Abstract

This research aims to increase members' and society's trust in cooperatives through seminars to increase legal competency for administrators, supervisors and cooperative managers in Denpasar City. The method used is a qualitative approach through case studies, interviews and observations of 25 randomly selected cooperatives. The results obtained show an increase in participants' understanding of the legal aspects of cooperative management, which is expected to increase transparency and accountability. The active participation of participants shows the high need for legal training, which is responded to through transformative learning theory and trust transformation theory. The positive impact of this seminar includes increasing member and community trust in the Cooperative, which in turn can increase member welfare and contribution to the local economy.

Abstract

Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan Kefarmasian tempat dilakukannya praktek Kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Standar pelayanan Kefarmasian adalah tolak ukur yang digunakan sebagai pedoman bagi tenaga kefarmasian dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan Kefarmasian.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Persepsi Harga terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Tahun 2020 – 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 96. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, (1) variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen, (Y) hal ini di dasarkan oleh nilai thitung 3,643 lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 1,989. Dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 yang nilainya lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikan (α = 0,05). (2) variabel Persepsi Harga (X2) nilai thitung 4,320 lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 1.989. Dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 yang nilainya lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikan yang ditetapkan (α = 0,05). (3) variabel Minat Beli Konsumen (Y) nilai Fhitung 17,200 lebih besar dari Ftabel yaitu 3,09. Dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 yang nilainya lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikan yang ditetapkan (α = 0,05). (4) hasil uji determinasi diketahui bahwa besarnya nilai Adjusted R Square adalah sebesar 0,615 yang artinya sebesar 61,5% variasi Minat Beli Konsumen (Y) dipengaruhi oleh Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) dan Persepsi Harga (X2), sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor- faktor lain yang tidak dmasukan kedalam model penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk dan strategi pemasaran terhadap penetapan harga produk kain rangrang di Desa Pejukutan Nusa Penida. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 60 sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, pengujian persyaratan analisis dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Variabel inovasi produk berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap penetapan harga produk yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t-hitung sebesar 3,056 lebih besar dari t-tabel yaitu 1,980 dengan nilai signifikan 0,004 < 0,05; (2) Variabel strategi pemasaran berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap penetapan harga produk yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t-hitung sebesar 2,271 lebih besar dari t-tabel yaitu 1,980 dengan nilai signifikan 0,012<0,005; (3) Variabel inovasi produk dan strategi pemasaran berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap penetapan harga produk yang dibuktikan dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 4,784 lebih besar dari F-tabel yaitu 3,17 dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05; Hasil koefisien determinasi dengan metode Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,631 yang artinya 61,3% variabel penetapan harga produk (Y) dipengaruhi inovasi produk (X1) dan strategi pemasaran (X2) sedangkan sisanya 38,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan ke dalam penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of a scientific approach can improve the learning outcomes of Economics Tutors for students in class Xl Economics C2 SMAN 1 Mengwi for the 2023/2024 school year. This type of research is a collaborative classroom action research (PTK) designed in two cycles, each cycle consists of three meetings. The subject of this study is students of class Xl C2 SMAN 1 Mengwi for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, which consists of 37 students, consisting of 17 males and 20 females. In this study, the object of research is the application of a scientific approach and learning outcomes of students in class Xl Economics C2 in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year, SMAN 1 Mengwi. The achievement of the Minimum Completeness Criterion (KKM) of students in class Xl Economics C2 SMAN 1 Mengwi Experienced an increase in initial observation that only 15 students were able to achieve (KKM), in cycle I In Meeting 1 was categorized. Less (K) In Meeting 2 it is categorized as Sufficient (C) and in cycle II in Meeting 1 it is said to be Enough (C) Meeting 2 is said to be Good (B). Abstract

Based on observations made at Warung Cantik in Cemagi Village, Badung. The lowest number of consumers occurred in 2020 was 12,515, while the highest number of consumers in 2021 was 14,954. This study aims to determine the influence of promotion and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Warung Cantik in Cemagi Village, Badung. This study uses a causal associative quantitative approach through observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation methods that take 100 consumer respondents. The results of this study show that (1) There is a partially significant influence between promotion variables on consumer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the tally test 8.165> ttable 1.98 with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05); (2) There is a partially significant influence between the variables of service quality on consumer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the tcount test of 10.864 > ttable 1.98 with significant values (0.00 < 0.05); (3) There is a simultaneous significant influence between promotion variables and service quality on consumer satisfaction as seen from the results of the Fcal test of 96.223 > Ftable 3.09 with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the determination coefficient show that the size of the Adjusted R Square is 0.665, which means that 66.5% of the variation in consumer satisfaction is influenced by promotion and service quality, while the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

Based on observations made at PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Kesiman Denpasar, it can be seen the number of consumers who buy car products at PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Kesiman Denpasar from 2021 - 2023. The lowest number of consumers in 2021 was 1,273, while the highest number of consumers iin 2022 was 1,411, resulting in a decrease in the number of consumers in i2023 to 1,345. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and ibrand image on consumer satisfaction at PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Kesiman Denpasar. This research uses a causal associative quantitative approach through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires in data collection. The number of respondents in this research was 93 consumers.The results of this study show that (1) There is a partial influence of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the tcount test of 6,599 > ttable 1,986 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) There is a partial influence of Brand Image on Consumer Satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the tcount test of 11,476 > ttable 1,986 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05; (3) There is a simultaneous influence on Service Quality and Brand Image towards Consumer Satisfaction as seen from the results of the Fcal > Ftabel test of 78.987 > 3.10 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the determination coefficient test showedthat the magnitude of the Adjusted R square value was 0.617 which means that 63.7% of the variation in Consumer Satisfaction was influenced by Service Quality and Brand Image, while the remaining 36.3% was influenced by other factors that were not included in this study variable.

Abstract

A cooperative is an organization formed on the basis of common interests. We can see whether a cooperative is healthy or unhealthy from the performance of its management and employees. In order to increase the competency of cooperative employees, training is needed that can increase competency. So that the management and employees in the cooperative become competent in their fields. Apart from that, communication between leaders, employees and customers is something that cannot be separated. To obtain good work productivity, of course communication must be established well, so that the work atmosphere becomes comfortable.The research entitled "The Effect of Training and Communication on the Work Productivity of "KSP Pondok Sari" Employees aims to find out: (1) To find out the significant influence of Training on the Work Productivity of "KSP Pondok Sari" Employees, (2) To find out the significant influence of Communication on the Work Productivity of "KSP Pondok Sari" Employees. Work Productivity of "KSP Pondok Sari" Employees, and (3) To determine the significant influence of Training and Communication together on the Work Productivity of "KSP Pondok Sari" Employees. The data analysis technique used is linear regression of two predictors. To find out whether the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is real, testing is carried out by carrying out regression analysis, namely analysis of the variance of the regression line to find the F value of the regression line, which can then be tested whether the F value is significant or not, then look for the Relative Contribution (SR) of each - each predictor X1 and The research subjects were "KSP Pondok Sari" with the research object being "KSP Pondok Sari" as many as 10 people.Based on the results of the prediction analysis of two predictors, namely, X1 (training) and With (N-m-1) in this case db = 7/2 with a significance level of 5%, the Ftable value is 4.74. This means that the regression line analyzed is significant as a basis for predictions because there is a significant contribution between the criteria (Y) and the predictors (X1, X2). The Relative Contribution (SR) in % of each predictor is: Predictor X1 = 45.26%, and Predictor Based on these results, the regression line is 28.06%, which consists of the effective contribution of the predictor X1 (training) = 12.70%. And the effective contribution of predictor X2 (communication) = 15.36. Meanwhile, the remaining 71.94% is influenced by other factors.Based on the results of the analysis above, it is hoped that employees can increase their work productivity by participating in training and learning to communicate well. Be it communication with customers/consumers, co-workers and even leaders.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan  di Desa Singapadu Kaler Gianyar Bali ini merupakan kolaborasi antara Universitas PGRI Madiun dan Universitas  PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia Bali. Kegiatan pengabdian ini  bertujuan  1) Memberikan informasi mengenai pentingnya mengelola SDM Masyarakat berbasis Nilai budaya dan kearifan masyarakat ; 2) Membantu  BUMDes  membuat laporan keuangan;    3) Mempererat kerjasama antara Universitas PGRI Madiun dengan Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia Bali bidang pengabdian masyarakat; 4) Menjalin kerjasama dengan Masyarakat Desa Singapadu Kaler Gianyar Bali.  Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan Tahap persiapan, Tahapan assesment  dan agreement, Tahap rencana aksi  dan implementasi kegiatan, Tahap evaluasi, Tahap  terminasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 1) pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat untuk mengelola BUMDes sehingga memiliki unit usaha baru sesuai dengan kearifan lokal  masyarakat sekitar. 2) meningkatnya kemampuan pengeloa BUMDes dalam  pengelolaan  keuangan dengan microsof excel sehingga laporan keuangan lebih terlihat jelas alurnya sesuai standar akuntansi.  3) terjalinnya kerjasama pengabdian antara Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi UNIPMA dan UPMI Bali. Saran untuk kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya diperkuat   bagian  pengelolaan manajemen  BUMDes sehingga  tidak hanya berfokus ke laporan keuangan saja melainkan juga manajemen pengelolaan  yang lainnya.

Abstract

Seni ukir batu padas di Desa Silakarang, Gianyar, Bali, merupakan warisan budaya yang menghadapi tantangan serius akibat pergeseran minat generasi muda ke sektor pariwisata dan kurangnya regenerasi perajin. Fenomena ini mengancam keberlanjutan seni ukir sebagai identitas budaya lokal. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pelestarian seni ukir Silakarang melalui integrasi etnopedagogi dalam pendidikan dan penguatan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan etnografis dan teori kewirausahaan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan serta peluang dalam pelestarian seni ukir. Fokus utama penelitian adalah pengenalan seni ukir sebagai muatan lokal di sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan etnopedagogi dan pengembangan inovasi produk berbasis kewirausahaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan etnopedagogi dapat mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya seni ukir ke dalam pendidikan sehingga generasi muda memiliki keterampilan praktis sekaligus kebanggaan terhadap warisan budaya mereka. Sementara itu, penguatan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan melalui diversifikasi produk, pemasaran digital, dan pemanfaatan bahan ramah lingkungan dapat meningkatkan daya saing seni ukir di pasar global. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kombinasi antara pendidikan berbasis budaya dan inovasi kewirausahaan merupakan solusi efektif untuk menjaga keberlanjutan seni ukir Silakarang sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the extent to which the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the level of digital literacy influence students’ critical thinking skills. The research subjects were students of the Economic Education Study Program at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The findings revealed that individually, AI and digital literacy did not have a significant influence on critical thinking skills. However, when considered together, both variables showed a significant effect. The coefficient of determination value of 0.748 indicates that 74.8% of the variability in critical thinking skills is explained by these two variables. Therefore, the study concludes that the combined utilization of technology and digital literacy skills plays an important role in enhancing students’ critical thinking abilities.
