Abstract

A company must set a high standard of discipline so that the company can develop quickly. A good company cannot be separated from the performance of employees in the form of standard rules made. With the standard, the company can see employees who excel and can be used as examples for other employees. There are 3 generated criteria such as performance, target and absence. The main purpose of this study is to provide criteria for selecting outstanding employees in a company. This study uses mamdani which uses the lowest min value and uses the AND operator to get the results. There are four things in the Mamdani fuzzy process, the first is the fuzification of the determination of the input value, the second is the application of the implication function, the third is the inference rules and the last is defuzzification. The results of this study can be used as a standard in determining outstanding employees at PT Berkah

Abstract

Lance Island is one of a group of islands around Batam Island, most of the inhabitants are fishermen. The location of Lance Island is very strategic because it is close to several popular tourist destinations. Lance Island also has abundant marine products. Being near a tourist destination does not make this island crowded, lack of promotion and low IT mastery are the causes. Likewise, in the sale of fishermen's catch, they have difficulty finding buyers, so they sell to middlemen at low prices. The purpose of this service is to introduce tourism objects and promote the catch of fishermen through training on making websites and using social media as an alternative to promotional media besides websites and improving English language skills. The method used was to identify mastery of information technology and foreign languages, then continued with training on the creation and use of information technology in the form of web development, social media use, and foreign language training. The result of the training is an increase in tourist visits, an increase in the sale of catches, and the ability to use foreign languages.

Abstract

Pulau Lance merupakan salah satu pulau yang memiliki potensi besar, baik dari sektor kelautan maupun sektor pariwisata. Letaknya yang strategis dan hasil laut yang berlimpah menjadi salah satu kelebihan pulau ini. Namun, potensi yang dimiliki oleh pulau Lance belum banyak diketahui sehingga petensi yang dimiliki tersebut belum bisa dirasakan secara langsung oleh masyarakat. Dibutuhkan keterlibatan teknologi informasi untuk memperkenalkan pulau Lance sehingga potensi yang ada bisa dimaksimalkan. Salah satu teknologi informasi yang bisa dimanfaatkan adalah website. Masyarakat pulau Lance bisa memanfaatkan website untuk dijadikan sebagai sarana promosi dan memperkenalkan produk maupun potensi yang mereka miliki. Untuk itu dibutuhkan pelatihan pembuatan webiste bagi masyarakat pulau Lance. Pelatihan ini ditujukan kepada masyarakat di Pulau Lance Batam terutama masyarakat yang berusia produktif. Pelatihan yang diberikan dengan cara penyampaikan materi secara langsung dan disertai dengan praktek sehingga memudahkan materi untuk bisa dipahami. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi. Dengan keterampilan yang dimiliki, masyarakat dapat memaksimalkan potensi yang mereka miliki sehingga berimbas pada peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat.

Abstract

The search is often used to search for the shortest route, the Hill Climbing Method is a part of the test that uses heuristic functions. The problem that is often encountered is in the form of miscalculations in calculating the distance so that it requires long distances, costs a lot and takes a very long time. To solve this case, it can be solved by making a structure graph by looking at the city points from the two sides of the point to be passed. Using an algorithm can help make it easier to find a location and save time and travel costs that will be passed. This advantage is that all points will be obtained and checked from the right and left sides one by one so as to obtain effective and maximum results. The Hill Climbing method that will be used has the concept of a geographic information system as a guide and is used as a system for decision making. Abstract

Batam city is known as an industrial city in Indonesia; this can be seen from a large number of Indonesians who come to the Riau Islands to work. The company standards in accepting industrial employees can be seen from various aspects, such as age, education, company, opportunities, and job vacancies. Each of these aspects can be used as a decision-making system in predicting unemployment in Batam City. The method in completing this research is using the Sugeno method by taking the highest score and using the operator and. Sugeno's work steps are four. The first is the determination of the input value, the second is the inference engine, the third is the application of the Implementation function, and the fourth is the definition to get the final value—application for determining job vacancies using Matlab software.

Abstract

In the current era of technological development, developments in computer systems are very fast, computerized systems are needed at this time, including to diagnose electrodes in the welding process, frame thermostats on soulplate, because sometimes it's mechanical. Mechanics find it difficult to detect damage to machines due to the absence of a good computerized system. The use of SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) in the industrial world is quite widely used. With this machine humans are greatly helped by the need to make a metal object. So that with the frequent use of these tools, it will also be more vulnerable to damage to these tools. The machine technicians supplied by the company are not proportional to the number of machines. Therefore, to help solve the problem. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for mechanics to detect engine damage. This study uses the Hebb Rule method with the simplest learning method concept. In this method learning is done by fixing the weight values in such a way that if there are 2 connected neurons, and both are 'on' at the same time, then the weight between the two is increased. If the data is represented in a bipolar manner, then the weight is improved. Therefore this method is very useful in solving a problem that occurs. The final result of this research is 1, in which the network can understand the intended pattern. It has a value of 1 because it uses a binary number pattern, not bipolar.

Abstract

Game susunan Abjad merupakan sebuah game yang sering digunakan oleh anak anak Paud yang baru belajar mengenal susunan huruf. Game ini sangat dinikmati oleh anak anak paud karena game ini membutuhkan kosentrasi dan mengadung unsur menarik sehingga mereka tertarik untuk menyelesaikan susunan Game tersebut sesuai dengan ururannya. Game ini sangat bermanfaat untuk menambah kecepatan pola pikir dan tangan mata dan meningkatkan keterampilan anak. Tujuan utama penelitian ini memberikan informasi agar mudah menyelesaiakan kasus permainan puzzle abjad dengan menggunakan sebuat algoritma.Hasil akhir berupa susunan puzzle abjad yang sesuai dengan aturan dengan menggunakan konsep algoritma sehingga memperoleh sistem pengambilan keputusan untuk menyelesaikan permainan puzzle abjad dengan benar.

Abstract

This activity aims to improve the understanding of the Tiban Mas children that physics or science subjects are not only memorized but with an understanding of concepts. This service activity is carried out with the stages of providing material but not directly formulating but followed by demonstration of practical tools and simple simulations on the material by utilizing developing technology. The basic principle is to directly invite the children of the Tiban Mas Residence to demonstrate the application of the physics concepts discussed. In addition, simulations are also shown that stimulate the children of the Tiban Mas Residence to be able to think that what they do every day is always related to physics or science. The technique used in this service activity is carried out in several ways including pretest, interview (focus group discussion), concept giving, through experimental studies (props and practicum), and post test. The results of the pretest showed the results of the means 53.83, after the service activities were carried out, it was continued with the posttest whether there was an increase in the value and the means obtained were 69.16. This service activity involves not only one scientific field but a combination of the fields of physics and engineering. The need for physical science is prioritized for understanding concepts. Meanwhile, engineering science focuses on the effectiveness of the design which includes assembling, installing and experimenting with props and simulations that will be made. This scientific amalgamation increases understanding which can be seen in the increase in posttest scores.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence has a very broad scope so it can solve very complex problems. Hijaiyah letter pattern recognition using the Bidirectional Associative Memory (BAM) method has the ability to detect maximum results for the blind who are learning to recognize hijaiyah letters in producing information using a bipolar system. The problem in this research is the difficulty for blind people in recognizing hijaiyah letters and patterns, so this research was designed to help blind people learn hijaiyah letters so that they can easily understand the patterns and types of letters using the 3x3 order matrix concept. In the BAM has the advantage of layers that are interconnected between one layer and another layer so that they can be connected from the input layer to the output layer. This research will produce a Hijaiyah letter recognition pattern using the 3x3 Matrix system to design a system for identifying Hijaiyah letter patterns. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, there are 5 Hijaiyah letter patterns, namely ا, ث, ج, ذ and ش which are processed by pattern recognition with a value of 1. [1.1] [1,-13],[-1,1][3,-11 ],[1,-1] [-9,-17],] [-1,1][ [13,9], [-1,1][-13,13]. Of the 5 Hijaiyah letter patterns, only 2 letter patterns were able to be recognized by the system, namely the letters ذ and ش, and 3 patterns were not able to be recognized by the system. Thus it can be concluded that not all patterns using the BAM method are able to recognize patterns precisely and correctly.
