Abstract

Research aim: analyze break even points at UD Sinar Harapan as a profit planning tool. Design / Method / Approach: this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with survey, interview, and observation methods. Research aim: This research aims to analyze break-even points at UD Sinar Harapan as a profit planning tool. Design / Method / Approach: This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with survey, interview, and observation methods. Research Finding:  the results of the study obtained profit planning calculations by referring to the previous year's profit with a future profit target of 20%. So, for this target to be realized, UD Sinar Harapan must sell 123,682 kg in 2023 with a revenue of Rp. 1,793,592,778. From the results of the application of the Break Even Point method conducted by researchers, UD Sinar Harapan's contribution margin shows that it can cover fixed costs in getting business profit or profit. UD Sinar Harapan sales also reached the Break Even Point or broke even from 2020, 2021, to 2022 in units and rupiah. From here UD Sinar Harapan gets its profit.

Abstract

Research Objectives: To analyze how CV strategies. Sutejo Motorcycle is indecisive in facing the digital-based market. Design/method/approach: This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The data collection method was carried out by interview and observation techniques. Analysis techniques used Data reduction. Research Findings: The results of this study make it easier for business people to enter the market and compete quickly using digital platforms. Some of the themes of the findings include focusing on consulting services to handle customer complaints, Providing the right solutions, Guaranteeing the authenticity of goods, Offering credit facilities, Improving staff training, Cooperating with digital platforms, Expanding market reach, and Developing a delivery system with subscription consumers. Theoretical/Originality Contribution: this research adds or develops a theory about an adaptive marketing strategy. Practice/Policy Implications: Implementing various effective strategies to improve customer service and strengthen its position in the automotive parts industry. The results of this research can be used to help make policies regarding business strategies. Research Limitations: The limitation of this study is the short research time.

Abstract

Research objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of social media to increase sales and create synergies between digital marketing and conventional marketing. Method: In this study, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative method. With interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The study of this object is UD. Sumber Kacang at RT 024 RW 009 Gondang Village, Pace District, Nganjuk Regency. Research Findings: The use of various social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp), the seriousness of the use of social media, the selection of the right time for posting, and the consistency of posting content on social media. Theoretical contribution/Originality: The contribution of this research theoretically strengthens the theory of digital marketing and the theory of promotion strategy. Implications of Practice / Policy: Practically, the results of this study can be adapted by similar entrepreneurs to be able to use the social media used by companies such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Whatsapp effectively. Abstract

Research Aim : This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of Medali Mas ikat weaving craft and formulate effective and efficient marketing strategies to optimize marketing and appeal to the younger generation. Method: The method used is quantitative with an observational descriptive approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using SWOT analysis. Results: The results of the analysis show that Medali Mas ikat weaving craft has strengths in product quality and design uniqueness, but faces weaknesses in marketing and production. Opportunities for collaboration with designers and influencers as well as challenges from younger generation's interest in traditional products were identified. Theoretical  contribution/Originality: This study provides a deeper understanding of the application of SWOT analysis in the context of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia, as well as filling in the gaps in the literature related to culture-based marketing strategies. Practitioner Implication: These findings can be used by business practitioners to formulate more targeted marketing strategies, as well as provide recommendations for government policies in supporting SMEs that focus on cultural products.

Abstract

Research aim: To analyze the implementation of SOP for accepting new patients at Siti Halimah Kandangan Hospital. Approach: This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation and analyzed using triangulation. Research Findings: The results show that the implementation of SOP at Siti Halimah Kandangan Hospital is quite good, but there are challenges in the speed of service, communication with patients, supporting facilities, and technical constraints. Theoretical contribution/Research originality: This study provides a theoretical contribution to understanding the implementation of SOP in local hospitals, which has not been widely studied before. Practical/ Policy Implications: This study recommends staff training, facility improvements, and technology integration to improve the implementation of SOPs and the quality of health services. Research limitation: This study's limitations include that the data collection process may have been influenced by the researcher's perspective, potentially affecting the analysis's results. The researchers also recommend a future research agenda to investigate specific challenges in implementing SOP and how they impact patient experience.

Abstract

Research objectives: The purpose of this study is to explore the transition of conventional to digital financial reporting systems in Ayam Geprek Akbar Pare MSMEs. Method: This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation and in-depth interviews of financial reporting activities in the field. Research Findings: This study's findings reveal that Digitalization as an Improvement in Effectiveness and Efficiency of Financial Reporting,  as a Tool to Minimize Errors, as a Tool to Facilitate Financial Report Monitoring Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research makes an important contribution in identifying the perceived benefits in this digitization process. Implications of Practice / Policy: The results of this study can serve as a guide for other businesses facing similar challenges, as well as provide input for financial technology developers to create solutions that suit the needs of MSMEs. Research limitations: This research is limited to the financial reporting of Ayam Geprek Akbar Pare MSMEs.

Abstract

Research aim: This study's goal is to investigate the effects of endorsements, advertising, and endorsements on consumer purchasing decisions at Kediri Spicy Dumplings, a UMKM in the culinary sector. Design/Methode/Approach: This study employs a causality design and a quantitative methodology. Data were collected from 40 respondents who are followers of the Instagram account Kediri Spicy Dumplings. The coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test), and multiple linear regression tests are all part of the analysis process. Research Finding: The findings demonstrate that endorsements, advertising materials, and testimonies all significantly and favourably affect consumers' decisions to buy. Testimonials can increase consumer trust through customer experience, promotional content attracts attention through creativity and relevance, while endorsements by local influencers strengthen product visibility and credibility. Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research contributes to the consumer behaviour literature by exploring the combined effects of testimonials, promotional content, and endorsements in the context of digital marketing for UMKM. Practitioner/Policy implication: The findings provide practical insights for UMKM to implement effective digital marketing strategies by utilizing testimonials, promotional content, and influencer endorsements to improve competitiveness in the digital marketplace. Research limitation: This research only focuses on one UMKM in Kediri, so the findings cannot be generalized. Future research can include several UMKM  in various regions.

Abstract

Research aim: This study aims to analyze Bank X's procedures for granting Subsidized Housing Loans (KPR), identify obstacles faced, and provide recommendations to increase the effectiveness of the credit granting process. Design/Methode/Approach: The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, which explains, describes, and answers questions in more detail and by the actual situation of the problem to be studied. In this study, we analyze in detail the procedure for granting Subsidized Housing Loans (KPR) at Bank X.  Research Finding: The procedure for granting Subsidized Housing Loans (KPR) at Bank X has gone well, even though several obstacles remain. The procedure starts with several stages: submission by users/customers, checking the requirements and completeness of documents by Consumer Loan Sales (CLS), interviews and checking SLIK by Consumer Loan Sales (CLS), verification and assessment, credit agreements, and disbursement. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research contributes to the development of management theory by reinforcing that it is essential to implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) in business. Practitioner/Policy implication: The results of this study provide practical recommendations to simplify administrative procedures, adopt digital solutions to reduce manual processes, improve staff training to improve service quality so that misinformation does not occur, display procedures and requirements in detail, and provide time deadlines at each stage. This recommendation can help Bank X and similar institutions optimize the procedure for granting subsidized mortgages. Research limitation: This research is limited to one branch of Bank X, so the findings may not be generalized to other branches or institutions. To validate and expand the findings, further research can be carried out with comparative studies in several branches or banks.

Abstract

Research aim: This research aims to analyze user satisfaction with the JConnect Mobile application in terms of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness in Kediri City. Methode: This study applies a quantitative methodology. The sampling technique utilizes a mixed sampling method. The sample consists of 60 users of the JConnect Mobile application. Data measurement in this research uses Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) as the analytical tool. Research Finding: The t-test results reveal that the variables of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness significantly affect purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the F-test results show that price, content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness collectively significantly impact purchasing decisions. Theoretical contribution: This research provides a theoretical contribution by examining the impact of five dimensions of digital service quality (Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness) on user satisfaction within the context of the JConnect Mobile digital banking application. Contrasted to previous studies that primarily addressed the technical aspects of applications, this study adopts a managerial approach to analyze user experiences. Practitioner: This research recommends that Bank Jatim prioritizes improving Ease of Use as a primary factor of user satisfaction by developing an intuitive interface design and straightforward navigation. Furthermore, optimizing the dimensions of Content, Accuracy, Format, and Timeliness is crucial to strengthening digital service quality and advancing a more competitive digital banking transformation. Research limitation: This study is limited to a sample of 60 respondents and only covers the area of Kediri City, which means the findings cannot be widely generalized. Additionally, the research focuses only on five service quality dimensions without considering other factors that may also affect user satisfaction.

Abstract

Coffee is transformed into a contemporary culture that is closely related to lifestyle trends. This change in meaning is closely related to the construction that is formed by the community or due to modernization and globalization that is increasingly fast. So what meaning does the coffee construction built by the current millennial generation? Why is it different from past constructions? Based on these questions, it is interesting for the author to conduct research in an effort to identify the meaning of the millennial generation of the current coffee habits and construct the coffee culture of the millennial generation in Kediri. By using an ethnometodological approach, the authors get a building picture of the meaning of coffee for millennials in Kediri. Which results include: Convenience, Social Bounding, Self-actualization & Community Existence. Research can provide scientific benefits related to how the meaning of coffee culture will certainly describe the reality conditions of an area in general. Thus, the results of research findings can be used by various parties, both the government in determining policies and for entrepreneurs in determining competitive strategies for business.
