Abstract

Assistance in the financial reporting of village administration is a strategic effort to enhance the capacity and accountability of village governments in managing finances transparently and in accordance with regulations. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of implementing financial reporting assistance for village officials, particularly through the use of the Village Financial System application (Sistem Keuangan Desa or SISKEUDES). A participatory approach was employed, using observation, interviews, and document review methods to compare financial reporting practices before and after the implementation of assistance. The results show a significant improvement in the technical capabilities of village officials, timeliness in financial report submissions, and better organization of administrative documents. Furthermore, the program encouraged public transparency by publishing summary reports to the community. Existing challenges include limited human resources and the need for continuous training. Therefore, financial reporting assistance has proven to be a relevant and effective intervention in strengthening good village financial governance.

Abstract

Retail businesses within pesantren environments face unique challenges, particularly in maintaining consistent customer engagement and managing financial records. This community service initiative, conducted by lecturers from STIE Latifah Mubarokiyah (STIELM), aimed to enhance the managerial capacity of retail business units under the Suryalaya Islamic Boarding School by developing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies and providing technical assistance in financial report preparation. The activity employed a participatory and hands-on learning approach. Thirty participants from pesantren-affiliated retail businesses joined the sessions, which covered CRM principles, customer loyalty programs, and basic bookkeeping. Practical outputs included the formulation of customer service guidelines and structured income-expenditure records. Evaluation results indicated that 87% of participants gained new insights and expressed confidence in applying CRM techniques and financial recording practices. This initiative has laid the groundwork for more structured retail business management in pesantren-based enterprises.

Abstract

The digital era has transformed the way organizations manage their human resources, demanding adaptive skills, digital competencies, and agile systems. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in rural and semi-urban areas, often struggle to adapt to these rapid changes due to limited knowledge, technology access, and workforce readiness. This community service program aimed to enhance the human resource management (HRM) capacity of MSME actors in Tasikmalaya through digital literacy training, workforce planning, and the introduction of simple HR digital tools. Using the IPOO framework (Input–Process–Output–Outcome), the program was attended by 30 MSME owners and managers and facilitated by faculty members from STIE Latifah Mubarokiyah. Results showed increased understanding of HRM principles, improved ability to manage digital workforces, and enthusiasm to adopt digital tools for employee data and task tracking. This initiative underscores the importance of equipping MSMEs with modern HR skills to remain competitive and sustainable in the digital age.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of fundamnetal factor and macroeconomicfaktor on telecommunications sector stock prices. This study uses financial management theory related to the variables of stock prices, Earning Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio, Inflasi, Economic Growth. The Research method used in descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study is a telecommunications sector that is registered on LQ45 used is 4 companies with a period of 2019-2022 The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis using Eviews 9 Software. The results of this study are based on the t test on EXCL, TLKM, TOWR Earning Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio, Inflation, Economic Growth Rate does not significantly affect stock prices. At the TBIG company, the Debt To Equity Ratio has a significant effect on stock prices. Based on the F test, it shows Earning Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio, Inflation, and Economic Growth simultaneously or jointly have a significant effect on the stock prices of TLKM and TBIG companies

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan wawasan kepada pengelola Bioflok Desa Tanjungmulya mengenai pengetahuan praktis dan sederhana dalam pengelolaan keuangan sesuai dengan prinsip dalam manajemen keuangan. Metode pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang digunakan adalah metode klasikal dengan pendekatan diskusi, tanya jawab, dan simulasi dengan maksud agar materi dapat diterima oleh anggota Bioflok. Diharapkan setelah dilakukannya program pengabdian ini, para anggota memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan sebagai anggota yang terampil mengelola keuangan dengan tepat untuk keberlangsungan Bioflok.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan feminisme liberal dan nilai pendidikan yang terdapat dalam novel Guru Aini karya Andrea Hirata dengan sudut pandang tokoh utama perempuan dalam novel yakni Aini dan Guru Desi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah bahasa yang digunakan dalam novel dengan metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ialah teknik pustaka, teknik simak dan teknik catat. Data penelitian berupa kalimat, frasa, kata, wacana dan paragraf yang berisi feminisme liberal dalam bentuk perjuangan perempuan yang dipresentasikan sebagai sosok yang kuat. Selain itu, terdapat perjuangan kesetaraan hak perempuan dalam pendidikan dan pengambilan keputusan, dan nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam novel Guru Aini karya Andrea Hirata. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi referensi dalam kaitannya dengan bidang sastra untuk melakukan penelitian yang berbeda.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower the community in Kertaraharja Village, Ciamis Regency, through the development of its Car Free Day (CFD) tourism potential. Kertaraharja Village boasts beautiful natural landscapes, including vast rice fields and views of Mount Sawal, which are utilized as a Car Free Day location every Sunday. This CFD event not only serves as a culinary and sports tourism destination but also provides a platform for numerous Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to sell their products. However, optimizing this potential still faces challenges related to marketing, product diversification, and community participation. The methods used in this activity include identifying tourism potential, conducting a SWOT analysis to formulate development strategies, and implementing digital marketing and MSME empowerment programs. The activity was carried out with a participatory approach through training and mentoring for local communities and MSME actors. The results indicate that Kertaraharja Village has significant potential for developing sustainable tourism through CFD, but requires continuous management and innovative marketing strategies. The community empowerment strategies implemented include strengthening MSME institutions, diversifying culinary and local products, and utilizing digital platforms for promotion. This approach has been proven to increase local economic activity, product diversification, and strengthen community institutions, thereby contributing to improving the economic welfare of the community in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Literasi Keuangan dalam Membentuk Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan Mahasiswa Latifah Mubarokiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori manajemen keuangan yang membahas terkait dengan literasi keuangan dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Latifah Mubarokiyah serta sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 93 mahasiswa yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan literasi keuangan mahasiswa Latifah Mubarokiyah termasuk dalam klasifikasi baik. Sedangkan perilaku manajemen keuangan mahasiswa Latifah Mubarokiyah termasuk dalam klasifikasi baik juga. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dinyatakan bahwa variabel literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan sebesar 58,6% terhadap variabel perilaku pengelolaan keuangan dan sisanya sebesar 41,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan, keputusan pembelian konsumen, serta pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko Huda Optik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Data penelitian terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder yang bersumber dari literatur serta dokumen pendukung. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berada pada kategori baik dengan perolehan skor sebesar 4.021, sedangkan keputusan pembelian konsumen berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor sebesar 3.238. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,586 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 38%.
