Abstract

Background: Hypertension in pregnancy affects 10% of pregnant women worldwide and includes preeclampsia, eclampsia, gestational hypertension, and chronic hypertension. Preeclampsia is the most common, with a global incidence of 2–8% of pregnancies. In Indonesia, preeclampsia accounts for 128,273 cases annually, or approximately 5.3% of pregnancies. Several risk factors contribute to preeclampsia, including a history of preeclampsia, diabetes, chronic hypertension, kidney disorders, a family history of severe preeclampsia, obesity, maternal age, nulliparity, and multiple pregnancies. Medical records from Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro Regency Hospital show that preeclampsia cases constituted 17.57% (195 of 1,110 cases) in 2020 and 8.26% (139 of 1,696 cases) in 2021. This study aims to analyze the risk factors for preeclampsia at RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro Regency. Methods: This observational analytic study employed a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 105 pregnant women in their second and third trimesters, selected using simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using the Multiple Logistic Regression Test to assess risk factors. Results: The multivariate analysis yielded a significance value of 0.243, indicating that maternal age, history of preeclampsia, and pregnancy spacing influence preeclampsia incidence. The Model Summary table showed Nagelkerke's R Square value of 0.037. Conclusion: Maternal age, pregnancy spacing, and a history of preeclampsia are significant risk factors for preeclampsia.

Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto in 2013 from 20 pregnant women with placenta previa in terms of age there were 6 ( 30 % ) 20-35 years , and 7 ( 35 % 0 < 20 years and > 35 years , in terms of parity 4 people ( 20 % ) multiparous and 3 ( 15 % ) primiparous . factors affecting the incidence of placenta previa include age, history of placenta praevia parity , history of abortion , history of cesarean section , multiple pregnancy and smoking . takes the effort of early detection to prevent delays in treatment . the purpose of this study to determine the effect of age and parity on the incidence of placenta previa in the third trimester pregnant women in hospitals Dr . Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto This study was analytical observational , cross- sectional approach . The entire population of pregnant women in the third trimester maternity hospital room Dr Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto , in the period January-May , 2013, with a sample of 232 people were taken by simple random sampling . The independent variables are age and parity third trimester pregnant women , dependent variable is the incidence of placenta previa . Instrument in the form of data collection sheet . Bivariate analysis, Chi Square test , while alisis multivariate logistic regression multivariate test with α = 0.05 . The results showed that half of the respondents included in the age category 20-35 years ( 50.9 % ) , multiparous category ( 65.5 % ) and the incidence of placenta previa is very high , namely 32.8 % third trimester pregnant women minority ( 9 , 02 % ) had placenta previa . Results of statistical tests ( p = 0.0001 < α 0.05 ) note that the age and parity of pregnant women have a significant effect on the incidence of placenta previa at 48.6 % . Age and parity are important in planning a pregnancy . Midwives and health workers should provide counseling to pregnant women to plan pregnancy in healthy reproductive age ( 20 years – 35 years ) , regulate the number and spacing of pregnancy by following family planning , and terminate the pregnancy at the age of > 35 years . 2 ) Provide counseling to adolescents through health posts and schools about healthy reproductive age using leaflets.

Abstract

Primary Postpartum Haemorrhage (PPH) is bleeding of more than 500 cc that occurs after the baby is born vaginally or more than 1000 cc after vaginal delivery within 24 hours after birth. In Bojonegoro Regency, the most common cause of maternal death in 2019 was postpartum hemorrhage at 30.8% (8 cases). Based on the LB3 KIA report at the Dander Community Health Center, there was an increase in cases of postpartum hemorrhage by 0.86% from 2019 to 2020. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of postpartum mothers on the incidence of Haemorrhage Postpartum Primary at the Dander Bojonegoro Community Health Center. The type of research used is analytical research with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was all postpartum mothers in April – June 2021 at the Dander Community Health Center, totaling 135 postpartum mothers. The sample for this study was all postpartum mothers in April – June 2021 who met the inclusion criteria at the Dander Bojonegoro Community Health Center, totaling 101 postpartum mothers. Sampling used simple random sampling. Data analysis used inferential analysis with chi-square using SPSS. The results of this study were that the majority of postpartum mothers' knowledge was sufficient, 45 (44.56%), more than the majority of postpartum mothers' attitudes were negative, 59 (58.41%), more than the majority of postpartum mothers had no primary PPH, 95 (94.05% ), there is a significant relationship between knowledge (P=0.019) and attitude (P=0.033) towards the incidence of primary PPH. It is hoped that postpartum mothers will increase their knowledge by listening to education provided by health workers, newspapers and television about the importance of antenatal care to prevent postpartum bleeding.

Abstract

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia remains high. One of the contributing factors to the high maternal mortality rate is undetected high-risk pregnancies. Antenatal Care (ANC) is crucial as it not only serves to monitor the health of the mother and fetus but also to detect potential risks during pregnancy. The objective of this community service is to enhance the knowledge and skills of health cadres in the early detection of high-risk pregnancies. The target audience for this community service activity consists of 30 Posyandu cadres from Kabunan Village within the Balen Health Center area, Bojonegoro. The methods used in this activity include the provision of materials through lectures and discussions, distribution of leaflets, and a simulation of filling out the Poedji Rochjati Score Card. The results of the activity show that there was an increase in knowledge after the training, with participants demonstrating a rise in good knowledge from 3.39% to 8.30%. The cadres' skills in performing early detection of high-risk pregnancies showed an average score of 84, and 66.7% of the participants performed very well in the health education category. Conclusion: The improvement in knowledge and skills in filling out the Poedji Rochjati Score Card for early detection and referral in preparation for complications in both mothers and newborns can contribute to reducing maternal and child mortality, particularly in Kabunan Village within the Balen Health Center's jurisdiction, Bojonegoro.
