Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh enterprise risk management disclosure, intellectual capital disclosure, dan debt to asset ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017 sampai tahun 2019.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan memenuhi kriteria pemilihan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 57 sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa analisis statistic descriptive, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa enterprise risk management disclosure berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, intellectual capital disclosure tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan debt to asset ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Millennial has its own character of thinking, because when compared to the previous generation who carried out the process of adaptation to the development of information technology, millennial grew and lived with the technology. They thrive with memes, digital markets, electronic money, and social media networks. Virality makes something quickly famous and quickly forgotten, collective memory is limited to how long digital traces can last on the internet. On the basis of that problem, this study was prepared with the question "What is the character of millennial leadership based on the organizational culture of the natural ecosystems they have built?” The purpose of this study is to understand the cultural character of millennial organizations based on their natural ecosystem so that they influence the lead character. This study uses a qualitative method with close observation within a certain period of time for several millennial adolescents involved in the organization as the main sample, categorized based on their level of exposure to the internet. The expected outcome of this research is a deep understanding of how millennial organizational culture influences the character of its leadership.

Abstract

Industri informasi digital mengubah pola bisnis dari pasar konvensional ke pasar digital. Kewirausahaan digital akan mengarah pada kepemimpinan digital, dengan bantuan pengetahuan luas untuk berbagai penggunaan teknologi informasi digital. Tetapi transisi dari paradigma digital semacam ini menyisakan beberapa masalah besar, ketika pemimpin atau pengikut dalam industri bisnis baru dapat beradaptasi dengan teknologi semacam ini, namun terus berkembang maju sepanjang waktu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat strategi untuk kepemimpinan digital berdasarkan pendekatan situasional kepemimpinan. Alasannya adalah karena pendekatan situasional menawarkan fleksibilitas gaya kepemimpinan dengan menentukan tingkat kesiapan pengikut.

Abstract

In the analysis of business development, there are financial and non-financial aspects. Non-financial aspects in the interpretive paradigm can be used to reveal other things that can be concluded from the data found in the analysis. This article seeks to reveal how the role of non-financial aspects can be used as an interpretive paradigm in economics research and other interdisciplinary research. This study uses philosophical research methods with data sources obtained from research by Ginny et al. regarding the potential for developing the Babussalam Al Barokah dairy farming business in Bogor Regency. The result of this research is that the interpretive paradigm can be used to explore the data found in non-financial aspects of business development analysis.

Abstract

Dairy Farming Business experienced an increase in production as of 2017, but was only able to meet 22% of the national milk consumption needs in the same year. This is in the perspective of a business feasibility study, it is considered that it has not maximized its potential. The main reason why the national milk demand is high is the high dependence of dairy farmers on the milk processing industry. On the other hand, the milk processing industry itself prioritizes imported raw materials. This situation will not be profitable for cattle farmers, where they are like "trapped" in the supply chain without any certainty to develop their business. This study aims to answer these problems through a business feasibility study approach, so that it can provide recommendations for dairy farmers and entrepreneurs to develop their businesses, according to their potential. The approach used in this research is a business feasibility study analysis by taking into account the non-financial and financial aspects simultaneously to find the potential for development in a business. Non-financial aspects consist of law, market and marketing, technical and technology, management and human resources, economic and social, environment. While the financial aspect consists of financial payback period, net present value, internal rate of return, profitability index. The expected results of this research are the feasibility of livestock business and business development recommendations based on their potential.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how big the influence between product quality and price on purchasing decisions at Roti. The study was conducted on 100 consumers of bread through the distribution of questionnaires. The method used in this research is descriptive method and qualitative method. In addition to calculating the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, this study also calculated the relationship between variables. The correlation between product prices and purchasing decisions is 0.539, while the correlation between product quality and purchasing decisions is 0.296, so it can be said that the relationship between the three variables is quite strong and the product price variable has a positive relationship, while the product quality variable has a positive relationship. to purchasing decisions. From the results of the F test of model 1, the value of 81.846 was obtained and model 2 was found to be rated at 53.589, where the value is greater than the F table of 3.09, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In the t-test, the results of t-count product quality are 5.924, and t-count prices are 3.776 when compared to t-table of 1

Abstract

Tokopedia is a huge marketplace in Indonesia, such a state becomes one of the reasons of which the study was conducted, namely to discover the extent to which Customer Relationship Management (X1) and Service Quality (X2) affect Customer Satisfaction (Y). This study was a casual descriptive research that collected data through questionnaire as primary data. The study acquired 50 respondents in which the results were processed using SPSS26 to discover the effect of Variables X1 and X2 on Y. The study results have concluded that the factors of customer relationship management and service quality positively affect the decision making of customers. These two factors affected more than 64 percent in establishing the condition of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi,pelatihan dan penilaian kerja terhadap variabel kualitas kinerja karyawan pada PT. Axindo Duta Perkasa dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 106 karayawan . Kemudian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh dari masing-masing variable. Hasil dari uji analisis liner berganda Y = 20.751 + 0.227 X1 + 0.145 X2 + 0.185 X3 dan koefisien kolerasi(R) Motivasi sebesar 0.445 sedang, lalu koefiesien kolerasi Pelatihan sebesar 0.448 sedang serta koefisien kolerasi penilaian kerja sebesar 0.460 sedang. Hasil dari koefisien desterminan sebesar 0.322 atau  32.2%, nilai tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa variable independen Motivasi, Pelatihan, Dan Penilaian Kerja mampu menjelaskan 32.2% kepada variabel dependen Kualitas Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya 67.8% (100%-32.2%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor variabel lain diluar dari penelitian ini. Untuk nilai t (hitung ) Motivasi sebesar 5.016, nilai t (hitung ) pelatihan sebesar 5.109, nilai t (hitung ) penilaian kerja  sebesar 5.288, dibandingkan dengan nilai t(table) 1.983  artinya Motivasi, pelatihan dan penilaian kerja dapat mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja karyawan. F(hitung) Motivasi , Pelatihan dan Penilaian Kerja sebesar 16.144 lebih besar dari F(table) 2.69 05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama antara Motivasi, Pelatihan dan Penilaian Kerja terhadap Kualitas Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Axindo Duta Perkasa.

Abstract

Character building or character formation is an urgent need in the midst of these conditions. Character formation is an effort to instill positive values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, cooperation and empathy in individuals, especially the younger generation. This character building training was carried out at SMK PGRI 31 Legok Tangerang, and it was found that based on the post test results it was found that of the 41 respondents, it was known that 57.1 percent did not know themselves well. However, 92.9 percent know well what they like and what they can do. This means that they are able to recognize themselves in the outer layers of themselves, such as understanding potential and tastes. Capital is very important for self-knowledge. Apart from that, it was recorded that 61 percent of participants already knew their life goals.

Abstract

Penelitian yang saya lakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk dan Kaman terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Marketplace Shopee di Toko Solvex.id dan di lakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel yang saya teliti dengan menggunakan  sample sebanyak 100 orang yang sudah dipilih. Data yang yang sudah diperoleh selanjutnya akan di olah menggunakan software SPSS versi 20, Berdasarkan hasil uji t kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai thitung  2.525 > 1.98472 (ttabel) dengan nilai signifikan 0.000<0,05 thitung, nilai uji kualitas produk dengan nilai thitung   2.141> 1.98472 (ttabel) dengan nilai signifikan 0.000<0,05 thitung sedangkan nilai uji kemasan dengan nilai thitung  2.457 > 1.98472 (ttabel) dengan nilai signifikan 0.000<0,05 thitung,  maka dapat di simpulkan Ho di tolak dan Ha diterima dan dari hasil uji Fhitung yaitu senilai 16,973 > 2,70 (ftabel) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat kesimpulan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Kualitas Produk (X2), Kemasan (X3) mempunyai pengaruh secara bersamaan (simultan) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan  (Y).
