Abstract

Professional values in learning activities and work practices. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of basic business administration concept training as a strategy for building students' professional character at SMK Negeri 1 Tangerang City. The training approach was chosen because of its applicability, contextuality, and ability to instill values such as discipline, responsibility, work ethic, as well as communication and cooperation skills. Through a training design that involves simulations of the world of work, case studies, and real administrative practices, students not only gain conceptual understanding, but also internalize positive work attitudes and behaviors. The results of this study show that practice-based training is effective in increasing students' job readiness, strengthening soft skills, and forming a professional culture in the school environment. These findings recommend the integration of training programs into the curriculum as a strategic effort to produce vocational school graduates who are more adaptive, competitive, and in accordance with the needs of the industrial world. This research contributes to the development of vocational education that emphasizes the synergy between competence and character.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM (Pengembangan Kreativitas Mahasiswa) ini adalah memberikan bekal pengetahuan pendidikan non-formal di bidang kewirausahaan kepada pemuda Cettiya Vijja Gana. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan bekerja sama antara Fakultas Buddhi Dharma dan Yayasan Vijja Gana Adhikara yang diselenggarakan di Cettiya Vijja Gana, Kotabumi, Kabupaten Tangerang. Kegiatan berlangsung selama tiga bulan. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam bentuk presentasi materi, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan pembinaan bagi peserta pelatihan. Materi yang disampaikan oleh pembicara disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pemuda Cettiya Vijja Gana. Target output dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah peningkatan soft skill dalam bidang kewirausahaan untuk pemuda Cettiya Vijja Gana.

Abstract

Trademark registration is an effort to protect intellectual property rights (HAKI) which is regulated, approved, and managed by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (DJKI Kemenkumham RI). Trademark is one of intellectual property, where the problem that often occurs in trademark registration is that the trademark registrar is not the creator of the mark. This study seeks to see the Conflict of Interest behind trademark registration as an ethical issue. The urgency of this research is to determine the ethical basis to policy recommendations that can overcome conflicts of interest that occur between brand registrants and brand creation as a creative process. This research is a literature research with a case study approach of Citayam Fashion Week, to examine the Conflict of Interest between brand creators in the interest of protecting creative works and brand registrants in the interest of utilizing economic value. It is hoped that this Conflict of Interest can provide an overview of ethical issues in trademark registration, so that later it can provide policy recommendations that can help resolve disputes over intellectual property registration, especially trademarks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Lokasi, Store Atmosphere, dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Studi Kasus Pada Café Lampion Teluknaga) dengan sampel sebanyak 142 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 yang terdapat pengaruh antara variabel karena memiliki nilai thitung X1 (6.836), X2 (7.244) ,X3 (8.434) yang lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (1.655) dengan taraf signifikan 0.000 yang lebih besar dari 0.05. Terdapat pengaruh antara lokasi, store atmosphere, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Café Lampion Teluknaga baik parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaruh Work-Life Balance, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap loyalitas karyawan Generasi Z di PT Bionic Natura. Loyalitas karyawan merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga stabilitas serta keberlangsungan perusahaan, terutama dengan meningkatnya dominasi Generasi Z di dunia kerja yang memiliki karakteristik, nilai, dan ekspektasi yang berbeda dibandingkan generasi sebelumnya. Generasi Z cenderung lebih memperhatikan keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi, sistem kompensasi yang adil, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, serta adanya kejelasan dalam pengembangan karir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei untuk mengambil pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan strategi sampel jenuh, 100 karyawan Generasi Z PT Bionic Natura diberikan kuesioner untuk diisi guna mengumpulkan data. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 22. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji t (parsial) maupun uji F (simultan) pada tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan secara parsial Work-Life Balance, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan Generasi Z. Secara simultan, keempat variabel tersebut juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa loyalitas Generasi Z tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor finansial, tetapi juga oleh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, kondisi lingkungan kerja, serta kesempatan pengembangan karir yang jelas. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu menerapkan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang terintegrasi guna meningkatkan loyalitas serta menekan tingkat turnover karyawan.

Abstract

The Civics course in higher education plays a strategic role in developing students’ participatory competencies as citizens, particularly amid the complex social realities of peri-urban areas; however, teaching practices often remain confined to normative approaches that insufficiently accommodate students’ concrete experiences. This study aimed to analyze the influence of using reflective portfolios as an assessment component on the development of students’ participatory competencies in the Civics course at Universitas Pradita during the second semester of the 2024–2025 academic year. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a limited Classroom Action Research design involving 21 students divided into three groups. Data were collected through documentation of students’ reflective portfolios and structured interviews, then analyzed through processes of data reduction, categorization, and interpretation based on the framework of civic knowledge, civic skills, and civic disposition. The findings show that reflective portfolios are effective in strengthening students’ conceptual understanding of citizenship issues, developing participatory skills and public communication, and fostering empathy and participatory awareness as citizens. The study concludes that reflective portfolios function not only as assessment instruments but also as transformative learning media that are relevant to students’ social context, thereby underscoring the importance of integrating reflective assessment into Civics learning to support character education and the formation of active and responsible citizens.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to understand consumer behavior regarding the purchase of environmentally friendly products. The respondents selected were those residing in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). However, due to the lack of definitive data on the number of consumers of environmentally friendly products, the researcher used the Hair method to determine the sample size. This was done by multiplying the number of indicators (19) by 10 (a minimum of 190 respondents). This study successfully obtained 194 valid respondents. This research is a deductive-inductive study, using a problem-based approach followed by hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing is the process of proving cause and effect (influence) between exogenous and endogenous variables using the SEM PLS 3.0 analysis tool to process the questionnaire results. The results of the data show that only variables X1 (Green Product) and X2 (Green Price) have a significant influence in forming Z (Consumer Satisfaction), while X3 (Green Promotion) together with Z (consumer satisfaction) have a greater influence on Y (Purchase Decision) while X1 and X2 do not have a significant influence on Y.
