy and balado. Purchasing raw materials to suppliers has a requirement to get a discount. As on certain dates there will be a discount and on certain dates there will be no discounts. Indirectly, you should be able to set a purchase schedule to get a discount to reduce the cost of raw material inventory. The Lot for Lot method is a method used to consider the determination of the amount of production when demand is limited and time changes. Besides using Lot for Lot, it also considers warehouse capacity and discount units for every purchase of raw materials to reduce raw material costs. The application is built using the PHP programming language and CodeIgniter framework. The development process uses Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Abstract

Perusahaan jasa adalah perusahaan yang memiliki kegiatan utama untuk menyediakan berbagai pelayanan atau menyediakan jasa. CV Dekarobe, Semarang merupakan perusahaan swasta yang menyediakan pelayanan di bidang jasa. Dengan tergabungnya dalam Ikatan Nasional Konsultan Indonesia (INKINDO), CV Dekarobe turut serta dalam peningkatan Pembangunan Nasional. Dengan proses pencatatan transaksi dan pembuatan rencana anggaran biaya di CV Dekarobe masih secara manual, hal ini dapat mengakibatkan kesalahan pencatatan yang menyebabkan tidak akuratnya sebuah dokumen serta kinerja pelayanan menjadi tidak maksimal. Sehingga dibutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat menunjang kegiatan transaksi yang ada di CV Dekarobe. Aplikasi Perencanaan dan Pengelolaan Biaya Jasa Pelayanan Pembangunan Berbasis Web ini dibangun dengan metode pengerjaan menggunakan model System Development Life Cycle waterfall, pemograman PHP, dan framework code igniter serta diuji menggunakan black box testing. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini dapat mengelola kontrak kerja, membuat rencana anggaran biaya, mengetahui estimasi biaya secara terkomputerisasi, serta dapat menghasilkan rencana anggaran biaya, jurnal, buku besar, dan laporan laba rugi. Kata Kunci— konsultan bangunan; rencana anggaran biaya; aplikasi; berbasis web; perusahaan jasa Service company is a company that have a main activities to provide many services or treatment. CV Dekarobe, Semarang is a private company that provides a treatment in service sector. By incorporated with Ikatan Nasional Konsultan Indonesia (INKINDO), CV Dekarobe is participate in increasing national development. With transaction recording and budget estimate plan making which still manually in CV Dekarobe, this case can be recording mistaken that makes a document not accurate and service performance can not be a maximum. So application that can support transaction activities which exists in CV Dekarobe is required. Web Based Application of Planning and Management Building Service Cost is built with waterfall System Development Life Cycle, PHP programming, and framework code igniter also this application is tesed by black box testing. By created this application it can be managing contract, making budget estimate plan, knowing the budget estimation with computerization, and can produce a budget plan, journal, ledger, and income statement. Abstract

Abstrak Hotel Meize merupakan salah satu perusahaan jasa yang beralamat di jalan Sumbawa nomor 7, Merdeka, Sumur Bandung, Kota Bandung. Pelayanan jasa utama hotel adalah pelayanan kamar. Pembiayaan untuk beberapa fasilitas dan pelayanan kamar sering kali dibagi rata sehingga perusahaan perlu untuk mengelompokkan seluruh aktivitas menurut bagaimana aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut mengkonsumsi sumber daya berdasarkan tipe kamar. Aplikasi Penentuan Tarif Pelayanan Jasa Ruangan dengan Pendekatan Activity Based Costing diharapkan menjadi alat bantu pengelola hotel untuk menentukan harga jual kamar. Fungsionalitas yang dimiliki antara lain melakukan pencatatan pendapatan jasa kamar dan pengeluaran, mengidentifikasi aktivitas masing-masing kamar, menentukan biaya operasional masing-masing kamar dengan metode Activity Based Costing (ABC), serta penyajian catatan keuangan berupa jurnal, buku besar, dan laporan laba rugi. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framerork CI. Proses pengembangan menggunakan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall. Kata kunci: Aplikasi Berbasis Web, UML, Black Box Testing, Activity Based Costing APPLICATION FOR DETERMINING THE RATE OF ROOM SERVICE WITH ACTIVITY BASED COSTING APPROACH Abstract Meize Hotel is one of the service companies having its address at Jalan Sumbawa number 7, Merdeka, Sumur Bandung, Bandung. The main hotel services are room service. Funding for some room facilities and services is often divided equally so companies need to group all activities according to how these activities consume resources based on room type. Application for Determining The Rate Of Room Service With Activity Based Costing Approach is expected to be a tool for hotel managers to determine the selling price of rooms. The functionalities that are owned include recording the income of room and expenditure services, identifying the activities of each room, determining the operational costs of each room using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method, and presenting financial records in the form of journals, ledgers, and income statements. The application was built using the PHP programming language and CI framerork. The development process uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall. Abstract

Public Service Mall (MPP) is a place for providing public services, both goods and services, at one door, one place, the purpose of MPP is to provide fast, easy, and accountable services. MPP in Kabupaten Bandung under the coordination of The Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) involves services from 17 public institution in Kabupaten Bandung. Variations in types of services and variations in consumers require service personnel to always provide excellent service. The purpose of Community Service is to provide training on the basic stages of service excellent as part of increasing customer satisfaction. The method used in this activity is through interviews to determine training needs, excellent service training using two approachs are service attitude and service communication. This activity was attended by 31 participants consisting of front office staff from civil servants, non-PNS and security personnel. The output of this activity was in the form of a training material module. The evaluation results showed that 99,35% of the participants were satisfied with the implementation of the training and hoped that the training could be carried out consistently

Abstract

Manufacturing companies with make to order production system, usually the payment system for their order by credit system. the consequences of credit system are delay payment. Base on the research in the case study company, approximately 40% of customers often delay payment especially the regular customer. Another cases are the lack of monitoring payment of receivable. The aim of this research to make application to record and control payment status considering volume and period. This application built with the object-oriented method and development model with SDLC, use the programming language PHP and CodeIgniter framework. Functionality of application such as make record sales and payments considering the volume and period, handling accounts receivable control and treatment of bad debts, as serve reports to the management. Based on black box testing it can be concluded that the application passed the test. In accordance with the results of the implementation is done in the company, application can helps manage data master, manage sales based on the volume and period, volume and period definition, control of accounts receivable based on the volume and period, and reporting to the company managerial so that the company can minimize the amount of bad debts. Biasanya perusahaan manufaktur dengan sistem produksi make to order menggunakan sistem pembayaran untuk pesanan mereka dengan sistem kredit. Konsekuensi sistem kredit adalah keterlambatan pembayaran. Berdasarkan studi kasus di perusahaan, sekitar 40% pelanggan sering menunda pembayaran terutama pelanggan reguler. Kasus lain adalah kurangnya pemantauan pembayaran piutang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membuat aplikasi untuk merekam dan mengontrol status pembayaran dengan mempertimbangkan volume dan periode. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan metode berorientasi objek dan pengembangan model dengan SDLC, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework Codeigniter. Fungsionalitas aplikasi seperti membuat catatan penjualan dan pembayaran mempertimbangkan volume dan periode, penanganan kontrol piutang dan perlakuan terhadap kredit macet, karena melayani laporan kepada manajemen. Berdasarkan pengujian black box dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi lulus tes. Sesuai dengan hasil implementasi yang dilakukan di perusahaan, aplikasi dapat membantu mengelola data master, mengatur penjualan berdasarkan volume dan periode, volume dan definisi periode, pengendalian piutang berdasarkan volume dan periode, dan pelaporan ke manajerial perusahaan sehingga perusahaan dapat meminimalkan jumlah piutang tidak tertagih.

Abstract

A company that provides some foods and drinks has sales activities and reservation activities. Based on two activities, the company generates financial record such as sales reports and reservation reports. Financial records can be uses as a tool of consideration to estimate material requirements. Its estimation is use as a reference for material procurement in the next month. However, the estimates that is made based on management decision, thus it causes less amount of material for sales activities and reservation activities. Based on those matters, in this research suggest making an application for estimation procurement material need using linear regression method. The application is built by using PHP and framework CI programming language and database management using MySql. Based on blackbox testing and manual testing, this application is declared to be in accordance with the test based on accounting and functionality. Based on the implementation is done by the company, this application is able to do estimation procurement that will be used for the procurement of material needs for the next month. Suatu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang dagang memiliki kegiatan penjualan dan pemesanan.  Berdasarkan kedua kegiatan tersebut, maka perusahaan menghasilkan catatan keuangan masing-masing seperti laporan penjualan, laporan pemesanan, dan masih banyak lagi. Catatan keuangan dapat digunakan sebagai alat pertimbangan untuk melakukan estimasi kebutuhan bahan. Estimasi kebutuhan bahan berguna sebagai acuan untuk pengadaan kebutuhan bahan di bulan selanjutnya. Namun estimasi dibuat berdasarkan keputusan manajemen, sehingga mengakibatkan kekurangan jumlah bahan untuk kegiatan penjualan dan kegiatan pemesanan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dalam penelitian ini mengusulkan untuk membuat suatu aplikasi untuk estimasi pengadaan kebutuhan bahan dengan salah satu metode yaitu metode regresi linier. Aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan framework CI dan pengolaan basis data menggunakan MySQL. Berdasarakan blackbox testing dan pengujian manual, aplikasi ini dinyatakan telah sesuai dengan pengujian berdasarkan akuntansi dan fungsionalitasnya. Berdasarkan implementasi yang dilakukan pada perusahaan, aplikasi ini dapat melakukan estimasi yang akan digunakan untuk pengadaan kebutuhan bahan pada bulan berikutnya.

Abstract

Pencatatan transaksi dan dokumen laporan penjualan jasa laundry pada UKM Trias Laundry masih berbasis pencatatan menggunakan buku berdasarkan perhitungan sederhana dengan media kalkulator. Hasil perhitungan memerlu­kan proses verifikasi secara manual untuk memeriksa ketepatan laporan. Hal ini menyebabkan kebutuhan tambahan waktu pada proses pembuatan laporan karena rentan terhadap kesalahan perhitungan. Keterbatasan kemam­puan karyawan dalam menggunakan aplikasi berbasis digital untuk menghasilkan laporan keuangan juga menjadi salah satu kendala. Untuk membantu permasalahan tersebut dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan peng­guna­an aplikasi SIAPIK untuk menghasilkan laporan keuangan. Metode pelak­sanaannya terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu tahap survey dan analisis kebutuhan, kemudian tahap pelaksanaan sosialisasi secara online memberi­kan pema­ham­an tentang sistem informasi akuntansi, pentingnya laporan akuntansi dan aplikasi SIAPIK dan tahap praktek penggunaan fitur aplikasi dan evaluasi laporan hasil aplikasi tahap terakhir adalah tahap evaluasi dan monitoring. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman 87.5% dari peserta tentang aplikasi sistem informasi akuntansi digital dan laporan akuntansi, kemudian terdapat peningkatan keterampilan karyawan dalam melakukan pencatatan transaksi dan evaluasi laporan akuntansi senilai 70%. Kontribusi utama kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mengenalkan aplikasi SIAPIK kepada UMKM untuk pembuatan laporan keuangan sesuai standar SAK EMKM.

Abstract

Abstract As a result of the impact of digital technology development, traditional banks are giving way to digital banks in the banking industry. The operational and profitability financial ratios, which both have a partial and simultaneous impact, can be used to determine how well the banking industry is performing. This study sets out to quantify the impact of operational ratio on Bank Digital's profitability. The operating ratios used in this study to assess bank performance are operating income (BOPO), non-performing financing (NPF), financing to deposits (FDR), and profitability (ROE), with profitability (ROE) as the independent variable. The data for this quantitative study came from the annual reports of six of the seven digital banks that were originally established with OJK for the period of 2017 to 2022. Descriptive statistics are used in the data processing, and linear regression is used in the data analysis, partially together with the coefficient of determination test, t test, and simultaneous analysis with hypothesis testing, or f test. According to the findings of the study's hypothesis testing, the NPF value has no bearing on the profitability ratio value, however the FDR and BOPO values have an impact on profitability. The simultaneous testing of these three factors reveals that BOPO, NPF, and FDR also have an impact on profitability. Abstrak Akibat dampak perkembangan teknologi digital, bank tradisional mulai tergeser oleh bank digital dalam industri perbankan. Rasio keuangan operasional dan profitabilitas, yang mempunyai dampak parsial dan simultan, dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik kinerja industri perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dampak rasio operasional terhadap profitabilitas Bank Digital. Rasio operasional yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menilai kinerja bank adalah pendapatan operasional (BOPO), non-performing financing (NPF), financing to deposit (FDR), dan profitabilitas (ROE), dengan profitabilitas (ROE) sebagai variabel independen. Data penelitian kuantitatif ini berasal dari laporan tahunan enam dari tujuh bank digital yang semula didirikan bersama OJK periode 2017 hingga 2022. Statistik deskriptif digunakan dalam pengolahan data, dan regresi linier digunakan dalam analisis data. , secara parsial dilakukan uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan analisis simultan dengan uji hipotesis atau uji f. Berdasarkan temuan pengujian hipotesis penelitian, nilai NPF tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap nilai rasio profitabilitas, namun nilai FDR dan BOPO mempunyai pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Pengujian ketiga faktor tersebut secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa BOPO, NPF, dan FDR juga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

This seminar aims to provide literacy and education on the considerations in financial strategy planning amidst geopolitical uncertainty issues. The seminar was conducted with presentations and discussions from speakers representing the perspectives of academia, government, and companies. The feedback and evaluation process measures satisfaction with the material, speakers, and event organization. The results show that there are 410 participants, with 50.2% being students. From the presentation, it was conveyed that geopolitical uncertainty impacts economic development, trade, and investment, regulatory improvements, and strengthening economic resilience through diversification, reform, digitalization, and capital development. Financial planning strategies are carried out by implementing digital transformation, portfolio diversification, and cost efficiency by observing market trends and stakeholder opinions. The evaluation results show that 83% of participants agree that the seminar activities have provided literacy on financial planning strategies.

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the most important sectors integral to human civilization, and technological adaptation is necessary to maintain its quality. This research aims to achieve high productivity in the agricultural sector by using neural networks or Deep Learning methods to predict the cost of agricultural cultivation, as well as identifying significant factors that affect the profitability of potato commodities with Feature Importance analysis. The research process includes the stages of Data Preparation, Data Understanding, Split Data Training, Classification Model Building, Training, and Evaluation. Evaluation techniques such as MAE, MSE, and R² were used to assess the effectiveness of the model. The results showed that the prediction model almost achieved optimal performance, with the Cost of Cultivation C2 factor having the greatest influence in understanding the data and guiding improvements to the significant factors affecting cultivation cost prediction. The main contribution of this research is the application of optimal Deep Learning methods to predict the cost of cultivation as well as identifying the main components that impact the profitability of potato farming in India.
