Abstract

Study the development of tofu agroindustry at the lestari Family Business in Sukajadi Village District of Talang Kelapa Banyuasin Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of at tofu agroindustry lestari Family Business and to calculating the amount of benefit at from the agroindustry out of lestari Family Business. This research was conducted in the Sukajadi Village District of TalangKelapa Banyuasin Regency in March from to May 2016. The method used is the case study method. The sampling method used is purposive sampling deliberately. Data collection method used is direct observation and interviews with respondents using the list of questions prepared before. Methods of data processing and analysis used for thefirs problem is descriptive qualitative method by using SWOT analysis . To answer the second problem using descriptive analysis with mathematical approach. The results showed that, development of agro-industry tofu at the lestari Family Business based on SWOT analysis has been used is, Strength: has a business license, short distribution channels, production equipment is complete, have a workforce that has experienced, able to produce every day. Weakness: Venture capital limited, production tofu not durable, not manage your finances well. Opportunity:The number of consumers need tofu as a snack, many consumers need tofu as a side dish, many traders that help to expand marketing, the waste from the tofu production are not dangerous and government support. Threat: Soybean uncertain, new arrivals, It's hard to get a loan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of farm profits watercress and knowing how marketing channels watercress farming. This research carried on in Pagar Wangi villages Dempo Utara PagarAlam city in October to December 2015. The research method used was survey, for sampling in doing simple random simple random sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and secondary data that have been determined by using tools like questionnaire that has been prepared in advance. Tabulation of data processing is done then analyzed by descriptive quantitative and qualitative. Research shows that, watercress farming seen from the provision of means of production and marketing. Materials and tools in the farming watercress obtained from buying. Production process at the start of the spreading of seed, fertilizer, maintenance and harvesting.Watercress farming in pagarwangi villages worthy to be pursued. Where R/C on average 3,67. Then stated business is profitable. The marketing of products on the farm watercress to treaders. Merchant and consumer diluents.

Abstract

Pengelolaan dan Pendapatan Usahatani Terung Ungu (Solanum molengena L) di Desa Mekar Sari Kecamatan Rantau Alai Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui pengelolaan usahatani terung ungu dan pendapatan usahatani terung ungu yang dilakukan petani di Desa Mekar Sari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mekar Sari Kecamatan Rantau Alai Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang dilakukan secara sengaja dari bulan Oktober sampai Desember 2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Sedangkan metode penarikan contoh adalah metode sensus dimana petani contoh yang mengusahakan terung ungu sebanyak 15 petani. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Pengelolaan data dilakukan analisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skor dan cara perhitungannya mempedomani buku pembinaan kelembagaan dan perkumpulan petani pemakaian air (P3A), dan menggunakan analisis pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan usahatani terung ungu yang dilakukan oleh petani contoh termasuk pada kriteria baik dan skor atau nilai 758,2. Dan hasil pendapatan usahatani terung ungu yang diperoleh rata - rata sebesar Rp. 7.591.935 /lg/mt atau Rp.10.458.911/ha/mt.

Abstract

Study patterns poultry effort partnership (broiler) at gelebak dalam village regency rambutan district banyuasin. This research is executed to know how partnership pattern among cattleman with PT. Mitra Wijaya Mulia and accounting how big gain which gotten by race chicken cattleman broiler by patterns partnership. This research is executed at Gelebak Dalam Village In Regency Rambutan district Banyuasin on december 2015 until with February 2016. Observational method that is utilized which is method survey. Pull method samples that utilized by deliberate( Puposive is Sampling ), and in this research available 2 example that become its sample unit, which is (1 ) PT. Mitra Wijaya Mulia (Firm Fundamental) and (2 ) Cattlemen (Plasma) with amount 6 cattleman. Methodic data collecting that is utilized is Observation and interview method which is watch / direct interview with respondent utilize questionnaires assistive tool already predetermined and aided with acquired data of relationship aught institutes its with this research. Data processing method and analisis is data that is utilized which is descriptive analytic-method with kualitatif's approaching to answer about problem first, and to answer problem both of utilizes descriptive analisis with mathematical approaching. Result observationaling to point out that, to become partner, a cattleman has to accomplish operational aspect as plasma and can provide technical aspect already been established firm. While PT. Mitra Wijaya Mulia Interrupts me core firm have given the best one service to race poultry effort broiler this. And terminologicals service cattleman already be given firm to cattleman was passably, just just in penyediaan ranch production medium sometimes delay happening, e.g. (DOC, Weft, doctor and vitamin), that all since a lot of it foots up partner cattleman from PT. Mitra Wijaya Mulia that regard medium supply delay ranch production. Gain average which is gotten of chicken breed effort pedaging's race by patterns partnership be as big as Rp. 31.068.829,00/pp. While acquired profit sharing of market price difference, with presentase 70%: 30%, therefore, averagely gain which gotten by core firm as big as Rp. 64.416.577,00/pp with price difference. Rp 2.625/Kg/Pp, meanwhile on a par cattleman gain as big as Rp. 27.607.104,00/pp with price difference. Rp 1.12 /Kg/Pp for each chicken weight kilogram that is marketted. So total acquired average gain cattleman of chicken breed effort broiler race by patterns this partnership as big as Rp. 58.675.933,00/pp.

Abstract

This study aime to measure the farmer’s respon of SLPHT of Pulau Borang village Banyuasin I District Banyuasin regency.The reseacrh was implemented in the of Pulau Borang village Banyuasin I District Banyuasin regency. Location determination is done intentionally (purposive sampling). The method used in this study is a survey method. Sampling using a surfeited sampling method in which the entire population saturated serve as the research sample.Total population of farmers participating in the SLPHT is 25 people. Data collection in done by taking two kinds of data primary and secondary data. To answer the first goal, tabulate all data and continued with quantitative explanation. The result shows that the response of farmers in the SLPHT activities included in the high criteria with a mean score of 55,60. This shows that farmers carry out their farming activities in accordance with the advice and information provided by PPL in the activities of SLPHT.

Abstract

Analysis Comparison Irigation Rice Of Earnings SRI Methode (intensification rice of system) and conventional methode In Jayamulya Semendawai Suku III Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency. This Research aim to know how big production cost of method rice field paddy conducting of SRI and to know difference of earnings between farmer of method paddy of SRI with conventional method paddy. This research is executed by in Jayamulya Semendawai Suku III Ogan Komering Ulu Timur in June up to August 2016. Research method the used ismethod of survey. Method withdrawal of example of the used is laminated random method do not be proportional (Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling). Method data collecting is with observation method and direct interview with farmer of example of using statement list which have been prepared previously and assisted with obtained data of existing institutes of its relation with research. Data-Processing ode and used data analysis that is descriptive and quantitative descriptive method qualitative to reply first problems, and to reply second problem that is using earnings formula, is here in after conducted by examination with Test of Rangking Wilcoxon. Result of research indicate that Production Cost farmer paddy using method of SRI differ reality compared to to use conventional method in Jayamulya Semendawai Suku III Ogan Komering Ulu Timur t and Earnings of farmer of paddy using method of SRI differ reality of farmer of paddy using conventional method of hectare per season plant.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the selling activities of coconut in Ganesha Mukti Village, Muara Sugihan District, Banyuasin Regency, and to find out how much income has received from this coconut farming. This research has conducted in the village of Ganesha Mukti, District of Muara Sugihan, Banyuasin Regency, namely in the farmer group in the village of Ganesha Mukti. The determination of the research location was determined deliberately with the consideration that in the village of Ganesha Mukti, many farmers work on coconut plantations and market coconuts. This data collection conducted in March 2019 until May 2019. The method of analysis used by the author is the survey method. The withdrawal of the sample used in this study is Simple Random Sampling with population limits homogeneous. Data collection has collected through direct observation and interviews. Data processing and analysis are descriptive qualitative. The results of this study showed that coconut selling activities in the village of Ganesha Mukti, Banyuasin II District, Banyuasin Regency, namely selling coconut directly to traders/collectors (middlemen) from small intermediaries, the coconut is channeled to large middlemen/big bosses. From big bosses then channeled to retailers in the market, from new retailers to consumers; The amount of income earned by coconut farmers in the village of Ganesha Mukti, Banyuasin II District, Banyuasin Regency is Rp. 24.606.552,08/lg.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kegiatan penjualan kelapa di Desa Ganesha Mukti Kecamatan Muara Sugihan Kabupaten Banyuasin, dan Untuk mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan yang diterima dari usahatani kelapa di Desa Ganesha Mukti Kecamatan Muara Sugihan Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Ganesha Mukti Kecamatan Muara Sugihan Kabupaten Banyuasin, yaitu pada kelompok tani di Desa Ganesha Mukti. Penentuan lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja dengan pertimbangan bahwa di Desa Ganesha Mukti ini banyak terdapat petani yang mengusahakan perkebunan kelapa dan memasarkan kelapa. Pengumpulan data ini telah dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2019 sampai dengan Mei 2019. Metode analisis yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode survei. Penarikan contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan batasan populasi dihomogenkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung dan wawancara. Pengolahan dan analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penjualan kelapa di Desa Ganesha Mukti Kecamatan Banyuasin Kabupaten Banyuasin yaitu petani menjual kelapa langsung ke pedagang kecil dari pedagang kecil, kelapa tersebut disalurkan ke pedagang besar. Besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh petani kelapa di Desa Ganesha Mukti Kecamatan Banyuasin II Kabupaten Banyuasin yaitu sebesar Rp. 24.606.552,08/lg.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the use of production factors of tidal land rice farming. This research was conducted in the  Village  of  Mulya  Jaya,  Lalan District,   Musi  Banyuasin   Regency   from  December   to  February   2020.  The research method used was the survey method. The sampling method used is by random (Simple Random Sampling), where from 300 paddy farmers will be taken 10% according to the number of requirements in the analysis used, the number of samples of paddy farmers used in this study is 30 people. Data collection methods used in this study were direct observation and interviews with respondents using a tool in the form of a list of questions that had been prepared in advance as well as data obtained from relevant institutions that are related to this research.  The results showed that the use of production factors in tidal land farming in the form of Land, Seeds, Urea Fertilizer, TSP Fertilizer, Insecticides and Labor was inefficient so it needed to be added to reach an efficient level. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  penggunaan  faktor  produksi  usahatani padi  lahan  pasang  surut. Penelitian  ini di laksanakan  di Desa  Mulya Jaya Kecamatan Lalan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin pada bulan Desember sampai dengan bulan Februari 2020. Metode penelitian digunakan adalah metode survei. Metode  penarikan  contoh  yang  digunakan  adalah  dengan  secara  acak  (Simple Random Sampling), dimana dari 300 Petani padi akan diambil 10% sesuai dengan jumlah syarat dalam analisis yang digunakan maka jumlah sampel petani padi digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang. Metode pengumpulan  data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada responden  dengan  menggunakan  alat bantu berupa daftar pertanyaan  yang telah dipersiapkan   sebelumnya   serta  data -data  yang  didapat  dari  lembaga-lembaga terkait yang ada hubunganya dengan penelitian ini.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan faktor produksi pada usahatani padi lahan pasang surut berupa Lahan, Benih, Pupuk Urea, Pupuk TSP, Insektisida   dan  Tenaga   kerja   tidak   efisien   sehingga   perlu   dikurangi   untuk mencapai tingkat efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of variable prices of chicken eggs breeds, the price of other goods (tempe), and income to the demand for chicken eggs breeds in the market 16 Ilir Palembang city. The research method used is survey method and sample withdrawal method using accidental sampling. The data collection method used in the study was interviews to respondents who found as many predetermined samples using pre-prepared questionnaire tools. Data processing using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study that the results of the analysis of factors that affect the demand for breed chicken eggs in the market 16 Ilir Palembang city, there is a significant influence on the price of chicken eggs breeds, haraga other goods (tempe ), and simultaneous income to the demand for chicken eggs breeds in the market 16 Ilir Palembang city, and there is a significant influence on the price of chicken eggs breeds and revenue partially to the demand for chicken eggs breeds in the market 16 Ilir Palembang city, then there is no significant contribution of the price of other goods (tempe/tofu) partially to the demand for chicken eggs breeds in the market 16 Ilir Palembang city.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the difference in income between farmers using and not using agricultural production tools in Sungai Dua village, Rambutan district. This research was conducted in Sungai Dua village, Rambutan sub-district from November to February 2019. The research method used was a survey. While the sampling method used in this research is the disproportionate stratified random smpling method which consists of two strata, the data analysis used is quantitative descriptive. The results of the study show that income received by rice farmers using agricultural production tools is Rp. 30,511,849.43 expand the cultivation season or Rp. 25,161,388.5 per hectare per planting season, while the average income of rice farmers who not using agricultural production tools is Rp. 20,060,280 to expand cultivation per season or Rp. 25,301,068.87 per hectare per season. In the t-test analysis, it was obtained that t count of 0.232 was smaller than t table of 1.697 with a significant value of 0.818 greater than ? = 0.05, so accept Ho. This means, there is no significant difference in income between rice farmers who use and do not use agricultural production tools.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan antara petani yang menggunakan alsintan dengan petani yang tidak menggunakan alsintan di desa Sungai Dua kecamatan Rambutan.. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di desa Sungai Dua kecamatan Rambutan pada bulan November – Februari 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Sedangkan metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode acak tak berimbang (disproportionate stratified random smpling) yang terdiri dari dua strata, Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pendapatan yang diterima oleh petani padi yang menggunakan alsintan sebesar Rp. 30.511.849.43 perluas garapan permusim tanam atau Rp. 25.161.388.5 perhektar permusim tanam, sedangkan rata-rata pendapatan petani padi yang tidak menggunakan alsintan sebesar Rp. 20.060.280 perluas garapan permusim tanam atau Rp. 25.301.068.87 perhektar permusim tanam. Pada analisis Uji t diperoleh thitung sebesar 0,232 lebih kecil dari ttabel 1,697 dengan nilai signifikan 0,818 lebih besar dari pada ? = 0,05 maka terima Ho. Ini berarti, tidak terdapat perbedaan pendapatan yang signifikan antara petani padi yang menggunakan alsintan dengan petani padi yang tidak menggunakan alsintan.
