This research aims to explore the impact of interactive storytelling on perception, brand authenticity And transparency among Generation Z on various digital platforms. Given that Gen Z has high expectations for brand authenticity and openness, interactive storytelling has emerged as an important strategy in modern digital marketing. Using a meta-analysis approach with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, this research examines previous studies that discuss interactive storytelling and its implications for consumer perceptions. The results of the quantitative analysis show that interactive storytelling has a significant positive effect on perception, brand authenticity And transparency, with variations in impact seen between different digital platforms. Qualitative analysis further highlights the specific aspects of interactive storytelling that Gen Z values most, including direct interactions with brands and personalized experiences. This research contributes to the digital marketing literature by offering a comprehensive understanding of how interactive storytelling can influence consumer perceptions, while providing practical guidance for marketers in designing more effective strategies. Final recommendations suggest implementing storytelling that actively engages consumers to build deeper and more sustainable trust among Gen Z consumers.

Digital transformation (DT) has had a significant impact on financial management, but its specific influence on the cost of capital and corporate financing structures is still poorly understood. This research aims to identify how DT influences capital costs and changes in financing structures across industries. Using approach Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on PRISMA guidelines, this research finds that DT can reduce the cost of capital through increased efficiency and transparency, as well as lead to a shift in financing preferences with the adoption of technologies such as fintech and blockchain. The implications of this research provide insight for financial managers, investors and policy makers to formulate strategies that support technology adoption in corporate financing.

The growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era is greatly influenced by financial literacy and access to financing. However, many MSMEs face challenges in understanding financial management amidst digital transformation. This research aims to identify the dimensions of financial literacy that are most critical for the sustainability and growth of MSMEs in the digital era. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with the PRISMA framework, this research analyzes 60 relevant scientific articles from the Scopus, Web of Science, and Springer databases, published between 2017 and 2024. The findings show five main dimensions of financial literacy that have a significant influence on MSME performance, namely basic financial knowledge, digital financial skills, ability to adopt technology, financial risk management, and strategic financial planning. This research makes an important contribution to the development of financial literacy theory by integrating digital aspects, as well as offering practical guidance for governments and financial institutions in designing more effective financial literacy programs for MSMEs.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the economy, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. However, many MSMEs face challenges in financial management that impact their financial performance. This research aims to explore the influence of financial literacy, social capital, and managerial innovation on the financial performance of MSMEs in Indonesia. The approach used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with bibliometric analysis, thematic analysis and content analysis of 29 relevant scientific articles. Data were collected from international databases such as Scopus and Web of Science, with a focus on publications between 2002 to 2024. Findings show that financial literacy and social capital significantly improve the financial performance of MSMEs, while managerial innovation serves as a mediator that strengthens the relationship. This research provides theoretical contributions by integrating the Resource-Based View, Social Capital Theory, and Dynamic Capabilities Theory, as well as practical implications for the development of more effective MSME empowerment programs. These findings are expected to help policy makers and practitioners in designing strategies that support the growth and sustainability of MSMEs.

This study aims to explore digitalization strategies in optimizing the use of social media to increase competitiveness and sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector (MaMin) in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). In the post-pandemic business landscape and the Industrial Revolution 4.0, digitalization has become a strategic necessity, but its utilization has not been maximized among NTB MSMEs. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with nine respondents consisting of MaMin MSME players, this study explores the strategic dimensions of digital adoption, patterns of social media utilization, and constraints and potentials of digital transformation at the grassroots level. The grand theory used is the Resource-Based View (RBV) to understand how digital capabilities as unique resources create competitive advantage. The results found five main digitalization strategies: digital literacy, product visualization content, customer interaction, platform integration, and social media algorithm trend adaptation. This study offers practical and theoretical contributions in the development of a digitalization strategy model based on locality and digital culture of regional MSMEs.

This study explores the impact of social media influencers on consumer behavior inside the context of digital technology. Through a scientific literature evaluation method, this research investigates different factors that influence influencers have an effect on, including credibility, type of content, social media platform, and level of engagement. The research findings underscore the significance of a deep understanding of the role of influencers in shaping consumer behavior and offer valuable insights for brands and companies in designing powerful advertising strategies.

This research aims to investigate the influence of certain factors on financial inclusion in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the City of Surabaya. The quantitative analysis method was used by collecting data through questionnaires from 100 respondents who were MSME owners. The research results show that financial risk factors have a positive and significant influence on financial inclusion, while the perceived usefulness and trust factors do not have a significant influence. These findings provide important insights for stakeholders in designing policies that support MSME financial inclusion in the city of Surabaya.

This research targets to explore the important role of forensic accounting in detecting and preventing financial fraud amidst dynamic changes within the business world. Through a systematic literature review method, we explore the contribution of forensic accounting through in-depth investigations of financial records, identification of suspicious activity patterns, collaboration with security and legal authorities, and fraud prevention through financial control design. The results verify that forensic accounting isn't the most effective retrospective tool, but also proactive in mitigating the chance of financial fraud in the future. This has a look at summarizing these findings with the reason of presenting a holistic view of the essential role of forensic accounting in keeping a company's financial integrity.

Tulisan ini membahas aktivisme sosial yang dijalankan LAKPESDAM PCNU Kabupaten Bima dalam ranah pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Oi Bura Kecamatan Tambora Kabupaten Bima Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Kajian ini menjadi penting artinya untuk memetakan secara utuh kontribusi NGO sebagai salah satu aktor non-negara dalam memberdayakan masyarakat miskin atau tertinggal. Tugas pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pengentasan kemiskinan sebenarnya merupakan tanggung jawab penuh pemerintah sebagaimana diamanatkan oleh konstitusi yang berlaku di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Meskipun demikian, peran aktor dan organisasi yang berada di luar sektor pemerintah, seperti NGO, juga sangat dibutuhkan dalam melaksanakan tugas semacam itu demi akselerasi perwujudan kesejahteraan sosial secara menyeluruh. Melalui pendekatan studi kasus, kajian ini tertuju pada kondisi terkini kehidupan sosial-ekonomi masyarakat Desa Oi Bura dan peran pemberdayaan sosial yang dijalankan LAKPESDAM PCNU Kabupaten Bima. Unsur pimpinan organisasi, tim pelaksana program pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan beberapa warga menjadi subyek penelitian. Mengacu pada sejumlah temuan lapangan, aktivisme sosial LAKPESDAM PCNU Kabupaten Bima melalui program “Peduli” selama dua tahun (2014-2016) di Desa Oi Bura adalah bersifat signifikan serta kontributif menumbuhkan kesadaran sosial dan keberdayaan warga. NGO tersebut mampu mentransfer pengetahuan tentang inklusi sosial, mengintensifkan pemberian layanan dasar, dan memperluas akses interaksi warga dengan Pemerintah Desa.

Dalam melakukan dan menjalankan suatu bisnis dibutuhkan SDM yang mampu memahami dan meng-update kemajuan dan perkembangan jaman. Hal tersebut dibutuhkan legalitas usaha guna mendapatkan kepastian hukum pada bisnis yang dijalankan tersebut, literasi keuangan guna memberikan pemahaman tentang manfaat laporan keuangan untuk keberlanjutan usahanya, fintech guna memperluas jaringan bisnis dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggannya. Program PKM ini memberikan edukasi pada para pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya legalitas usaha, literasi keuangan dan penggunaan fintech dalam keberlanjutan usahanya, serta memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan NIB secara online dan pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana. Metode PKM yang digunakan yaitu service learning dengan 3 tahap (persiapan, pelayanan, dan refleksi). Program PKM ini dilaksanakan di hotel Lombok Beach pada bulan Desember 2022 selama 5 hari dengan peserta calon pelaku UMKM dan para pelaku UMKM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa para pelaku UMKM dalam berdayasaing diperlukan legalitas usaha (NIB), SDM yang memahami laporan keuangan dan manfaat laporan keuangan untuk keberkanjutan usahanya, menerapkan pencatatan akuntansi pada transaksi bisnisnya, serta menggunakan dan memanfaatkan fintech dalam transaksi bisnisnya. Pihak pemerintah dapat mensuport dan menfasilitasi kebutuhan para pelaku UMKM yang ada di wilayah kerjanya tersebut.
