<![CDATA[Anemia masih menjadi salah satu kesehatan masyarakat yang paling banyak dijumpai dibelahan dunia. Anak-anak dan wanita usia subur (WUS) adalah kelompok yang paling berisiko, dengan perkiraan prevalensi anemia pada balita sebesar 47 persen, pada wanita hamil sebesar 42 persen, dan pada wanita yang tidak hamil usia 15-49 tahun sebesar 30 persen. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jambi, kejadian anemia di Puskesmas Putri Ayu sebanyak 141 orang Apabila anemia pada WUS tidak diatasi akan mengakibatkan risiko kematian maternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan terhadap kejadian anemia pada wanita usia subur (WUS) di Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi Tahun 2021.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi yang akan dilakukan pada bulan September tahun 2021. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh wanita usia subur yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi pada bulan Agustus 2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden tidak mengalami anemia sebanyak 26 responden (72,2%) dan sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup sebanyak 31 responden (86,1%) tentang anemia.Tidak ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan terhadap kejadian anemia pada wanita usia subur (WUS) dengan p value 1,000 > 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan terhadap kejadian anemia pada wanita usia subur (WUS). Untuk itu, diharapkan petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan informasi dan meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan pada wanita usia subur yang memiliki tanda dan gejala anemia untuk mencegah terjadinya anemia sejak dini.]]>

<![CDATA[Pemerintah dalam hal ini kementerian pendidikan, kebudayaan, riset dan teknologi Republik Indonesia bertanggung jawab dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Pemerintah terus berupaya agar kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia sejajar dengan kualitas pendidikan negara lain di dunia. Salah satu upaya pemerintah meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan adalah menyelaraskan pendidikan dengan dunia industri. Pemerintah mengeluarkan PP Nomor 29 tahun 1990 yang isinya antara lain terkait instruksi untuk mempersiapkan siswa SMK menjadi tenaga siap kerja, menjadi dasar perancangan konsep link and match Sejak dirumuskan tahun 1993, realisasi “link and match” terus disempurnakan, mulai dari sistem ganda (magang) hingga kampus merdeka. Pendidikan tenaga kesehatan termasuk pendidikan keperawatan sejak awal berdiri sudah menerapkan kuriklum dengan menyelaraskan pendidikan dengan dunia industri khususnya industri pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil analisis terlihat bahwa lulusan D.III keperawatan lebih banyak menyatakan sesuai (78,6%) antara ilmu yang diperoleh selama di kampus sesuai dengan praktik saat setelah bekerja di rumah sakit, jika dibandingkan dengan jenjang pendidikan D.V, S1 dan S2 keperawatan/kesehatan yang menyata-kan sesuai hanya 55,1%. Terkait dengan pengelolaan manajemen terlihat bahwa, sebagian besar (68%) responden menyatakan bahwa sesuai atau selaras antara ilmu yang diperoleh selama di kampus dengan pengelolaan manajemen di rumah sakit atau dengan kata lain sebagian besar resonden menyatakan ada link and match dunia pendidikan dengan dunia kerja]]>

<![CDATA[Jumlah wanita didunia yang memasuki fase menopause diperkirakan mencapai 1,94 milyar orang. Populasi wanita yang mengalami menopause di dunia mencapai 894 juta orang dan diperkirakan pada tahun 2030 mendatang jumlah perempuan di dunia yang memasuki masa menopause akan mencapai 1,2 milyar orang. Jenis penelitian adalah survey analitik serta desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah crosssectional dengan jumlah populasi 144 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 60 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sismatik random sampling. Pengumpulan berupa kuisioner yang dibagikan pada seluruh ibu yang berusia 45-59 tahun di Desa Pulau Rengas Ulu wilayah kerja puskesmas Bangko Barat. Proses analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan metode komputerisasi dan menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada hubungan antara sikap ibu (p=0,00), dukungan suami (p=0,009) terhadap kesiapan ibu menghadapi masa menopause (p=0,144). <![CDATA[This study aims to look at the description of vocational nurses' perceptions of the competencies obtained during their education on campus with those faced in the world of work after working, especially in hospitals. So far, nursing vocational higher education in Indonesia in the learning process has implemented the concept of link and match, this is in line with current government policy, the government gives full attention to vocational education. The design used in this study is a survey method using online questionnaire filling techniques using google form. The results showed that most respondents stated that their competence was appropriate or aligned between the knowledge gained while on campus and when working in the hospital. so far, the nursing vocational higher education curriculum applies the concept of link and match in the learning process. In the learning process, students obtain various forms of learning experiences, including learning experiences in the classroom, laboratory, clinical and field vehicles, and are equipped with learning facilities and infrastructure that are in accordance with standards and a high percentage of semester credit for laboratory, clinical and field practicum.]]>

<![CDATA[Penyandang hipertensi di dunia meningkat setiap tahunnya. Ada sekitar 1,13 Miliar orang yang artinya 1 dari 3 orang di dunia terdiagnosis hipertensi. Sala satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan manajemen diri sehingga dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan dalam mengatasi hipertensi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan self management dengan status tekanan darah pasien hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Klinik International SOS Kalimantan Timur 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penderita hipertensi dengan jumlah sampel 58 orang menggunakan proportional random sampling dengan uji chi-Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa self management pasien hipertensi berada dalam kategori baik sebanyak 36 orang (62,1 %), status tekanan darah pasien hipertensi berada dalam kategori terkontrol sebanyak 40 orang (69,0%), kategori tidak terkontrol sebanyak 18 orang (31,0%). Hasil uji statistik (Chi-Square) didapatkan bahwa p-value (0,005) < α (0,05) maka berarti terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara manajemen diri dengan status tekanan darah pasien hipertensi di wilayah kerja Klinik Internasional SOS Kalimantan Timur Tahun 2023.Sebagai ujung tombak pemberi layanan, maka petugas kesehatan disarankan rutin melaksanakan monitoring dan evaluasi serta melakukan pemeriksaan secara berkala melalui kunjungan rumah untuk meningkatkan manajemen diri pasien hipertensi.]]>

<![CDATA[Triage, which comes from the French word trier, means sorting or sorting patients based on the patient's ABCD, the severity of the injury, the priority scale of the disease emergency, and the patient's life expectancy, so that the time needed to assess and stabilize the patient is not too long. The purpose of triage is not only to provide fast action but also to prevent disability and death of the patient. The research purposes to find out the description of nurses' knowledge regarding triage at the Emergency Room of Hospital Jambi. The design used in this study is descriptive quantitative w. here the variables are examined at the same time which aims to obtain an overview of the level of knowledge of nurses regarding triage in the IGD RS Jambi. samples from all existing populations, namely 50 nurses who were all on duty at the Emergency Room of Hospital. Province Jambi. Conclusion, results this research the level of knowledge of respondents about triage, the researcher can explain that the level of knowledge of respondents about triage is mostly good with a total frequency of 33 people or 66%, while respondents with sufficient knowledge are 17 people or 33%, meaning that most of the 33 respondents have good ability about triage. It can be concluded that the better the level of knowledge of the nurses, the better the understanding of nurses in the implementation of triage in the management emergency room]]>

<![CDATA[Work stress often occurs among workers in the health sector. Borril and Charnley (2012) in Yana (2014) stated that although all professional staff in hospitals are at risk of stress, nurses have higher levels of stress.Nurses act as important liaisons in a hospital, one example is a surgical room nurse. The duties and responsibilities of operating room nurses are not light things to bear. Performance is real behavior displayed by each person as a work achievement produced by employees in accordance with their role in the company.The performance of nurses in this room in 2015 showed that 51.8% of nurses still had sufficient performance. Work stress is one of the things that influences employee performance. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between work stress levels and the performance of surgical room nurses at RSU Raden Mattaher Jambi.This research design uses descriptive observational with a cross sectional approach. The population was all 65 operating room nurses. The sampling method used is total sampling. The independent variable is the level of work stress and the dependent variable is the nurse's performance. Data collection uses questionnaire sheets and statistical tests. The results of the chi-square test obtained a p-value of 0.018<0.05, which means that Ho was rejected, so it was concluded that there was a relationship between work stress and the performance of surgical room nurses at the Central Surgery installation at the Raden Mattaher General Hospital, Jambi in 2023.The high level of work stress of nurses is related to nurses' performance being at an adequate level. The lower the level of work stress, the better the nurse's performance will be. To reduce work stress levels, nurses need to carry out work stress management training so that performance becomes better.The suggestion from this research is that RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi can make more efforts to reduce work stress in operating room nurses and in other rooms or units]]>
