Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas dilaporkan sangat rentan menjadi korban bencana, baik terluka ataupun meninggal akibat bencana dengan jumlah yang signifikan. Jumlah penyandang disabilitas yang meninggal saat bencana dapat mencapai 2 kali lipat dari masyarakat umum. Tujuan dari penulisan ini yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan kesiap siagaan kebencanaan tsunami dan gempa bumi pada siswa penyandang disabilitas di Kabupaten Aceh Timur, Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini melibatkan Kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa SLB Aceh Timur. Intrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi dan lembar studi dokumen. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 20 indikator terdiri dari kebijakan sekolah dengan jumlah 4 indikator; perencanaan kesiapsiagaan dengan 9 indikator; dan mobilisasi sumber daya dengan 7 indikator menghasilkan bahwa sebesar 20% (4 indikator) sudah diterapkan dan sebesar 80% (16 indikator) yang belum diterapkan. Simpulan: Kapasitas kesiapsiagaan SLB Aceh Timur dalam menghadapi bencana di Kabupaten Aceh Timur masih kurang.

Abstract

An effort to improve the learning outcomes of physics in the learning process in junior high school is by applying the training pattern of education, including providing motivation to students. Repeating lessons (Remedial Teaching). Measuring student learning outcomes between what is taught by educating patterns and ordinary pattern patterns. This research hypothesis the writer formulates the application of training patterns to educate physics smart children to improve physics learning achievement. The population in this study were all students in grade 1 of SMP Negeri 1 Langsa academic year 2017/2018. numbering 162 people. Samples were taken in 2 random sampling classes from the entire population, a sample of 82 people. Data collection techniques used the "Experiment" method, where class I3 was the experimental class and class I1 was the control class. The results of data processing can be concluded that by using educating patterns, students will be smart in physics lessons at SMP Negeri 1 Langsa in the academic year 2017/2018

Abstract

Gampong Kuala Leuge terletak di pesisir pantai Timur aceh tepatnya di kecamatan Peurelak kabupaten Aceh Timur propinsi Aceh, Indonesia. Daerah ini juga memiliki sumber daya alam berupa ekosistem yang pada umumnya masyarakat setempat memanen hasil tangkapan ikan untuk dijadikan senjata ekonomi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pemahaman masyarakat dalam mengatasi bencana yang timbul di daerah pesisir di daerahnya. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui kesiap siagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana yang dapat terjadi pada sewaktu-waktu tertentu. Metode penelitian ini telah dilakukan selama 3 (tiga) bulan pada Mei sampai Juli 2018. Penelitian meliputi Data Lapangan dan Metode sosialisasi kepada masyarakat di kabupaten Aceh Timur Gampong Kuala Leuge. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pemahaman masyarakat dalam mengatasi bencana yang timbul di daerah pesisir di daerahnya mitigasi struktural, berupa pembuatan infrastruktur sebagai pendorong minimalisasi dampak dan penggunaan pendekatan teknologi.

Abstract

Persons with disabilities meet unique challenges in each stage of disaster management, the only thing that is seen is physical disturbances, but what actually happens is physical, social, and economic disturbances. These problems must immediately get a solution because Indonesia has ratified the Convention on the Right of Person With Dsability (CRPD) through Law 19 of 2011. The goal is to provide alternative solutions for persons with disabilities in dealing with disasters that arise in the East Aceh region, Providing additional knowledge to persons with disabilities about the importance of facing disaster awareness that often occurs in the East Aceh region. Directly teach how simulation in the face of disasters that will occur in the East Aceh region for persons with disabilities and motivate the region of persons with disabilities to always be active and prepared to face disasters that will occur at any time. This Community Service Method has been conducted for 3 (three) months from May to July 2019. The service is carried out in the first way, socialization to students with disabilities in East Aceh district. The results of the dedication show that disaster mitigation socialization provides an alternative in understanding students with disabilities so that people can know how to deal with disasters such as floods, earthquakes and others that often occur in coastal areas. Students and teachers better understand how to deal with disaster mitigation and related first aid in the face of a disaster that occurs and how to deal with the alertness of disaster mitigation. The lack of knowledge of teachers and students in knowing how to deal with natural disasters and the limitations of communication tools in Special Schools East Aceh District is very lagging and in general students and teachers around do not have access to handling disaster mitigation in the Special District School of East Aceh.

Abstract

Cases of land ownership conflicts often occur in Aceh, sometimes even pose a serious threat to the management of plantation companies, both private and state-owned. This threat is no joke, so the very undesirable thing is the release and transfer of ownership to the total community. The people of Gajah Meuntah Village are villagers who have lived for years mixed with plantation ownership of PT. Patria Kamou. It is difficult to distinguish which property belongs to the garden and which belongs to the village. The community believes that their lands and villages were stolen by the plantations in 1988, with PT. Gajah Meuntah became PT. Patria Kamou. Citizens' movement as a form of struggle began in 2010 but has always been stymied. After the period ended December 31, 2013, the turmoil emerged with extraordinary power, namely demanding re-egendom to the communal land. The negotiations were initiated by the Langsa Regional Police Station, and subsequently measured by the Aceh Regional Office in 2015, accompanied by the YARA Team.

Abstract

The development of acid sulfate land for agricultural land faces many obstacles, including high soil acidity and low P nutrient availability due to fixation by Al and Fe. Soil characteristics in the Langsa City area are classified as marginal soils with high soil acidity. But to ensure the successful management of acid sulfate into productive agricultural land must be managed properly. One effort can be done to ensure the successful management of acid sulfate land into productive land. This research was conducted in the acid sulfate field of Simpang Wie village, East Langsa Subdistrict, Langsa City, which was conducted in Mai until September 2019. This study aimed to determine the P dose of some soybean varieties in potential acid sulfate fields. This research used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with 2 replications. The first factor is the soybean variety factor (V) which consists of 4 varieties namely V1 = Burangrang, V2 = Sibayak, V3 = Anjasmoro, and V4 = Willis and the second factor is the dose of Phosphorus fertilizer (P) which consists of 4 levels namely P1 = 0 kg P2O5, P2 = 36 kg P2O5, P3 = 72 kg P2O5 and P4 = 108 kg P2O5. Provision of Phosphorus nutrients in various soybean varieties significantly differ in plant height at ages 4 and 6 MST, number of productive branches at age 6 MST, number of pods per plant, the weight of 100 soybean seeds, and nutrient content of acid sulfate soils. The best phosphorus nutrient to increase the growth and yield of soybean plants in acid sulfate soils is 108 kg ha-1 P2O5. Willis soybean varieties are more responsive to the supply of Phosphate nutrients in acid sulfate soils which are characterized by the best growth and yield of soybeans compared to other varieties.

Abstract

Based on the Physics Education Study Program curriculum at the FKIP Samudra University, 1st Basic Physics course in the first semester of the lecture, where the course is 4 credits. The learning process, 3 credits of face-to-face process in the classroom, 1 credits carry out lab work in the laboratory. Problem formulation, "How far is the implementation of the 2017/2018 odd semester 1 Physics course practicum in the Physics study program FKIP Samudra University. The purpose of this study is," To find out the practicum of the Basic Physics course 1 odd semester 2017/2018 in physics studies FKIP Samudra University. The population of this study is, "All 2017/2018 odd semester students in the physics study program at the FKIP Samudra University, amounted to 23 people. Sampling was taken by total sampling, so the sample size was 23 people. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire, which was divided into 23 students data processing methods, using simple statistics namely "percentage formula", namely: . onclusion, based on the results of research and data processing, the authors draw the following conclusions: 1. Basic Physics Practicum 1 semester 2017/2018 in the Physics study program FKIP Samudra University has been implemented, but is still limited to material: Calipers, scrop micrometers and waves . 2. There are basic physics practicum material 1 that have not been carried out in the 2017/2018 odd and fluid semester in optics, although equipment and facilities are available. Abstract

Abstract Salah satu media yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran fisika adalah alat-alat yang tersedia di laboratorium. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada SMP Negeri 3 Langsa yang berjudul “Peranan Penggunaan Alat Laboratorium Sebagai Media Dalam Pembelajaran Suhu Pada SMP Negeri 3 Langsa Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019”. Rumusan masalah: “Berperankah alat laboratorium sebagai media dalam pembelajaran Suhu Pada SMP Negeri 3 Langsa Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019”. Tujuan penelitian: “ Untuk mengamati peranan alat laboratorium sebagai media dalam pembelajaran Suhu pada SMP Negeri 3 Langsa Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah, “Seluruh siswa kelas VII semester 1 tahun pembelajaran 2018/2019 SMP Negeri 3 Langsa sebanyak sepuluh kelas dengan jumlah siswa 250 orang. Sedangkan sampel kelas VII 1 dan Kelas VII 2 yaitu 62 orang. Metode untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode “Metode eksperimentasi”. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini : adalah “Tes”, Metode pengolahan data digunakan “t-tes”, menurut Sudjana (2008:239), dirumuskan : Kesimpulan : berdasarkan uji-t yang mempunyai nilai thitung > ttabel, atau 2,9 > 1,67, maka hasil penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan : “ Bahwa alat laboratorium relatif berperan sebagai media dalam pembelajaran Suhu SMP Negeri 3 Langsa Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Abstract

Abstract: The goal of this study was to identify the factors that affect geography students' abilities to use digital tsunami-based maps for disaster mitigation. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in this work. The findings demonstrated that students' learning outcomes in the disaster mitigation sub-materials were significantly impacted by the usage of digital maps in geography instruction. The skills of lecturers, student responses to utilizing tsunami-based digital maps as learning resources, and classroom learning activities between lecturers and students all have an impact on how well students can utilize tsunami-based digital maps. Thus, it can be said that digital maps based on tsunamis are helpful in teaching pupils about disaster preparedness.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui unsur-unsur yang mempengaruhi keterampilan mahasiswa geografi dalam mitigasi bencana melalui penggunaan peta digital berbasis tsunami. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan peta digital dalam pembelajaran geografi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada sub materi mitigasi bencana. Kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan peta digital berbasis tsunami dipengaruhi oleh keterampilan dosen, respon mahasiswa dalam menggunakan peta digital berbasis tsunami sebagai media pembelajaran, dan aktivitas pembelajaran antara dosen dan mahasiswa di dalam kelas. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peta digital berbasis tsunami berpengaruh dalam membantu siswa dalam memahami mitagasi bencana.

Abstract

Kejadian pada kehidupan sehari-hari, fenomena alam, jarang sekali berkaitan dengan reaksi nuklir. Hampir semuanya melibatkan gravitasi dan elektromagnetisme. Keduanya adalah bagian dari empat gaya dasar dari alam, dan bukanlah yang terkuat. Namun dua lainnya, gaya nuklir lemah dan gaya nuklir kuat adalah gaya yang bekerja pada range yang pendek dan tidak bekerja di luar inti atom. Inti atom terdiri dari muatan positif yang sesungguhnya akan saling menjauhi jika tidak ada suatu gaya yang menahannya. Henri Becquerel pada tahun 1896 meneliti fenomena fosforesensi pada garam uranium ketika ia menemukan sesuatu yang akhirnya disebut dengan radioaktivitas. Ia, Pierre Curie, dan Marie Curie mulai meneliti fenomena ini. Dalam prosesnya, mereka mengisolasi unsur radium yang sangat radioaktif. Mereka menemukan bahwa material radioaktif memproduksi gelombang yang intens, yang mereka namai dengan alfa, beta, dan gamma.
