Abstract

Aqidah education plays a crucial role in shaping the character of a Muslim, particularly in understanding the concepts of qadha and qadar. Both are the sixth articles of faith that teach belief in Allah SWT's decree. However, modern challenges such as secularism and materialism hinder the instillation of this understanding. Therefore, relevant and effective educational strategies are needed to develop a profound understanding of qadha and qadar. This includes a holistic approach that involves the roles of parents, educators, and the social environment, as well as the integration of experiential learning methods. Through this approach, it is hoped that a comprehensive and applicable understanding of qadha and qadar can be realized in daily life. Abstract

Aqidah This study aims to examine the concept of educational objectives from the perspective of the Prophet Muhammad's hadiths. Islamic education is strongly grounded in the Qur'an and Hadith, with the ultimate goal of developing insan kamil, a balanced individual in both physical and spiritual aspects. This research focuses on analyzing hadiths relevant to education, particularly regarding educational objectives in Islam. The methodology used in this study is a literature review with a descriptive-analytical approach to uncover the values embedded in the hadiths. The findings indicate that the hadiths provide comprehensive guidance on education, including character building, enhancing faith, and developing life skills. Additionally, the hadiths offer practical teaching methods such as dialogue, exemplary behavior, and moral reinforcement. This study underscores the importance of applying educational values derived from the hadiths in contemporary contexts to address modern challenges. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Ontologi, Epistemologi dan Aksiologi dalam Perspektif Barat dan Islam”. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengertian dari Ontologi, Epistemologi dan Aksiologi dalam perspektif Barat dan Islam, seperti apa contoh dari masing-masing pengertian tersebut. Adapun rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah: 1) Apa pengertian dari Ontologi, Epistemologi dan Aksiologi dalam Perspektif Barat dan Islam? 2) Apa saja sumber dari Ontologi, Epistemologi dan Aksiologi dalam Perspektif Barat dan Islam? 3) Bagaimana pandangan pokok dan ruang lingkup dari Ontologi, Epistemologi dan Aksiologi dalam Perspektif Barat dan Islam? Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research (penelitian pustaka). Sumber data penelitian ini meliputi buku-buku Filsafat Ilmu dan jurnal-jurnal yang berkaitan dengan filsafat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas sejarah Dinasti Bani Umayyah, yang mencakup tiga fase utama: terbentuknya, kejayaannya, dan kemundurannya. Dimulai dengan latar belakang konflik politik yang memunculkan Bani Umayyah setelah kematian Khalifah Utsman bin Affan, makalah ini mengeksplorasi peran Muawiyah bin Abi Sufyan dalam mendirikan dinasti, yang beralih dari sistem musyawarah ke sistem monarki absolut. Di bawah pemerintahan Bani Umayyah, terjadi ekspansi wilayah yang luas mencakup Spanyol, Afrika Utara, dan sebagian besar wilayah Timur Tengah serta Asia Tengah. Dalam bidang politik, pemerintahan diperkuat dengan pembentukan sistem administrasi yang terorganisir, termasuk dinas pos, pengenalan bahasa Arab sebagai bahasa resmi, dan pencetakan mata uang. Selain itu, kemajuan dalam ilmu pengetahuan seperti tafsir, hadits, fiqh, dan geografi juga dicapai, sementara akulturasi budaya antara Arab dan bangsa taklukan berlangsung pesat. Namun, faktor internal seperti persaingan kekuasaan, ketidakpuasan terhadap kebijakan yang menguntungkan golongan tertentu, dan kemewahan hidup istana, akhirnya menyebabkan kemunduran dan runtuhnya dinasti ini. Pada 750 M, Dinasti Umayyah digantikan oleh Dinasti Abbasiyah, meskipun keturunan Bani Umayyah di Andalusia berhasil mempertahankan kekuasaan mereka.

Abstract

The development of communication technology has undergone a revolutionary leap, transforming human interaction and shapingsocial structures in the digital era. This article aims to examinethe basic concepts, historical evolution, and main theories in thestudy of communication technology. Using a qualitative approachbased on literature study, the discussion includes digital integration, media convergence, and issues such as socialpresence and media dependency. This article highlights thatcommunication technology is not merely a technical tool but alsoshapes new social realities. The analysis indicates that theoreticalunderstanding of communication technology development isessential for formulating policies, educational strategies, andsustainable digital literacy programs.

Abstract

Although the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning has received attention in previous studies, research that specifically investigates the completeness and quality of evaluation components in Kurikulum Merdeka-based PAI teaching modules at the vocational high school level remains limited. This study aimed to analyze the completeness, appropriateness, and quality of learning evaluation components in PAI teaching modules developed by teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Sei Suka. A qualitative approach was employed using a case study design grounded in document analysis, involving 3–4 PAI teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through document analysis of PAI teaching modules and semi-structured interviews, and were then analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis. The findings indicate that the PAI teaching modules generally include diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments and, for the most part, align with the principles of authentic assessment in Kurikulum Merdeka. However, variations in quality were still identified, particularly in the clarity of rubrics for assessing attitudes, the accuracy of assessment indicators, and the systematization of follow-up learning programs in the form of remedial and enrichment activities. These findings contribute to the development of learning evaluation theory and authentic assessment in Islamic education and broaden the understanding of PAI learning evaluation practices in vocational high schools. The study concludes that the systematic, measurable, and authentic development of learning evaluation components plays an important role in improving the quality of PAI instruction and recommends sustained support for teachers through training and mentoring in assessment development. The implications of this study include theoretical contributions to enriching the literature on PAI learning evaluation and practical implications for schools and teacher professional development, while also opening up opportunities for further research on the influence of evaluation quality on student learning outcomes and character formation.
