Abstract

Semua organisasi dituntut untuk lebih meningkat kinerja kerja karyawan agar dapat mengembangkan organisasi tersebut. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi salah satunya adalah Sumber Daya Manusia. Melalui Pengembangan karier yang pada diri dari setiap karyawan, Maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Selain Pengembangan karier, Pelatihan kerja juga menjadi faktor karena Pelatihan kerja Merupakan adalah sesuatu yang berada di dalam setiap karyawan yang dapat mempengaruhi apakah terdapat Pengaruh Pengembangan karier dan Pelatihan kerja Terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan Pada dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan Metode non probability sampling atau sampel Jenuh. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Lalu alat uji yang digunakan adalah Software SPSS .Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh secara t parsial Pengembangan karier dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan. Pengembangan karier dengan nilai 7.614 lalu pelatihan kerja 7.908 dengan signifikan lebih kecil 0,05. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Pengembangan karier dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini secara simultan dengan nilai f hitung 577.915 lebih besar dari f hitung 3.16 jadi variabel Pengembangan karier dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel kinerja kerja karyawan. Dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Pengembangan karier dan Pelatihan kerja Terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan memiliki hubungan yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Instagram influencers and Islamic branding on company reputation and consumer purchase decisions. In the digital age, companies increasingly rely on influencers to build reputation and influence consumer purchase decisions, while value-based branding, especially rooted in religious principles, is becoming more popular, particularly among Muslim consumers. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach, where data is collected through a questionnaire distributed to 92 Rabbani product consumers. Data analysis is performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the relationships between variables. The results show that Instagram influencers have a significant impact on company reputation, which in turn affects consumer purchase decisions. Islamic branding also proves to enhance company reputation, especially among Muslim consumers, which ultimately drives purchase decisions. Additionally, company reputation acts as a mediator in the relationship between Instagram influencers and purchase decisions, as well as between Islamic branding and purchase decisions. These findings indicate that companies can leverage influencers and Islamic branding to build a strong reputation and increase sales. The implications of this research highlight the importance of companies selecting the right influencers and incorporating religious values into their branding to attract consumers.

Abstract

Geopolitical conflicts have historically reshaped consumer behavior in profound ways, as powerfully evidenced by the widespread product boycotts observed in Muslim-majority countries following the escalation of the Middle East conflict in October 2023. This study examines how consumer animosity, Islamic religiosity, and perceived economic risk influence brand switching intention toward alternative products, with customer engagement as a mediating variable. Data were collected from 397 marketplace users in Indonesia via structured questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM. All three independent variables significantly and positively influence both customer engagement and brand switching intention, with customer engagement partially mediating all three relationships. These findings offer two notable contributions: the empirical validation of customer engagement as a mediator across all three antecedents  a pathway not previously tested  and the Indonesian digital marketplace context, which provides an empirical anchor that existing literature has insufficiently addressed.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of generative artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed creative work by shifting creativity from an individual cognitive activity to a hybrid, interactional process involving both human and algorithmic agents. Despite extensive research on creativity and computational systems, existing theories remain fragmented, largely treating human and machine creativity as separate domains and failing to capture their dynamic integration. This study addresses this theoretical gap by reconceptualizing creativity as a distributed, iterative, and hybrid process emerging from human–AI co-creation. Adopting a conceptual and integrative analytical approach, the study synthesizes insights from creativity theory, computational creativity, human–AI interaction, and digital innovation literature to develop a unified theoretical framework. It further introduces a process-oriented Human–AI Creative Co-Creation Model that explains how creative outcomes emerge through stages of intent formation, generative expansion, evaluation, and iterative refinement. The study contributes to theory by redefining creativity as a system-level phenomenon characterized by hybrid agency and co-evolutionary interaction, while offering implications for future empirical research on measuring and managing creativity in AI-mediated environments.

Abstract

The low level of adoption of the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) among MSMEs in Indonesia has resulted in poor financial reporting quality and limited access to financing. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the level of SAK EMKM implementation and its impact on the quality of financial statements among culinary MSMEs in Tangerang Regency. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 404 culinary MSME respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that understanding of SAK EMKM has a positive effect on the level of SAK EMKM implementation (path coefficient 0.357). Perceived benefits have a positive effect on the level of SAK EMKM implementation (path coefficient 0.291). Business scale also has a positive effect on the level of SAK EMKM implementation (path coefficient 0.277). Furthermore, the level of SAK EMKM implementation has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements (path coefficient 0.652). The research model explains 59.1% of the variance in the level of SAK EMKM implementation and 42.5% of the variance in financial reporting quality. The study concludes that understanding, perceived benefits, and business scale are important factors driving the adoption of SAK EMKM, and that the implementation of these standards contributes significantly to improving the quality of financial statements among culinary MSMEs

Abstract

Empowering women through financial access and competency enhancement is crucial for enhancing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This study examined the role of financial inclusion and soft skill improvement in empowering women involved in MSMEs. This research employed a survey method on 315 women engaged in MSMEs in Tasikmalaya, with data collection conducted using questionnaires and analysis performed using the SEM PLS method. The findings assert that financial inclusion and soft skills significantly influence the empowerment and competitiveness of MSMEs, particularly those led by women. The recommendations of this study include the need to expand financial access, provide soft skills training, and offer business support services as strategies to enhance the competitiveness of women-managed MSMEs, thereby contributing to inclusive and sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tuntutan Good University (GU) menjadi sebuah keharusan untuk mewujudkan pendidikan tinggi yang lebih baik dan bertanggung jawab terhadap masyarakat. Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Muhammadiyah Banjar menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks dalam mengelola keuangannya, dan dalam situasi seperti itu, peran audit internal sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transparansi dan akuntabilitas internal audit dalam mewujudkan GU di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Muhammadiyah Banjar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara yang mendalam kepada 6 informan yang dipilih. Analisis data kualitatif melibatkan identifikasi tema, pola, dan hubungan antara data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menmukan Auditor Internal memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam mendukung implementasi prinsip-prinsip Good University di STIT Muhammadiyah Banjar. Auditor Internal membantu memastikan bahwa STIT Muhammadiyah Banjar menjalankan praktik transparansi dalam semua aspek operasionalnya. Dengan adanya transparansi dan akuntabilitas, STIT Muhammadiyah Banjar dapat membangun kepercayaan dan akuntabilitas kepada semua pihak yang terlibat, termasuk masyarakat dan stakeholders lainnya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi digital dan motivasi kerja terhadap efektivitas implementasi sistem manajemen keuangan digital pada UMKM batik di Tangerang, dengan kesiapan organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi dan ukuran UMKM sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) terhadap data yang dikumpulkan dari 47 UMKM melalui survei langsung menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen telah diuji melalui pilot test dan expert judgment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima (H1–H7), dengan model mampu menjelaskan 62,3% varians efektivitas implementasi dan 54,8% varians kesiapan organisasi. Kesiapan organisasi terbukti memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara kompetensi digital dan motivasi kerja terhadap efektivitas implementasi, dengan VAF masing-masing sebesar 28,4% dan 27,2%. Analisis multi-group juga menunjukkan bahwa ukuran UMKM memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi digital, yang lebih kuat pada UMKM berukuran besar. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya meningkatkan kesiapan organisasi dan pengembangan kompetensi digital, terutama pada UMKM berskala kecil, guna mengoptimalkan keberhasilan implementasi sistem digital dalam pengelolaan keuangan

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Koper Village, Kresek District, with a focus on increasing community knowledge and skills in waste management and strengthening the capacity of MSME actors. The main problems faced by the village include low awareness of waste sorting, a lack of organic waste processing facilities, and limited knowledge of MSME actors in business management and digital marketing. Thru a qualitative approach, this activity is designed to deeply explore the conditions, needs, and potential of the community. The program was conducted as a participatory seminar involving 55 residents and 10 MSME actors, accompanied by the distribution of 74 compost bins and training sessions on waste sorting techniques, compost making, simple financial management, and digital-based marketing strategies. The results of the activity show an increase in community understanding and behavioral changes in waste management, marked by the beginning of household waste sorting and the emergence of independent environmental mutual aid initiatives. Additionally, MSME actors showed an increase in knowledge regarding business management and the use of social media as a promotional tool. The emergence of collaboration between waste banks and MSMEs in processing waste into economically valuable products also strengthens the program's sustainability. This finding shows that an educational-participatory approach can simultaneously drive social and economic change. This activity also identified several constraints such as limited infrastructure, variations in digital technology adoption capabilities, and fluctuations in the economic value of waste. However, the potential for program development thru partnerships with village governments, the private sector, and educational institutions opens up stronger sustainability opportunities. Thus, this service activity makes a significant contribution to building environmental awareness while strengthening the local economy based on community empowerment.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran burnout dalam menjembatani hubungan antara pengalaman kerja digital, persepsi kesempatan naik kelas, dan work engagement terhadap turnover intention karyawan Generasi Z. Di tengah lingkungan kerja yang serba cepat dan berbasis teknologi, Generasi Z menghadapi tekanan digital yang tidak hanya memengaruhi kinerja, tetapi juga kondisi psikologis dan keputusan karier mereka. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei terhadap karyawan Generasi Z di organisasi berbasis digital. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung antarvariabel. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja digital, persepsi kesempatan naik kelas, dan work engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap burnout. Selanjutnya, burnout terbukti meningkatkan turnover intention dan berperan sebagai mediator utama dalam hubungan antarvariabel. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa burnout menjadi faktor kunci dalam menjelaskan kecenderungan karyawan untuk meninggalkan organisasi. Implikasi: Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkuat integrasi Job Demands–Resources Model dan Conservation of Resources Theory dalam konteks kerja digital. Secara praktis, organisasi perlu menyeimbangkan beban kerja digital, memperjelas pengembangan karier, dan meningkatkan engagement guna menekan burnout. Orisinalitas: Orisinalitas penelitian terletak pada pendekatan integratif antara aspek digital dan psikologis dalam memahami turnover Generasi Z.
